McDonald's

I understand its a friday but the service is very slow and inefficient. Like why am I waiting at the speaker for 5 minutes before my order is taken while i hear 2 cars in the next row go by? And yall park us for orders way too often, what happened to fast food?

Honestly I've given up on mcdonalds. I buy 2 large fries tonight. Said I would wait for a fresh batch so they would be hot. I received hot fries but my containers were half full at best. I have pictures to back it up. Ordered a mcdouble plain for my dog and it was not so she can't have it. I am beyond disappointed with this company. Honestly there are better places out there. If you want value for your money stay away from here. You will regret your purchase. Also head office doesn't care anymore. Don't waste your breath.

Every single time I come to this location I get parked. Doesn't matter if I order a couple of meals or a single cheeseburger. I went thru at 1230am, no cars behind me, still got parked and waited 20 minutes for fresh fries even though I was told they would take 3 minutes. Girl at the window, Jess, was super rude!

I told the cashier at the drive thru that the drive thru screens were all out/black. Told me "i don't know, i just work here" - made me feel like I'm an idiot for even mentioning? Maybe report it to a manager or maintenance? You're welcome.

Can't get the orders right and never received the promised coupon after my fries were forgotten

What an awful experience. Drive thru in a rainstorm. Simple order of two combos. No special changes or anything. Ordered large sized combo for one. No one behind me in the drive thru. Get parked. Gave me small sized combo. One of the combos they gave me had the wrong sandwich.

Constantly mess up the order. Ask you to pull up and wait every time you go through the drive through. Staff is always standing around chatting in the back…. 10 people ordered while I was waiting, 6 of them had to go back due to wrong items or incorrect order…….

Very bad with delivery drivers
Since this is also part of customer service staff needs to nice everyone no exceptions

A worker named SAM was very helpful with my order being an older Big Mac eater very unfamiliar with the tech of ordering tap screen when ordering special condiments in Big Mac
Sam was very friendly and easy to talk too
He needs a raise in that demanding fast food position

This McDonald's is ridiculous! They park you for every order big or small. Even though this is close to my home, I will now drive to the McDonald's at Harmony and Taunton where they are quick, efficient and friendly

Always get order messed up. 5 nuggets instead of 6, waited over ten minutes ice cream melted while I waited. Never again!

Some managers like to talk about their employees personal life and to take it as far to break the confidentiality of that employee and should not be trusted by anyone wouldn’t recommend working here it’s just been lots of problems and i don’t even work there haven’t in like a few weeks and they still talk about me.

Everyone who works there is chatting together all the time and when they have to talk you it seems like you are interrupting. As if they are annoyed. Way to slowwwww

Let me make this clear. Do not expect anything up to expectations at any of these MCD locations in oshawa.wrokers especially have their own mind to put mayo on burgers where they are not suppose to be, Fries that taste like garbage.

$5 for a sample size cup, and only half filled. Poor choice on my part, drove past Wendy’s and DQ for this.

Good McDonald's location, friendly staff and they rarely mess up orders in my experience! Worth a visit if you're looking for McDonald's!

This location is my favorite mcd's in Oshawa to go to. Staff are always having fun, cleaning almost constantly, and the other customers are good company. Both fast and efficient, proportions on burgers are and the only time I've waited for more than 5 minutes was because they were dropping fresh fries between orders. 9/10 recommended for those too tired to cook and need a late night bite.

Absolutely terrible experience, so horribly wrote it seems like none of the staff. The wait for your food is so long the food isn't even worth eating when.

First visit. 8 minutes for a simple coffee. Second visit.ice cream machine not operational. It was a hot day in June and no one bothered to defrost the equipment in the morning. This is the fault of management and no one else
These are not isolated incidents.

Worst location I’ve ever been too. Food is never ready. Every time I order here I have to wait 20 minutes for them to bring my food and it’s usually wrong or missing items.
Horrible management. Horrible staff and customer service. This location should be shut down or taken over by new management.
