This location updated there building to look better and to help serve us better but my opinion is they should be using the money to train there staff better to fill our orders. On my last trip here was only cause we needed to eat quick, our order was missing food, our food that we had wasn't even how we asked for it to be made so I called to complain and had to drive 20mins back to get what was missing. Quicker isn't always better McDonalds, if you have staff that don't meet the standards get someone who does.

Worst staff ever have seen in my whole life. Disgusting staff. Don’t have sense how to talk someone. Specially girls.

Very very very poor customer service. I just ordered food from this location and that indian girl in night shift (who wear red bangles and red t-shirt) shouted at me and pass vulgar comments. Did not expect this from Macdonds atleast. I will take this matter to human rights.

Its always my favourite but coffee here is thin and not something similar with the one I used to have iced coffee in India. Rest of the beverages I liked. Its my go to place and I visit there once or twice a week usually

They never have spicy herbanero or ghost pepper
I am seeing this from past one year

Fast service it was packed on a Monday the drive through had a ton of cars it's the only Mc Donald's that doesn't have refills on soft drinks.

Literally a mistake every time we come here. It's not rocket science to put everything in a bag. 2nd update, still brutal. 4th time in a row, mistakes in the drive thru.

12 staff members and still have to wait 15 minutes to get my order.
Plus a girl opens her hair in kitchen area ties them back and does not even bother to wash hands before touching the food! Douchebagss!

Horrible location. Drive-thru is always way to slow. Never have anything ready. Ordered the hotcakes and I had to go back for a fork and syrup

Really bad behaviour by the staff and the morning shift manager just for an coffee we ordered medium coffee triple but they i think they forgot to put it in because it dont have any bit of sugar but instead of listening they starded fighting we told them we are regular here we know how a medium coffee triple tastes like but she was having some ego issues i think so so please its a request …………for the owner please go have a check on your staff or change your staff i can told because i an also working in customer service department and know better then your staff to handle wrong order with angry customer…

Always busy, doesn't matter if it's 3pm or 1am. Pack some patience and some extra time, you'll get your order eventually.
Update: 20 min drivethru wait is the norm, only to be told the item you want is unavailable. After multiple times of this I'm done with this location.

I ordered online on the app and when my friend gone to pickup my order because I was busy at work they never gave my order and said it's not processed order at 10: 25 am
. So going hungry today for 12 hour shift because McDonald's employees are so lazy at castle oaks.

Sometimes good, sometimes isn't. Everytime in walk in they have the best service. But whenever I try through their drive through, I was disappointed, as all time I only order vanilla ice coffee and in drive through they keep forgetting, or else they are good. So, if you want your food right, you have to remind them about the same multiple times, as there guys are superbusy.

I am a skip the dishes driver like when I came to pick up the order in the restaurant description it was written after 8 PM your driver said to come to drive-through to pick up the orders
So after waiting about 15 minutes in the drive-through line on my tongue and they said they cannot give me order through drive-through I have to come to pick up window I even told him like it is written in the restaurant description I already waited more than 15 minutes they said they’re not gonna be giving order almost all of the medicine I like this but this McDonald’s Are the rudest one they do not know how to talk they just think that the delivery drivers are full they don’t respect drivers all the McDonald’s and this one is even worse

Inconsistent with their latte potency. My first pumpkin latte of the season was borderline flavourless while the second from this location tasted like I was pouring clove and cinnamon directly on my tongue. It's a gamble, but when it pays off it's a pretty good drink.

McDonalds is one of those places where you really crave it, but instantly regret it right after you’re done. However, it doesn’t disappoint, and you have to appreciate the quick service and consistency. Again, it’s a McDonalds, so don’t go expecting top tier food.

Staff routinely forget to put sugar in iced coffees. My wife also got a McFlurry here that was just half full!

Worst McDonald’s ever, they mess up your order than blame you for saying it wrong. I fully said no beacon and I get a sandwich with bacon on it. Disappointed to say the least but worst customer service ever. McDonald’s need to get their sheet together.

The food is as expected from a McDonald's, but the drive thru almost always forgets to give napkins, utensils, and ketchup, so remember to ask for that!

Mobile order pickup at curbside is extremely slow, better just line up in drive through is faster. I wish we can put zero star.
Order using mobile to ensure they don't forget anything and they still mess up the order. Frustrating.

Hate this location, always have to ask for napkins, or parts of my order that are missing. Despise the double drive through. Always someone who does not understand how it works and you can always see some argument or fight.
Avoid and go a block or two to another Macdonalds, no shortage of them.

All around busy place. Drive-thru lines can reach the opening of the plaza. They can get your orders mixed up if you line up in the farther drive-thru lane, though that hasn't been my experience. Make sure you listen to your order before paying in the first window and ask for sauces while you pick up your order in the 2nd window.

One thing I can say about this McDonald's is always check your order before driving away. They usually always make mistakes. I also don't know why mcd franchise give yogurt in a tube that is handled by staff, especially during a pandemic, do they not realize children have to put this in their mouths to eat it. Would you use a straw that was not sealed, of course not, so why would anyone eat a yogurt that is.

