People don’t understand what I’m saying and when we went to get our food THEY WERE ALL GONE and we got nothing. NO

My friend and I only ordered a cheese burger meal and we waited in line for 20 minutes. They were basically just dealing with drive thru customers.

Everytime i go to this McDonald's it’s always busy. Looks like the drive thru has priority service. After I placed my order through the self order board, I received my double double coffee immediately. Then I waited 12 minutes for someone to finally get me the McFlurry. The service was very chaotic. I don’t think anyone knew what they were doing except for the drive thru window because I saw the flow of cars moving quickly.

Next time I’ll stay in the car.

Seems like now in 2023 drive thru experience doesn’t exist anymore its more like drive thru then park and wait at the front…. How do you define this? Drive thru is supposed to be quick and fast NOT PARK AMD WAIT. Hopefully HEADOFFICE reads this and does something about it it’s pathetic and inconvenient.

Worst McDonald's I been to fifteen minutes to get a happy meal through drive thru then get half the fries and no straw. How difficult is to prepare a happy meal. A single happy meal. (Adding to my review) this still is the worst mcdonalds. I thought they would change but no, still takes 20 minutes for a single meal at drive thru. Means that they actually got worst and the mc chicken I got was old and moldy tasting. Had to thro it out.

Horrible service here, there is no point of the drive thru, they just send you to wait for your order no matter how small, I ordered a double cheeseburger and had to pull up and wait for a single item. No clue why corporate isn't doing anything about this. This store is ruining the McDonald's name.

This is the worst McDonald’s probably on the planet. Let alone in Bolton. Everything is literally wrong with this place, I’ve waited 30 mins for my order once. If you go during the day at anytime the drive thru will take your order then send you to park. Along with 45 other cars waiting on food, if I could give less than half a star I would. Expect diarrhea after visiting this place, if you go inside it’s a complete nightmare.

Their service is a joke. I overheard someone complaining about how when they were in the drive through they gave the wrong order so they went inside to get the proper and they gave the wrong one AGAIN. When I looked in the back they looked understaffed and like the workers didn't know what to do.

Too slow. Not enough cashiers. You now have to enter your orders thus slowing down the entire process. Takes too long to get served from the time you walk in to the time you get your food. Put cashiers back to work.

Everytime we came at at 3am in my breaktime to eat something But daily they say the same thing that we are doing change over which is not good. So can please change the changeover.

All these recent 1 starts aren’t by accident what happened to this place do the owners even care this mcD’s is being ran to the ground? A year or two ago this was probably the best McDonald’s around. Seems like new management and new staff, and now quality of experience has drastically dropped.a good reminder for me of why i should never eat here.

In the 3 years I've lived in Bolton this McDonald's has never passed me my food through the drive thru window.always need to park it and wait 5-10mins. Fries never fresh either. Terrible location

Waited over 20 mins for my take out order. Just for 2 combos. I believe its the manager but someone by the name of "Sunny" was very rude. I asked what's going on with my order and she completely ignored me and walked away! Won't be going here again. A&W from now on.

We always having worst experience. On map it shows open 24 hours but when we reach between 2 am to 4 am. They always says there is maintenance going on so we are not taking any orders.

In terms of management and customer service this is THE WORST McDonald’s I have ever been to. Generally speaking, all McDonald’s I go to NEVER have anyone working the cash register at the front counter. I understand during lunch the drive thru can get busy. However, I shouldn’t have to stand at and empty cash register for 5-10 minutes waiting to place my order. The most infuriating thing when I go to McDonald’s is when I make eye contact with several staff members and managers while I am waiting. They see that I am waiting to be served and they carry on and ignore me. They don’t ask “who’s got the front? ” They don’t inquire “is the cashier on break? Can someone go to the front? ” They don’t alert each other that “there’s customers waiting in the lobby! ” They flat out disregard customers in the lobby and focus on the drive thru. There was a also an employee who was not wearing a hairnet, and the manager did nothing about it.

Very long line up and busy place. You need to Waite 28 min to get a coffee. Employee are lazy
