Nice breakfast menu but the place was gross. Bathrooms were locked. Asked the staff they said someone is in there but locked the whole time we were there

Great restaurant overall. The short blonde Asian girl and the tall manager-lookin guy who always is playing music. They always provide a smile on my face and I love the dynamic of the whole store. This lightskin coileroy looking girl is always dancing and is lowkey a vibe 10/10 would recommend.

Food is. Mcdonalds. Many item menus are missing often, especially the cone. For some reason poutine cannot be ordered on the machines, and the environment is just somewhat not clean in general. But as a McDonald's, it's passible.

Usually quick at night, but a little bit busy right after midnight. Note: the food quality varies. One day they made the perfect big mac.

It’s super bad experience in this place no customer service when she give me food she just throw the food no napkins no souse I don’t know how they run this place I never come back here and also tell all of my friends and family members so rude staff

Its a McDonalds:) Sometimes forgets cheese in sandwiches which sucks, but the folks are super nice about it!

Love the location cause it close to my work a 8 minutes walk.i have to say when they are busy they seem to make mistake with your order.that is the part i don't like with this location but overall its okay!

Pretty busy at night, also can tend to attract some interesting individuals, but a convenient spot for 24 hour McDonald’s cravings.

Only two of the four order screens were working when I went there. A little bit of a longer wait because it seems to get quite busy especially at night. Food was pretty good though.

I bought 5 pancake happy meals for take out this morning. I asked to have bags with handles. The staff said those bags were for Uber drivers only. How can I handle 5 sets of pancakes and 5 cups of drinks without a proper bags? What a customer service? ! When I got back home, I found that there were no SYRUPS, no knifes in the bag. The cups of juice are only about half filled. The taste of orange juice is super diluted like drinking water. I won't go back again.

I ordered from Uber eats after hours. Displace it’s not what you want. It takes far too long to deliver.

Half the McDonald's employees are aware that the meat/patties are stale. They remain in the hot trays for hours and hours turning dried out and stale, when it is employee practice to throw-out meat every hour or so, because customers cannot eat stale food. Hopefully the staff improve their practices. 356 Yonge McD's is still the goat for the freshest food.

Came here this morning to grab breakfast very terrible experience nasty workers. A worker called or named or whatever he/she is “nitti” the brown broad with the bleached hair. She refused to wear gloves when I kindly asked. She refused to tie her hair back out of her face so it doesn’t get it In my food. The dark skin manager is ignorant just as well i don’t know her name. But I want this to be dealt with or I’ll be taking this to head office.

Last time I was there there was a fight that was being filmed.not so bad tonight. Covid quiet!?

Literally one of the worst McDonald’s in the city. It’s always fresh here but honestly if you’re doing a late night you’ll wait almost 30 mins for a meal. And they’re mess it up so you have to go back.

Worst customer service and the reason behind it. I ordered junior chicken with spicy habanero and onion. Below is the picture that I got. I went to ask for the exact order and these guys gave me onions on the side after 5 minutes when my burger is cold. This is my last visit to any McDonald's branch. Thank you for your great services.

Slow service during busy periods, questionable clientele in area, and lost my Samsung note 10+ here!

They have messed up my order so many times. Yesterday the Burger didn't have the bottom Bun. I mean, how can they miss something like that?

Other times they would forget to add Harbenero sauce in the burgers. Poorest trained staff at this McDonalds.

For every one out of several orders they will miss an item. But it still charges you the original amount. Today I went there and only ordered 3 items. They missed one. They are at least 2 stuffs and I’m the only customer at that time who was ordering things. I just don’t understand why.

I only went in to order a coke. I used the self serve kiosk. It was easy to use. My order was fulfilled fairly quickly. So I was happy about the service.

I order here almost everyday in the past 2 weeks. Their workers mess up my order 50% of the time.you may want to check your food before you leave the counter.
1. They never give you ketchup when you order fries
2. They never include hash browns in my breakfast combo. If you don’t sell hash browns, you should not ask me pay to for it. I paid for hash browns that never existed, MULTIPLE TIMES!

Avoid. Orders consistently awful - sandwiches with no condiments or missing critical ingredients. Food is old and stale. Even when you call about this the managers shrug and don't care. I'd be deeply ashamed to work in such a place.

Paid for a double big Mac meal which should come with 4 paddies but I guess it only comes with 2 now. I was that hunger I did not have time to bring it back.

Large Mcdonalds with very planned out covid safety measures. They had multiple sanitizing stations too, none of which were empty.

They seem to have a regulars too, which is a good sign. While I was waiting for my order, 2 different people asked the manager by her name how was she doing. Pretty sure the manager served me, she was quick and efficient. Repeated the order too to ensure it was correct.
Food came out quickly, hot, and fresh.

Would come back to this location if I'm in the area.

