Never gets your order right, coffee is Luke warm and breakfast sandwich was so dry it seemed its been sitting there for a while. I ordered egg mcmuffin breakfast and I got ham on a dry bread instead. Double double coffee and it was Luke warm and no sugar I got. You will think every thing will be freshly made at 6: 00am. Staff just standing there having conversations. Disgusting. Very disappointing
Not an impressive McDonalds… they often forget items inside your bag and/or serve you the wrong drink. They also serve the worst tasting McDonalds coffee out of any location I’ve ever been, I’m not sure how they are brewing it so bad. I’ve heard rumours of cockroaches in the kitchen, I’ve yet to see any but I wouldn’t be surprised. Their only saving grace is they are usually fast
I saw the staff member being argued by the staff named GRORY V. The staff being treated aggressively by her was almost crying in front of customers like me, and I felt so sorry for her and couldn’t enjoy its atmosphere.
I was in the drive-through when they gave us our drinks and they overcharged it with the dollar drink days and they do not even put the lids on properly and it spilled on my lap when I am going to a work appointment and I don’t have time to go home and change
Zero attention to cross contamination No gloves, head caps or sanitizer All staff are confused with their jobs Highly under staffed Manager is shouting and yelling and messing up orders. Tables are dirty and unwiped Long queue of irritated customers

The front door says it opens at 5 am for dine-in and walk-in ordering, but the staff refuse to unlock the doors and let people buy morning coffee unless they have a car.
I'm so happy they re-opened but still the 2milk 2sugar coffee comes with cream. I don't know why is so hard. So a little update from today. This is the cheese burger I got Full with mayo? !? What the heck?
The reno is good. The speed of service is still lacking. The kiosks are still poorly located, and the customer waiting area is not that good either, as customers now have to blend with customers using the kiosk. With Burger King now open, McDonald's is going to have to be better, or Burger King will be taking more business from McDonald's.
I got to experience food delivered in a very nice setting. Not to much trouble, perfectly delivered complete pack of side items needed for my order, to eat in the car or at a spot of your choice. Lots of traffic coming and going during my visit. Thank for the exceptionally thoughtful service and breakfast items made as expected.
The Drive Thru, does not seem well designed, the Pay window too far from the curb. Had a chewy English muffin, and slightly liquid egg yoke, GROSS, would have gone back, but drive thru, and we where on the DVP, before I started eating. Very disappointed in McD's.
Never ever give a receipt without asking. Took forever to get out sandwich and coffees. Forgot the water, had to wait even longer. Waiting 7 minutes now for receipt and water.
Wasn't busy I put in my order and 5 mins later I'm eating. Remember the McDonald's jingle, two all beef patties special sauce, lettuce, cheese, pickles, onions, on a sesame seed bun
Cashier in the morning of 23rd Sept, 2021 at 9am is very incompetent. Not only me but also customers in front of me had a problem by raising her voice that heard everyone nearby. She definitely needs to re-train to serve customers. No need to go in detail but I am not a happy customer. By the way, I live nearby n a regular customer as well.
The newly renovated McDonald's is a huge disappointment. The line up for food is really bad, it is not stream lined but messed up and confusing. The booths are very hard to get in and out of. It seems smaller now then before. I ordered a coke and got a root beer. The decorating is good but the design is horrible. I am very happy to see Burger King opening soon I will go there all the time when it opens and never return to that McDonald's again.
I guess your renovations are just as slow as your service. First you say mid May then mid June then July and now 3rd week of August. I won't hold my breath.

Excited to see what they have done with the place. It was very old school inside prior to renovations. Renovations have taken longer due to the lock downs which required even non essential construction to stop. Those people giving lower scores due to Reno's I guess never paid attention when they said they were completely shutting down things. Which was for almost 2 months delaying construction.
I have always had very good service from this location.
Currently under renovation. Hopefully, once it's done the drive thru won't cause annoying traffic on Cosburn Avenue anymore. Trying to stay positive about it but it seems that the new layout hasn't taken in consideration the heavy vehicle circulation during rush hour and traffic caused by it on its surroundings. Please, there's time to do something about it since you're still in teardown phase!
The worst McDonald's in the city! They make the Jane and Finch location seem like 5star. They are always about 15 people on floor, no one at cash and you have to wait atleast 15 minutes for your order. The manager is always saying let them wait, like girl you get pay to stand there and run around like a mad ants and the line up isn't moving. They need some strong organization training.
Very bad service i waited 15 minutes to order, with only 3 people in front of me then when I get to the cashier he told me i have to wait 5 minutes more because they have to social distance. I still don't understand any of that because ther was no more than 5 of us in the restaurant.plenty of room to social distance.
It's a standard McDonald's, pretty much like any other McDonald's. Which is obviously how they have designed their entire business model over the past many decades.
