8am Saturday and the restaurant is drive thru only. What kind of McDonald's is not open for Breakfast on a Saturday. Utterly ridiculous!

As I was waiting for the bathroom another gentleman walked past me into the bathroom to also see if it was available, it wasn’t and HE walked out. He immediately went to walk into the womens washroom, before he could enter I said “that’s the womens washroom. ” To which he replied “I identify as a women. ” I hope the people that have campaigned for such nonsense to become normalized are happy with the results. Ahahaha

Just experienced hands down the worst customer service in a drive thru I have ever experienced. If you are in the area, go anywhere else but here. Do not give this location your time, effort, or money. The associates are rudest I have come across in a very long time.

Ordered a Sausage McMuffin no egg on Christmas day. Get home and they gave me an egg McMuffin with no sausage, wrapped in a Sausage McMuffin wrapper. I hope you rot. I despise these employees.

Understaffed. Mostly on weekends nights you will see bunch of drivers waiting there for hours and staff is usually overwhelmed with orders.

I asked for Mc Sauce to go with my order. It tasted like fish. Also found something on the top of my cheeseburger but I have no clue what it is

Horrible drive thru. Wrong order 20 minutes to get food. Nice manager but they are hectic and unorganized

Bro it’s dons u know what to expect. Just be glad they are pretty much always open. Just don’t look at the food too long and it’s great.

I don't know what the training is for people checking orders before handing them to customers but they need a refresher.
Last night I had to give my order three times at the drivethru. Then again at the first window, only to have my order be the wrong burger completely. 4 times I delivered my order. And they STILL got it wrong.
Busy is not an excuse for poor service. If the staff cant handle the nature of the industry they should find another job.
This morning, giving this location another chance.
Order burrito combi with a side burrito. Easy enough right? Not hard to understand that as someone taking an order. The lady taking the order starts putting in a totally different sandwitch combo. I restate my order, she says sorry, we good. Drive to the window. Staff member tries to charge me for a completely different order. I mention it. They fix it, give me the debit machine with nothing on it for me to pay. Just the welcome screen. I try to get their attention and they are too busy with another customer to worry about the one right infront of their face. I understand this is fast food. But I'm not getting fast, or correct food.
Fine, get it fixed, pay, off I go to the next window.
Food window, get handed my drink and my bag, off I go. Get to work. 2 burritos. That's it. So all this bs, repeating my order, again, out of three burritos and a hashbrown, I get 2 burritos. You're welcome for my extra money for the products I didn't get.

Please put my extra funds to extra training for your staff. Back to back days, they sure look like they need it.

More McDonald's should be open 24/7. There is high demand in the area now. The reason I say this people don't like waiting at one 24/7 Mcdonalds in the area for 25 mins to place an order via drive thru. Just a friendly suggestion to Mcdonalds North Amercian Head Management. Always amazing food and smoothies!

Staff was friendly but its pretty frustrating when you get home and half of your takeout order isn't there. Not to mention it was paid for.

As consistent as this fast food usually is, my quarter pounder pattie was strangely very dry yesterday. Fries were outstanding as usual though.

Ordered a bacon and egg on a plain bagel. Repeated my order 2 times then confirmed at the first window where I paid. As they had a bacon and egg McMuffin on the screen. After getting home I noticed that I got a poppy seed bagel with cream cheese. It went straight in the Garbage. Thanks for wasting my time and money.

We ordered 3 Egg McMuffins from drive through at 6 AM this morning and all 3 had stale hard English Muffins! Maybe one that was stale would be a mistake but since all 3 were stale it seems like this location is trying get rid of stale bread with drive through orders. Very disappointed.

Usually quick service i will give them that. Definitely sub par food quality. It is not uncommon to be served stale or even straight up cold fries. If there was another mcdonalds at a more convenient location i would definitely choose that. Would only recommend going during peak hours so your food is relatively "fresh"

This place is unorganized inside all the way to the parking lot this could be one of the worst McDonald's I've been to.

The only thing I don't understand is if you place a mobile order after 9pm ish, picking it up at the front counter is not an option. The staff have dealt with this issue in many different ways. Anyways, it seems like a simple fix that could solve a ton of confusion.