I would give it a 0 star if I could. The service is slow. They have a bunch of employees daydreaming don’t know what they’re doing.

Update April 19,2019: I hadn't visited this location for about 2 months because I was disappointed with the lack of cleanliness and general management of the space. Happy to report that there is a distinct improvement in the cleanliness of the location and a refreshing change in the atmosphere. Customer service has also improved leaps and bounds. Hope they keep it up. Adding one star.

I feel like the service is getting slower and slower at McDonald's restaurants lately (the two on Yonge St between Dundas and Wellesley that is). I've waited as long as 15 minutes for a junior chicken. I'd like to be able to go for quick grab and go food when I'm in a hurry, but these two restaurants always seem overwhelmed and take a long time to prepare food.

The staff is friendly and the crowd is not too rowdy. As for food it's another story. Once I ordered a burger and all I got was lettuce and cheese in it.

As with all McDonald's this one has yet to nail down the efficiency with the order system, they insist in going in order when some people only order a coffee. It results in a lot of long waits and scowls when someone like me has ordered through mobile and walks in a plucks their order in front of a mass of people. Haha. This one is particularly busy though. I think the process needs a look, otherwise some good mobile offers to be had. And double stickers if u order coffee through the app.

We dropby to buy breakfast before work.the staffs are very unfriendly they just take your orders and pay.no greetings or anything very slow service. I ordered breaksfast for me and my husband while im eating my breakfast sandwich after few bites in the middle something is crunchy and i found an egg shell in my sandwich.i hope next time the crew should pay more attention of making food & try to improve customer service.

Odered a bacon & egg mcmuffin combo w/coffee, just got a medium diet coke. Not sure how that got twisted around at the cash.

Very busy location, but the staff are very good at getting people in and out, especially in the mornings. Orders are accurate and delivered quickly. Overall a good location for this giant chain. Only thing preventing five stars is the appearance of the restaurant, often at times it's quite messy given the heavy foot traffic.

Tried the new Carolina BBQ Angus burger and actually enjoyed it. The meat was actually hot for a change. The restaurant, on the other hand, was freezing. My co-worker and I kept our winter coats on the whole time. All the garbage receptacles were completely over flowing and most of the tables were dirty, which is typical of this location.

The Toronto chains need security, yes love for all people but it's very uncomfortable when people are passing out and flailing uncontrollably at the restaurant.

You know you're at a good McDonald's when there's security patrolling the place at all hours of the day.

You never let me down, mcdolands. Keep adding extra mcsauce for free and I will be loyal to you forever.

I ordered a take out salad and paid for additional balsamic vinaigrette which was jot included in my take out order.

Staff here is racist and wouldn't let me use the washroom, when I ordered they had no toys, and didn't have all of the drinks. Also slow service

Rude behavior, need to change the staff, they don’t know how to treat the customer, that staff gonna fall down the reputation of McD’s.

Staff are friendly and trying but man, the wait time is brutal This new system of ordering bites! You order then wait for your whole break to end before you get your order. It's making Mc D a serious no go zone!

Nice location downtown. Stop in for a quick ice cream cone to rest up. Lots of kids just hanging around, tables were all quite dirty and required a wipe down.

Ordered 2 pies, one was partially eaten when i opened. Disgusting. Wonder if they have camera within the kitchen

Starting a few weeks ago, there's no or little sugar being added to coffee, regardless of how much I ask for. I recently redeemed a free medium coffee, but because they were out of medium cups, was given a small instead. What kind of service is that?

Tasty fries, great service and nice atmosphere, this location is one of the best in the area! Highly recommend this place.

Service here is a hit or miss. For a fast food restaurant it can take surprisingly long and workers don't appear to be to fussed about it. The wait on average is about 15mins

Horrible. Absolutely horrible. First of all, the staff is very slow. Expect to wait at least 10 minutes if you ordered anything. That means a coffee, a couple junior chickens, anything. The lack of security means that any drunk homeless person can walk right in and ask for change, or straight up be a nuisance. I once was eating there and witnessed what seemed to be a drug deal happening. And the washrooms. Boy oh boy. If you like narrow hallways, and needles in your bathrooms, then this is your place. I’m honestly surprised this location is still open. It’s absolutely horrible.

Worst mcdonalds i have ever been too. They have strange rules. They close up all washrooms except one after 9pm, they dont serve in trays for dine in after 8pm. A hobo was in a washroom for 15mins, come out with fully dirty washroom, i asked them to clean it as it was the only washroom available, they removed the toilet paper from floor and said its clean. When i went it, there was pee all over the toilet seat which i reported. Their response was “oo so you have to sit”. Omg, like it was okay to use the toilet with pee all over the toilet seat if i dont have to sit

This one is always busy. Don't seem very organized. Annoying that napkins and straws are only available behind the counter.
