Usually great service! More positive experiences than negative! I'd say that's a plus for any McDonald's franchise!

My experience is usually consistent, but on the customer service side; service is usually slow.which isn’t an issue if it’s a busy time but at 8: 00-9: 00 and three people in drive through? Me and my dad wanted ice cream TWO cones and the guy next to us (which got there after us) got order taken first after we waited for so long before and then we got kicked out of line after complaining.literally sensitive peeps like we were just saying we should have been served first

Great breakfast! Was very busy but staff was excellent and only a few minutes wait. Very friendly place.

The staff are not very friendly at all actually they r very rude.fries r always cold when I said they were barely warm the girl just looked at me like I had 10 heads or something n walked away she didn't even offer to change them for me

Service through drive thru very poor! Just ordered a cheese burger and they made me park and wait for it, because the person behind me was getting a Mcflurry! Really very sad on there part. I sat for ten more minutes before they brought it out.

I mean Orangeville is always a special Ontario town for me. A scenic drive along Hwy 9, exceptional architecture and excellent ice cream shops to make your stop here memorable. This McDonald is staffed with freindly locals and in a most convenient location after you stop by the visitors centre to the east of the light. Don't forget to look at all the " Orangeville Art Walk of Tree Sculptures " along the different parts of Hwy 9 also.

Typical McDonald's, good people and everyone seems pretty happy. Was nice to be greeted with a smile.

On the way home from the trailer we stopped here. I expected a long wait as it was the end of a long weekend.
But non of the machines have us receipts with our order numbers. The younger looking workers eventually starting saying the order items, but an older looking man/manager told us all that we should have looked at the screen to get our number. He was extremely rude about it.
