Honestly this McDonald's always disappoints me. The managers are usually great at fixing their staff's mistakes, but nearly every time I've order from here, the order is wrong! At the drive-thru, the CSR's have terrible customer service. They're always moody, and I get it. It's fast food. But still, it sucks to talk to someone who's unhappy af.

It's a McDonald's so you know the food here cause it taste exactly like the other one, but this place has got my order wrong a couple of time and has made me wait in the drive thru for at least 30min so wouldn't say it's fast food.

2024 Update: Enjoyed a fairly standard McLunch, no issues other than staff not seeming to know where table 17 is for table service.

2023 Update: tried to try this location again and was sorely disappointed. FYI - if you check maps and the McDonald's app, and they agree that it is open, and you can even order food on the app, just know that it might be closed for cleaning. No sign, no notice, just a couple pylons in the drive-thru and locked doors. There may be staff inside, but they won't acknowledge you or explain anything.

The service was fast but the food was utterly shameful. I've not had a BigMac for a while and what I was given was pathetic for the price. Talk about shrinkflation while still raising the price. I literally couldn't believe how small they are while still having the utter nerve to be called a BigMac"! The "crispy" chicken wrap was anemic and really far from crispy.

I ordered 10p nugget meal, McDouble dressed as mac and a McChicken sandwich. I was asked to pull up to the parking spot to wait for my order. Waited over 10 minutes, while they served 7 other cars. Food was all cold, fries were half filled and the lettuce was brown.
$30 for cold food, seems as though every time I order from this location the food is cold or missing items.

Girl who served the food to the car said they are understaffed. She was friendly.

Slowest service ever, staff took 2 orders from the 2nd drive through before taking one from the 1st drive through instead of alternating between. 2 people that were behind me ended up going ahead of me because of this

Waited 30 minutes curbside finally went in they couldnt see my order but it was charged to my account with the MCD app

I won't be going back to this location after too many problems.
This last time I was ignored at the inner lane of the drive through while they only took orders from the outer lane. After 2 cars that were behind me ordered first and went ahead of me, I got fed up and went inside to order and although I paid for a McCrispy Bacon Ranch I got some other chicken sandwich with no bacon.

Placed my order, drove to window 2 and received order like a baton in a 4x4 relay race.zero wait time.

Pay no attention to the 3.5 star rating, I eat here every single day. This is a 5 star establishment, with great staff and reliable quality.

I called them to let them know uber eats was there and they had been there for 15 minutes. The girl said we are processing the order and hung up on me while I was saying thank you and good bye. She hung up before I even full said thank you. That was harsh.

Last night we waited in the drive through for 40 minutes to pick up a mobile order; they were waiting nearly 5 minutes between taking orders at the speaker. Not sure what was going on, but clearly things were not right.

Today is our wedding day
We pre-Order on line to get a faster service.
Well the experience today was bad
They couldn’t find our order inside the restaurant was told by the manager after 45 min waiting inside to be told to go back outside to back in the drive trough
To be told by the same manager that they can’t find my order
After 1 hrs still no food

I’m so glad that there is a play place. I used to love it as a kid and I know my kids love it.
