McDonald's

Got my order wrong twice in a row. Both times were through drive through. When I told them about it nothing was done. They wanted me to drive back to get a coupon. Terrible customer service.

Wrong order, again. Had to repeat my order 4 times at the drive through. Got to the pay window and had the wrong order recited to me. Once I corrected it again, I picked up at the next window just to discover that it was wrong and I was over-charged. This is my 3rd visit in a row where I had to take my order back to have it corrected. I'm done with this location. It's simply impossible to get what you order.

Placed my order waited as it was drive through lady camr and practically through my food in my window as it was partially down no words spoken or anything. My burger was the greatest I have ever eaten at any fast food place across our country.

The whole bottom of the burger box was liquid grease. You could have drank it. There was so much. The bun was glossed in it it was sickening.

My burger also had no cheese on it, double big Mac, and I also said no rec onion, and they added extra plus thr mac sauce. The burger was not eat able. I wouldn't feed it to an animal.

I never hot the apple pie I purchased and shows on the recite. The only thing that was how I ordered it and actually was able to eat where the unsalted frys.

Customer care here was toxic, and I do not recommend this micdonalds in the town of lindsay.

Any worse, and I'd say health food and safety would have to be notified as this is shameful to be serving and taking peoples money.

Probably my favourite mcdonalds in ontario - everyone is always friendly and service is quick and efficient. Ive never had to come back to fix an order

Very Busy, a little dirty, but its good to have a McDonald's that's not 100 Km away in the city.

Cleaning staff more worried about a closed kids meal in the playroom then the absolute mess the dining room was in

Garbage. They always make my food wrong prompting me to go back into the store and have it made correctly. McDonald’s food isn’t good, but it’s fast, and so when you make it not fast and it’s a 50$ meal for you and your girl; kinda messed up tbh

Sadly, the place was filthy. Garbage strewn everywhere. The area where you get drinks was covered in pop and garbage. The team member didn't know how to process a gift card. The food wasn't hot, but luke warm. I know this wasn't up to the usual McDonald's standards.

Stood at the counter waiting to order for about 5 minutes. Two staff came to the tills in from of me and checked something before walking away. Both ignored me.

I'm getting ready disappointed with McDonald's here in Lindsay. This McDonald's this one employee that works midnights her name is Lauren ever single time I deal with her at at this location there seem to be a problem at the window reserving our food or some mistake made with my payment quite often and i did notice a simulaty with this happening with this one employee. Ever time these mistakes are made she makes me feel uncomfortable she doesn't taking accountability or even a sorry she dose the exact opposite she'll shrugs it off and makes you feel like it was your fault and very uncomfortable for saying something. It happened again tonight with my payment they charged me for the wrong one ones again.this lady/ Laura was at the window I told her my frustrations of this always happens and ones again not even a sorry instead they're employee Laura literally waves her hand for you to off and make you feel like its your fault and ones again uncomfortable for saying something. I really think this establishment needs to start holding they employees accountable for they poor customers service. It's starting to make me and my young son confidence to go there.

Someone’s contact fell out and into my drink, which I sucked up the straw and spit out -gross. Brought it up to a manager to ask what they could do. They said I could just eat free at that restaurant (I was a student). I got 3 free meals, and then they said “we can’t do this anymore”

I have not been back since.