Drive thru was very slow today. It's normally faster but given the circumstances and lock down, I understand. Got myself a double quarter pounder meal with cheese, coke and fries. Food is consistent and good for McDonald's standard. Staff is friendly and doing their best given the circumstances. Please be patient and thank them for their work.
Honestly I dont usually give one star ratings, i dont usually complain but wow. I waited a half hour for chicken nuggets and this is what i get? My fries dumped all over the bag? I guess so considering this girl behind the counter was slamming the food around, throwing sauces into bags. The night staff is just bad, every time I've ordered. I get it, i work at a restaurant too but put some effort in. Please.
This location is always very busy. Did a mobile order when sitting in the parking lot and it was brought out to me in under 5 minutes. Great service. Parking lot here can be a mess as it is too busy. Recommended d mobile ordering.
This McDonald's was clean and the service was quick. The dining area was very clean as were the male washrooms. This definately is a family friendly restaurant. Unlike its downtown counterpart this restaurant has earned the 5 stars given to it. The manager even took the time to ask if our service was satisfactory.
This is one of the worst McDonald's I have been to. I don't eat McDonald's often but appreciates its place in available food options. This location, however, is filthy, dated, and slow. The dinning room is a free-for-all of a mash up of tables and chairs. When I was there, there was a large spill of milk in the middle of a packed dinning room, putting a table of four out of commission. It stayed that way for the entire time that we were there (we dined in).
Where to start. From all the customers that go behind the counter to grab sugar/splenda or just to wait for their order (!? !) to there not being any napkins because "people take them all. " (manager statement), to the fact that they tried to serve me a coffee that was literally (I wish I was exaggerating) almost half empty, I don't recommend this location. It's dirty, the bathrooms are gross and so are the floors. The fountain drinks area was also a mess, not that anyone could clean up after themselves if they were inclined to do so because of the no napkins thing. I don't have high standards for fast food restaurants just because there are so many people and it can be hard to stay on top of things, but this was over the top bad. And the food wasn't good either. You would expect with it being so busy the food would be fresh, but it was stale and dry. Gross.
Good customer service day poor customer service at night. Location needs: expansion, more cashiers, larger parking lot, subway line & commuter entrance/exit (DRL) conection integrated or near by. Very high traffic area mkst of the day comparible to down town.
Worst-run McDonald's I've experienced, and sadly it's our most local McD's and 24hr option. Almost always takes forever (tonight was the longest ever, literally a half hour from entering drive-through to leaving with our meal, though it wasn't that busy, parking lot empty etc. It was insanely frustrating for many, not just us, in the drive through, watching people go in and leave with food while we sat waiting for what seemed like forever.). Usually a relatively filthy mess, often obviously understaffed with off-duty teenage employees immaturely messing around and/or eating behind the counter and all around the store, staff sometimes have no idea what is currently on the menu as if training and communication is barely existent, food is almost always disappointing in one way or another; whether cold and/or stale and/or slapped together obviously without care, etc, etc. We've said to ourselves at least a dozen times that we'll never return and will instead always drive the extra few blocks down to Danforth but we keep giving them another chance, and keep regretting it. Keep hoping for a turn-around, but it's been many years of frustrating attempts. Please update your managing, hiring, staffing and training policies and practices at this location!
Dirty counter, tray, floors etc. I lost my appetite. I ordered a strawberry smoothie and got nothing. I waited for 20 mins and when I asked, they said that they never processed my order. And on TOP OF THAT, THEY DONT HAVE THE STRAWBERRY SMOOTHIE IN STALK. What a waste of time.
Total disorganization and oblivious staff. Chit chat takes priority over fulfilling orders. Don't waste your time or money here, there are much better locations within reasonable range.
I live nearby and I can say that unfortunately this one is disgustingly dirty! The sandwich is always very poorly assembled (does not even follow basic franchise standards!) It is a disgraceful mess, even taking into account the regular mcdonald restaurants, and for some reason every time I eat there I feel pretty sick afterwards, something that doesn't happen at other mcdonalds locations. If you make a larger order here, DOUBLE CHECK YOURSELF because they DO NOT! On several occasions items were charged but were MISSING from the bag or they simply put the wrong ones there instead, again no care whatsoever about quality here. I have worked on fast food restaurants in the past gor many years and THE MANAGERS SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES FOR LETTING THEIR UNIT BE LIKE THAT! THAT IS A DISGRACE! As of now, if you can hold it, do eat in another place, avoid this mcdonalds at the corner of Pape and Cosburn if you can! (September 09th, 2018).
There line ups are long 1,2 cashiers going foods cold, not so clean.and there strawberry shake machine has been down for a week ugh billion dollar organization and cant keep up. FAIL. SMH
Fine during the day. Whole different story at night. Many of the local youth come in late at night up to all sorts of trouble. I’ve witnessed drug deals in plain view in and just outside. Would avoid at all costs after 9pm
Quick service, polite but I would have loved it if the tables were cleaned off as customer's left. Some had leftover food and their was a whole section that had it's own mini sand box all over the the seats!
