Matt, Mya and Callum were excruciatingly helpful. Callum was doing a great job training. Matt was very friendly taking my order and Mya did an amazing job making my iced coffee. One of the best McDonald’s, better than the bells corners location. Amazing crew.

Waited at the cash for over 10 minutes being completely ignored. I ended up leaving without being served. Horrible location.

This is one of the smaller, limited hour locations in the area so they don't serve milkshakes or have full day breakfast, which surprisingly includes bagels. But generally a very good location to get pretty much everything else on the menu including iced coffee, muffins and danishes. And note that you will need to be patient trying to get out of this location because of the occasional traffic issues in the area.

UPDATE: Drive-thru hours have been extended on some days at this location, I believe to 24h from Wed to Sun.

Unfortunately, they missed the chicken nuggets on my order. The food was fresh and cooked properly. It was very busy and it is a shame about the mistake.

Heard someone call someone an N word over the intercom, I also ordered a chicken Big Mac but just got the regular big mac

This place supports Bring your own mug policy for coffees. It definitely reduces the landfill. I also liked the options for pickup - front-desk, drive through and delivery to parking lot.

I do not understand why EVERY TIME I ORDER from here the order is wrong, cold or missing things? You pay money for a service thats never complete! Today will be the last time i order from this incompetent restaurant!

I don’t understand how this location has 3 stars honestly… it’s a minimum 6 star spot outta 5! EASILY… Spencer is most definitely GOATED! Employe of the year without a doubt! Keep up da great work bud! Right on!

Poor service, undersized coffee frappe and was not filled. Was not told the coffee frappe had no whipped cream. Unnecessary attitude. Go to the stittsville McDonald’s instead

It was okay. I was hoping to grab something quick. The service was a bit weak. The food gets 5 stars because it was what I expected. Iwrote up the Atmosphere 5 stars because I was in my car and a good tune started up.

There's something wrong with the Stonehaven location. The staff turnaround is very high, the orders are often wrong and it's usually a much longer wait than other locations.

Food was cold and not what i ordered! Every single time i order from here there is a mistake or the food is cold and the hash browns are hard as a rock. I really dont know why i continue to order from here, and will Not be ordering from here again, and dont get me started on how the wait times if tou actually go in, not drive thru but inside!
