McDonald's

I use this McDonald's for take out so I don't know the inside. The service is always fast when I go.

We go occasionally with the Gkids, and we have found it is not very clean. Food stuck to tables, under the tables, and one of the drink dispensers works sometimes. We only go there because the kids like the Playland, and it seemed dirty the last time there.

I've visited several different McDonalds locations across Ontario and the east coast in my time, and THIS ESTABLISHMENT IS BY FAR, THE WORST I'VE EVER SEEN!

As a whole, this location is disgusting! The were trays with old food left on tables, trash cans over flowing, garbage on the floor (being kicked around by customers).

The staff are absolutely ignorant with zero interest in customer satisfaction and the food tastes and looks like it was made the day before.

I cannot stress enough, how sinful this place is, and HOW IS IT STILL OPERATING? !? !

McDonalds Corporations needs to give their head a shake and visit this place without warning - to see what really goes on.

Food was cold place itself was cold no straws no ketchup no ice in one of the drinks machines garbage not cleaned up

This location is beyond disgusting, the bathrooms, the eating area, the kitchen. The entire restaurant is unacceptable. Definitely needs an inspection by health unit, food safety and McDonald’s corporation. I could have definitely taken more photos but had an appt. This is just to give an idea.

We went in tonight and waited at 5: 50pm. We waited at the cash to give our order. No one at cash.
Were told by manager, refusing to serve us, it would take him 10 times longer to make our meal if he served us. Nice customer service!

I’m allergic to pickles so I ordered a Big Mac with NO PICKLES, for delivery through the McDonald’s app. I get my burger and of course, it has pickles: (

If you arrive before dining closes but drive thru stays open, they kick you out in the middle of your order. I would know, this happened to me. They said to leave and use the drive-thru. Absolute clowns.

Ordered on app for curbside and was wrong when brought out. No big deal went on waited at the counter no one helps me. Two employees one looks like brand new as the other is training her. Finally flagged someone down and asked to have it corrected which they did in a reasonable amount of time. Throughout all of this there is one guy in the kitchen and not a manager in sight. Where the hell is the manger because they should be jumping in in the kitchen making food running food managing staff. All the while multiple people waiting long periods for just drink orders. Unacceptable, the employees were fine but manager who was on duty is letting them down. Definitely a staffing issue which means management steps in not dumping more on employees. Ownership should be in the store working if things are that bad. This location used to be fine and now has gone way downhill. What a joke do not go here this owner deserves to go out of business if they can't figure out how to lead their teams.

Loud inside and full of teenagers, the staff is often too slow but they get the orders done correctly and they're often very busy so they're only doing their best.

Probably one of the better McDonalds in the west end at the moment. Great service, well prepared food and consistent as of late.:)

I didn't want to give a bad review, but we have gone there 3 times and they had no cranberry muffins! Not one! In the morning! Can you outage them, so it doesn't show up as available, please?
Won't go back here!

Horribly slow. Do not come here unless you're willing to wait 30 min to get your food. Ridiculous.
