It’s McDonald’s …. Not exactly fine dining. This particular one is dirtier than most and seems to be mismanaged with terrible staff. I’ve been to lots of McDonald’s and this place is bottom Of the barrel. I’d be embarrassed if I was the manager of that one!
The worse place to ever pick up orders or even use their drive through. I will simply put it as this, "if you have nothing to do in the next 3 hours, yes McDonald's at 50 Dundurn got some wasted time for you.
Edit: this has to be the worse McDonald's in the whole city. Drive thru is a joke, the staff are clueless and WILL mess up your order time and time again. Service is poor overall the drive thru only cares about time over accuracy. Someone needs to step in and fire the staff whom can't read or understand what a cheese only burger is.
Go thru drive th go through drive-through and order a six piece nuggets get told the second sauce is 50 Cent so I say no end up opening my six piece nuggets to find out there’s only four nuggets horrible service wouldn’t recommend stopping at this McDonald’s
Love the smiling faces of the people working at this location. They always brighten my day when getting breakfast in the morning. The food is always delicious and made quickly. This is the best McDonald's I have ever been to. Well done guys!
Rachel the manager (not sure if its her correct name, thats what they told me) always serves hairy burger with a side of attitude. Worst McDonald's in the town. Ancaster one is comparatively much better in my opinion.
Picked up an order through drive-thru and went home. Opened the food and I just took a bite when I saw a hair in my mac chicken burger. To show it to them, I decided to drive all the way back at the middle of the night. Upon meeting Rachel the best manager ever and her assistant Mandeep told that mac chicken burger is supposed to be like that. On insisting, they did give me a freaking new burger but told me that old Mac Chicken was made to perfection and it was supposed to be like that qnd it was made to perfection. So, I guess it always comes with hair and a side of attitude. Lovely recipe McDonalds!
Thank you Rachel and Mandeep. You are the worst.
Disclaimer: Names might be wrong as they might have lied about them just like the hairy recipe.
Ordered 2 chicken big mac no pickles and the burger had hair, un eatable Rachel the manager told us the big mac was supposed to be like that So really is big mac supposed to come with hair and rock like chicken? Worst customer service Order taken via drive through at 10: 30pm April 15 2022 Order 581
Slow, RUDE staff, and the food is stale. Half the time I get cold food and my order is never correct. Oh and they forget to add the sauce I request for my chicken nuggets, always. Not to mention this is a continuous thing. I even pay extra for sauce and half the time it isn’t in the bag. Lowsy McDonald’s.
McDonald's has become you start expensive that it just doesn't make sense for me to buy food. Six nuggets and a coke. I might as well have a much better meal from a hot plate at a grocery store or even a cheap take-out place
The screen wouldn't even load the order, then it took three people to figure out a single order which ended up missing things. Along with that we weren't given any straws for our drinks or receipt. 30 dollars for pathetic service, might as well go to any other place.
I completely avoided this place if possible. The service is terrible, with unresponsive staff, long wait times, and forgotten orders. I have been verbally abused in the drive-thru, doing nothing to provoke staff. This place probably equally as bad as the Tim Hortons across the street. Avoid this place.
Went for breakfast and ordered 5 Mcgrittles and drinks was about to drive up and then I hear someone say to the guy taking the order "tell them we are out". Lazy staff don't want to make mcgrittles and lie to customers saying they are sold out.
I have been here a few times because it’s close to work and every time I have ordered there has been a mistake. To be fair I am diabetic so I do have to modify menu items. I always go in to do this and use the self service screw to not tie up lines. I usually order a Big Mac with no bun and no onions.
I do this because it should be easy to use the lettuce you would get as a base. Each time I have ordered at this location I get no lettuce, no Mac sauce, and to top this final trip off only one slice of cheese.
When I called to ask for a credit/new sandwich I was told I would have to go back in person and no note could be left.
I should have read the reviews to see how many mistakes are made.