Not the best location of all time but they do have ice cream most of the time, so I’m basing it off of that. Plus the food is pretty much standardized so it tastes like any other average location

Hi, very bad customer service I went there the employee name Sam. She is very disrespectful she use abuse language to me I wait for food more than 10 min after that she said I don’t know u are order here and and very bad experience and I call to manger about that for complaint they reject the call and said don’t call here that’s so rude, please figure out this and put good respectful staff. Now i might be going to customer court for this they have to give respect to customer. I recommend everyone never visit here very bad staff.

This is one of the worse Mcdonald to go spend your money. Do not spend your money there. I went here tonight at the drive through. While waiting to place my order you could hear a female voice telling the the person who is taking my orders to wait. So I said why.i place my order. I drive to the window to pay. A girl came to the guy at the window and said something to him.he turn to me and ask me to wait. I was sitting at the window for about 3 minutes while the two of them stood there talking. I will never go to that location again.

Food good, fix speaker system where you take orders drive through. Everyone ca. Not repeat 5-6 times.

They can never get the order right. It's astonishing.maybe if head office didn't force employees to run at top speed.they can take a minute to know what the orders are.

The customer service manager handled a small issue I was having very quickly. 5 Stars just for this!

Terrible quality and service. Food is not prepared properly, it’s just thrown around with toppings all over the place and messy. Cold and uncooked patties, minutes after receiving.

I was completely disappointed with the service at this McDonald’s. I placed an online order for crispy chicken wrap with no bacon and I got a wrap with bacon?

Waited 20 minutes for a mango smoothie even though the restaurant wasn’t busy and other people were served before me. I complained after 10 minutes and they said it was coming but they still proceeded to not make the smoothie. I’ve also had problems with ordering mango smoothies on Ubereats where the smoothie was never delivered, this happened multiple times.

Another pathetic experience at this McDonald's. Asked for a medium coffee with 2 milk and 2 sugar. Got 2 milk and 2 sweetener. I'd complain to the owner but she's never there. Head office needs to pull this franchise. What a disaster.

Excellent customer service. Had an issue. Immediately brought to C S Manager Baljinder. She resolved it immediately with delay.

Everytime I go to this location, they always mess up my order. My last time there I ordered 3 mcdoubles and I was missing one. It was a simple order and they still messed it up. I called and they did nothing about it. Worst location.

On all 3 products that I should of gotten monopoly stickers at other mcdonalds I recieved none. Be sure to check your items.

We visit this place on October 27,2018. It was around 9: 25pm we gave the order via drive thru but the lady who was taking order didn't listen properly, we ordered a veg combo but she may be misunderstood when we reached the counter we told the other lady to add the drinks. That lady she was too mad and she started shouting on my friend. The way she was shouting is not at all acceptable. She has no manners how to talk with customers, totally rude. The other staff was good and they behaved nicely and after they apologize about what happened but that lady was still shouting.

Not sure what is going on here. I ordered hotcakes and I didn't receive a fork but instead I received a spoon and knife. Since when did we use a spoon and a knife to eat hotcakes? Am I missing something? Is this what we now do in 2018?

Hate this McDonald’s.the drive through is always rammed. Burgers are ALWAYS STALE! So try asking for a fresh patty. Wait times are long but I guess that’s expected at such a busy location. The managers are stingy about the sauces but the rest of the staff is friendly. Worth driving 2 extra km for the Woodbridge location!

Place has some issues I get charged 30 cents for adding onions while taking away pickles, when I asked the girl at the drive thru why I got charged so much she said the owner doesn't have a set price and she charged me for a dipping sauce.

Allow 20 to 35 minutes to get your food when visiting this location, so slowwwww service. Absolutely pathetic.

One of the worst McDonald's ever. I live just down the street and will actually get in my car and travel to another location at langstaff. Rude employees that ask you to pay cash even when you say debit. The drive thru is actually an awful walk through. The employees have their friends getting free McDonalds through the drive thru. Slowwwwww service inside. If your forced to use inside then try to pay atheists the kiosks instead of the employee. Its ways faster.

It’s look like there is no manager to let the workers works fast it’s all teenagers to slow to do the order whenever I go to that McDonald’s I stick in the line at least 20 minutes for the order and when I get to the window I see the workers working TOO slow They don’t care about the lineup

Tables would be nice if they were cleaned n the condiment and drink area was unacceptably messy. Asides from that foor was fresh and good.

Drive through is quite slow they have 2 lanes and one is mostly closed. They mess up the order sometimes. Inside it's a nice place to sit and eat. Location is good. They also deliver through uber eats.

So this was my first time at McDonalds and I really disliked it. I ordered the McFlurry and hated it. It had way too much sugar and tasted like an ice cream I can buy at Walmart. I guess the burgers are OK. But just like everyone else, it was DISGUSTING! Tables had food and sauces all over them and floors were sticky, too.

This is probably one McDonalds where the employees do some sketchy stuff at night. Seen some weird things while waiting in the drive-thru. Other then that, service is extremely slow.

This location has the slowest service. Any time of day the wait is no less than 10 mins in drive thru for one item

Terrible. I don’t think I have been there once when the kids working there have got my order right. I have to check my order at the window every time then I get attitude for holding up then line or telling them the order was wrong. Staff needs more training and proper management.