I suppose it is easy to shrug off an order when you don't have to look the paying guest in the eye. I used ubereats and waited one hour for this order to arrive in my hand - through no fault of the driver, he was 6 minutes in transit if you must know. The food had completely cooled off to room temperature and the drinks were warm. This is totally unacceptable and I know that these are NOT your standards, but why did nobody bother to remake this order fresh? Why were cold hashbrowns, sandwiches and warm apple juice even allowed to leave your premises? McDonalds is aware of food safety protocols and its impact on food borne illness. So does your staff really have little to zero integrity that they are satisfied with serving food that could make someone sick? Get it together. This sub par service has been accepted by this location for too long.

This is the worst McDonald’s EVER and they always screw up my orders. I just pick up my food at 3am and who ever made the Big Mac took a bite out of the bottom patty and of course no one picks up the phone to complain about my Big Mac and want my money back snd never eating here again or McDonald’s for that matter. If I could rate 0 stars I would.

Very quick and excellent service. Took them only 3 minutes to serve me a burger and a wrap. The wraps served here have a better filling as compared to other McDonald's outlets.

Always check that the coffee lid is secure!

Staff is always friendly, and they are generally pretty quick. Food for me is always hot and fresh and the restaurant is clean. Employees follow COVID protocols with face masks and shields, wiping down payment areas and detailed signage. Only complaint would be the self service printers break too often but that's more of the technology than the restaurant itself, it happens at all McDonald's

This McDonald's has the freshest food of all McDonald's in the KW region! Including their fries, they are always warm and fresh:) what else do we need from McDonald's!

I've been to this McDonald's many times and more often than not they get it right. It can get quite busy at this location seeing as it's in a prime area for bar goers and students but I find the service is still fast.

Probably still the only location that will allow you to place and pick up your order @ the drive thru without a vehicle, after dining room closes. Even now, during this "Plandemic"

The customer service is really bad quite a few times the messed up our order. They do not return phone calls at all and just tonight our order was short one item.

I ate here last night and I've just woken up this morning feeling quite sick, I didn't want to say anything about the quality of my food but the fact that I feel ill now and my stomach hurts, I feel I should. When my order arrived, it was cold. Could have been the couriers fault but I digress. While I was about to eat my junior chicken, I noticed two weird black pellets embeded in the bun. It was very likely not mouse droppings but the fact that something that LOOKED like mouse droppings was stuck to the bun was really gross and unappealing. On top of that, I noticed a lot of the lettuce on my sandwich had a really weird texture, and it was almost grey in colour, as if it was super old or wilted. All in all, really gross. Used to produce some good quality yummy junk food, now this place just produces junk.

This was definitely not one of my favourite experiences at McDonald's. I only hit the drive thru, which did have a big line up but the staff interactions at the window were not very satisfactory. The staff were rushing through, the debit machine and my food was practically thrown at me and when I asked for a few packages of ketchup the server sighed and handed me two packages and promptly closed the window. I'm not sure about anything inside or anything else but I would certainly choose somewhere else to eat, there are plenty of places in this neighborhood that offer fast AND friendly service.

Almost perfect food and staff BUT this place gets delivery orders wrong 80% of the time. Or is it some conspiracy where the delivery drivers steal food? !

Luckily if you show up in person or order curbside, it becomes an 80% right situation instead. I waffled between 3 and 4 stars for this place, but I think it'll be 3 until they start to give me the orders I order.

Ordered and payed for double filet of fish, received single filet of fish, I will never trust McDonald ever again

Normally have a good experience here and always come here to enjoy a few items. Well, I think they really need to train certain younger people more. Talking with your co-workers and not saying a word to the paying customer is terrible service! Maybe some managers and certain people in power positions there need some retraining.

Wait at curbside pickup for 20 minutes to realize that our food was waiting for us inside.not impressed when the manager suggested that the employee give us new set of fries and not new burgers.

Considering the very busy location due to being close to the Laurier university, I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and speedy orders! Navigating your car in the small parking lot is a challenge at times.

They got my order wrong and I didnt notice and when I came back they told me they cant return it for my new order

Check your bag before you leave because too many times they haven't given me my full order or the right order.

