McDonald's

Location is hit or miss. We got the wrong sandwich and rep sarcastically requested us to open the box to confirm… only to take the sandwich (which I hope they don’t sell back to others) and give us the correct one. We went through drive through and had to go in for this (as wrong sandwich was buried under everything). Given the purpose of a drive through this was highly inconvenient.

Horrible experience…cashiers with a huge language barrier, unbelievably non acceptable. After paying with American money, it took awhile to convert the money. Wow!
Got home burger were not place properly in the box and the order was wrongly packaged. We did ordered large fries and received the amount of a medium fries and a large packaging!? Fries were soft and cold. It took over 15 minutes to receive our order, on top of it we have to park at the corner (according to the cashier).

The worst of it, I called to report the mistake, I ask to speak to a duty manager - I will stop here and pursue further with the owner of the restaurant since the duty manager was rude and very unprofessional with this call. À suivre!

Thw worst customer service or customer handling attitude.
This should not be done to any person.
Me and my friends were walking nearby it and we wanted to have 6 vanila cones. As it was drive in they don't accept walk-in order.
This thing was told after 15-20 mins of standing in front of the window.
Even, I tried to greet employees inside by waving my hand with smile but all of them literally ignored me by staring at us.
After 20 mins one of their employees told us they don't have the order as of now and don't accept walk-in orders.
However, they should have told us this more earlier and not wasting time.

Also the attitude was so arrogant and I felt so bad as a trusted customer of MacDonald.
As a big franchise, this must not be behaviour of the employees.
Any authority of this store must take necessary steps.

I was not expecting this.it was the worst customer experience for me I felt so bad.

Female Manager was very rude at location. September 21st/2022.4pm.
***Also they let kids beg customers REGULARLY for money and NOT kick them out. Said kids SHOULD get money from their damn parents!

A homless guy was in washroom banging on things and acting irrationally. I told a cashier to tell the Manager about it. The MANAGER did nothing as customers were going in after me and hearing the commotion in the Mens room for well over 20 minutes.

I had the big Mac and fries for two. $26.00 wasted! Both my spouse and I disliked the burger. Skimpflation? The fries, tasteless when cold; which they were. Couldn't finish it, and burped it up the next day. I won't go back again. I could have bought tasty subs for the same money! Lesson learned!

Super clean and friendly - way cleaner than the ones in Detroit. Moderately busy on a lazy Sunday morning when we crossed over from Detroit but no long waits or anything. US debit cards OK, don't think they take USD though, didn't try.

I mean its McDonalds. Is anyone even reading this review? We usually stop here after crossing back into Canada to grab a quick bite and hit the restroom before making the drive back home.

Drive through order. Ordered two McDoubles with extra onion and pickles. I pulled up to window and employee asked if my order was the Big Mac.etc. I said NO and now I was worried about my order. He reassured me that my order was correct. I get home, two stickers on my burgers saying extra pickles and onions, I open them up and there were NO PICKLES OR ONIONS on EITHER and the fries were ice cold. TERRIBLE SERVICE

Slow service. Took 15 minutes for fries and nuggets. (UPDATE) came back here since I had a coupon and was watching a football game next door and was very dissapinted when was handed my mcchiken. The burger looked like it was fried more then once and it looked like half of the burger was missing.

Stopped in for a quick break and snack. For such a busy location, they managed it pretty well. The area in general has some sketch people around but the restaurant didn't have a sketchy vibe to it.

Second worst McDonalds I have ever went to. I came on a friday at around 8-9pm, and they ran out of fries. Had me waiting 15 minutes for fries, the most basic thing on their menu. They also forgot about me too.

The orders are usually right (they do miss my Big Mac sauce sometimes: () but if you ordered more than 3 items, there’s a 85% chance you’ll be told to go park.:/
