All good for Mc muffins but the cost of it went up 2-3 dollars. Just in last couple of weeks

Double takeout lanes, 3 cars in order lane and took 12 minutes to reach order window, and another 5 minutes to reach pickup window. Cant say what first vehicle ordered, but ahead of me, only coffee, me? I ordered a sausage Mcmuffin only. Worst part was the rank perfume on the wrapper of my sandwich. So much for gloves when handling food. Disappointed with service

I'm sure we're all aware of the trend in drive-thrus to have cars pull ahead and wait for food to be brought out to them. It's disorganized, and frustrating. Most likely this is done to pump up the drive thru times to make the daily stats look better for management. This often results orders being wrong, which was our case today (and about 20% of our mcdonalds orders, for simply reading "no cheese, no onion")

This is just to express our dissatisfaction with this locations ability to manage.

Edit - my girlfriend was inside correcting this order while I was writing this review. I went in to see what was going wrong, and they attempted 2 more times before correctly making a burger with no cheese or onion. That's rough.

Make sure to check your bag before leaving the drive thru. They forgot a whole burger in my order. Getting rediculous for the price you pay now.

Got delivery and instead of giving a refund for my pies I got random muffins that I did not in any way agree to the food was cold and the pop wasn’t topped up and was missing ice my McFlurry was also melted completely

Ridiculously slow and takes 12 tries to get the order right.there will never be a time you don’t have to park to wait for food

Had my worst drive-thru experience at Mcdonald's I was ordering nicely for my family and my wife had to get an extra but the staff put my wife's order on separate and never did they fixed it making me spend more. I asked for a receipt but never a staff in all booths gave me.

It seems like the staff at drive through don’t want to take any orders (11: 17 pm; 5 sep). I’ve to order 4 different items and after each item she was not letting me to order, by shouting at me “is that everything!? ” Acting like ordering food from this store is illegal. And this happened when there were just 2 cars including mine. Please fix the customer service.

1 of every 5 times we order from here through delivery we end up missing an ENTIRE COMBO. DO BETTER.

This place is a joke. It’s full of immigrants that don’t know how to speak English, god forbid you ask for for a large drink and FRESH fries, because they won’t know what you said! Then they mess up the whole order! Both of the McDonald’s in this town are garbage. P. S they say they’re closed right now on here, and they’re not. Lazy pos.

The food was ok, and the price is pretty standard for fast food. The service was/is slow and I find the managers seem to ignore customers. The staff not all of them but a lot are not very friendly.

They don't know how to make a chicken blt breakfast sandwich. Never put the chicken on it. Kind of the main ingredient.brutal.

The renovation wasn't needed, just adds to confusion of where to get served as most dine in places put more focus on people going through the drive thru

My order was late not sure if it was skip or MCs but MCs threw in an extra big Mac. I didn't complain or anything. They just gave it to me. Either than having to do throw the sundae in freezer for a few mins, which is to be expected lol. All was good and appreciate the customer service.

Worst service I have ever got from mcd. Have to wait for 35 mins after they called me to pick my order.
