Best coffee in comparison to all the other fast food/drive thru restaurants I've been to.

Ordered a McCrispy combo at around 22: 30, and it was ready in less than a minute. I started munching on the fries before leaving the restaurant to walk back to my hotel, and the fries tasted old. After I was back at the hotel, the sandwich was still hot, so it must have been freshly fried.

The food is often made wrong or cold and if you don’t get the fries without salt they will be old mushy and cold. The employees are often found chatting with friends in lobby when orders need to be run or taken. On top of that almost every single time I’m in the store the garbage is overflowing and the tables are dirty. I would say go to a different McDonald’s but all in the area are either in the same or worse condition.

Whoever is prepping the burgers tonight is killing it, they were awesome!

There seems to be a an issue every time I order from this branch. Packaging is not good. Bugers either miss an ingredient or won’t be the right quantity of sauce.

Great service! Went there last Friday through the drive thru, they had great customer service even though it was busy they still were very kind. Waited about 4 mins in the drive thru, no biggie. But the person that handed out my food was very kind! I think his name was Issac (?) he was very sweet, he asked how my day was. And he seems very mature. Would give the restaurant a 6/5 stars if I could!

Last two visits for filet of fish and this morning for breakfast burritos poorly put together. Obviously no training. Will visit another McDonald's in future.

Hot, fresh, delicious and — very important — a very friendly Team. Would buy again… and again, and again and AGAIN lol /PJ

I’d give less than a 1 star but it’s not possible

I wish I could add pictures. I ordered their new mccrispy and after I ate like 90% of the sandwich, I found a long worm looking thingy dangling out of the patty. It looked like I already took a bite of it when I noticed what was dangling off of it. I’m utterly disgusted.

I am sure it has changed owner's in the last year or so.because it has gone down hill.again this morning I waited until 7am before I drove away after waiting 35mins for drive thru to open.

Ordered a quarter pounder combo with cheese through take out and got a quarter pounder on a bun with nothing more than a half off the bun and burger squirt of ketchup. Too bad I didn’t discover it until I arrived home…not in Stittsville.

Cold breakfast burritos served here. So I called, and was told to ask for manager next morning and say “Reilly said breakfast was on her”.
Not policy I was told by manager and drive thru window closed on face.
