McDonald's

Restaurant is absolutely filthy. I went through several tables until I found one that wasn't dirty. Garbages are maxed out. Lots of employees though.

It's a mcdonalds.they were supposed to be 24 hours but decided to only be serving coffee when I was there.

With that being said expect the standard McDonald's experience with the exciting twist of wondering whether or not they feel like making food today.

Stopped in at this McDonald's late Sunday night on my way home from the airport. Wasn't expecting much just a quick bite. The guy working the window was super friendly and cheerful and the food was fresh. Best McDonald's I've been to in a long time.

Check your orders. Tonight ordered McDoubles and got single hamburgers. Of course drive thru so didn’t check it till away so that’s on me. Rookie move

I've just had the worst service at this location. All I ordered was a Large Fry. After five minutes of waiting at a closed window I beeped my horn. A person finally came and said they are waiting on the Fries. I had to laugh because that's all I ordered. Why couldn't someone have opened the window and out of common courtesy told me that when I first arrived. She asked me to move ahead so she could serve the next person. I'm sure they want fries too. It's just fries it shouldn't take too long so I said I'll just wait here. Instead of having to wait for someone to free-up before bringing me one large fry. Then the window opened again and I heard someone say in the background "it doesn't matter the fries are ready to go. " What looked like someone in charge came to the window and I though he was going to apologize. Instead he said, you need to move up to the wait stop. I said "why? I heard them say that the fries are ready. " He told I wasn't getting the fries even if they were ready because I was told to move ahead, and that's what you need to do. I said "are you kidding me? " He said if I didn't move, he would not give me the fries. What? I said well then you need to give me money back because you have just treated me like just because all I ordered was Fries that I don't matter, and I don't want to buy anything from a place that does that. He did, he gave me my money back. In the time he fought with me and did the refund, he could have given me the fries and the whole thing would have been over in two seconds. This guy, blond hair with glasses needs to be fired. It's not his job to discipline me. It's his job to provide proper service no matter what I order. It was one large fry. Unbelievable!

This is probably the best McDonald’s in Ottawa. Food has always been fresh, customer service has been excellent along with quick, efficient service. I go out of my way to go to this McDonald’s.

Standard McDonald's experience - well& rounded with great customer service, fast food and cheap prices.

Unfortunately the restaurant was very dirty, the garbage full, the tables with waste. There was a change in the environment to increase the number of tables, but taking away the opportunity for children to have fun. The staff is friendly

Resturants nice so are the people but lately everytime I go I have issues.this time the I ordered two double big mac meals and both burgers where sideways in the bag so when I got home they where all messed up. I should have looked but they also shouldnt have been that way.but the more anoyying thing is one of the drink cups dumped everywhere because the bottom of the cup wasnt made right, I paid $33 for this service lol.id write a review on their site but I left the recept there in bin.lesson learned.inspect everything you get before leaving

UberEats driver description says to come through drive-thru after 10 pm, staff says to come inside.

I'd give a 2.5 rating if I was able to on this system.
We have a lot of medical travel and usually once we're back headed home, everyone's wiped. This is close to home and we have some options for those with likes/dislikes. So this McDonald's is useful in that respect. Some of their sandwiches are quite tasty.

My issue: About 2 times in 3, they screw up the order. It's so often that it can't be seen as an accident. If there's that many 'accidents', then management should be pursuing more training or finding new staff and if management isn't doing a good job, then the owner needs to look to better managers. They leave out burgers or fries or they ignore a 'please leave off' requirements after acknowledging or they just don't include sauces after they took the time to query you about which ones you wanted.it's like 'ha ha, we asked you just to be more annoying when we leave the sauces out'. It isn't world shaking, but every other McDonald's not in a Walmart I've been to may make mistakes, but not at the rate of this store.

The owner and the management should feel some shame to be that lousy compared to other franchisees from the same chain!

I wish I'd caught the name of the last order taker to praise her for her excellent service and demeanor. She was very much better than all the others together in the last six months. She was clear on the radio, was polite, did note any modifications, and was pleasant at the cash. I don't know if it matters, but it was an older lady, not a teen. I sometimes think the older generations will take pride in whatever they do for their own self-respect. Seems a fair number of the teens just figure a minimum wage job deserves a half-***ed effort.

Very poor experience.waiting for 20 mins on Drive thru window number for simple order. Staff is miserable, Think they forgot about us. Getting late for firework for July 1st ridiculous ….

Just ordered a Quarter Pound with Cheese and guess what.it had no cheese! I would have ask for a new one but I ordered it via UberEats so, had to stick with the Quarter Pound with Cheese with NO Cheese.

I went here at about 1: 50 am for pick up my online order. The staff was very nice. But the only problem is they forgot my Sweet’N sour sauce! Oh God, I lost the light of my life! (Cry) (╯°Д°）╯ Hope they will not make a shadow on others light in the future. (Haha)

Editing my 5star review to bring up the table numbers. This location always hides them behind counter out of reach. Dunno if it’s because they’re not staffed to have the food runners but I see it fairly frequently at this location.