Ok, but half the food look like it's made by a 7 year old. And the service is just as bad. Please fix this.

McDonald is great. I've been going to this location since 1984. The new location is nice but it needs a couple things. The seats are showing signs of wear and tear and only one of the hand dryers work in the washroom.

Went to McDonald’s yesterday to receive a burnt bagel. I mean I already waited 15 mins in drive thru. The least they could do is train their staff to not give customers burnt food. Literally takes a minute to make another bagel.

Drive thru was terribly slow, and my big mac looked like they assembled it by throwing the ingredients from across the room.

Late night and long lines don't mix. To top it it was snowing this late in March. The lighting to and through the drive in was poor. Hid almost a mystery to be solved before one is fed

Waiting over 15 minutes in the drive thru, having a car almost back into you and have the amount change from the order to the window. Wow, zero customer service at window. Went directly to A&W. Good Bye McDonald's.

When they get it right this location is fine. The primary issue is that it is always so busy that accuracy suffers more regularly than at other locations. Nothing that checking your meal before leaving can't fix, but always make sure to do so.

They need to train their employees there menu especially the older woman who served today. It's very sad

I try to be pretty positive, even at places where I'm a little disappointed, but our visit to this McDonald's on Saturday morning, March 30th, 2019, was pretty horrible.

We were running on a short timeline - but wanted breakfast for three of us. I ordered 3 Sausage McMuffin with Egg MEALS and specifically asked for an extra hash brown for each meal.

Things got weird when one in our party asked to substitute a Capacinno coffee for the regular drink that came with the meal. The cashier could not figure out how to do that and had to call someone else. That took up time as we waited for them to figure out how to do a drink substitution.

But then things got worse. We finally received our order, but when I looked in the bag, there was only one hash brown per meal for a total of three, when there should have been a total of six. I pointed this out to the server, who looked at the receipt, and said, "Well, you only ordered 3 hash browns. "

No. I ordered three Sausage McMuffin meals and asked for extra hash brown for each one. Admittedly, they did agree to add three to the order at no extra charge which would not have been an issue if it had been done properly in the first place.

But then, I looked further into the bag that contained our meals.and they had put in ONE Sausage McMuffin and TWO Bacon & Egg McMuffins.

As much as I like bacon, I have never in my life uttered the word "bacon" in ANY McDonald's and have never ordered one of those in my life! How a simple order for three Sausage McMuffins with egg could get so screwed up to come out as two Bacon and one Sausage is beyond me.

When I pointed out this second error, I was told I must have ordered the two bacon ones. As much as they might want to defend their cashier, the fact is I have never ever ordered such a thing in my life!

We were under some time pressure to arrive at an event and did not have the time to wait for a correct order and just had to leave.

But suffice to say, our experience here was very disappointing.

Had an amazing experience here. Was given table service by Grace and she was so welcoming. Great service and the fries were hot

Coming home from a vacation stopped in to your drive-thru at 2: 35am. After waiting for 25 minutes, hearing the car in front of us place their order and finally advancing 2 car-lengths to place an order. The girl comes out to say we would have to come in to order because "their speakers weren't working". Clearly heard the vehicle ahead of us order. Literally 2 cars were served in 25 minutes. This is the absolute worst display of anything related to "fast food" ive ever seen. I decided to leave after being lied to about why they were taking half an hour to serve 2 customers. If i were the owner of this place i would definitely look into training my staff to properly operate my place of business. Exhausted and hungry from travelling all day, this was a total fail. Will not ever be returning here.i wish i could give this a negative star rating.

One of the busiest ones in Canada when the students are in town from what i've herd they do good keeping up

I put 3 stars only because I had a free cappuccino. I ordered 2 coffees and 2 cookies. The order was ready after 10 minutes, no busy time. And then the cookies where wrong. I asked the one I ordered. When I left I realized that they gave for 2nd time wrong cookies. I went back 3th time to take finally 2 chocolate caramel cookies that where not fresh at all. 3 stars are too much for this time.

They've really improved delivery and I gained a tad of weight. Great at 4am:). Clean and comfy inside and heard of or witnessed some truly above and beyond by staff

Do check the content in your bag before leaving, there is a large possiblity they put in the wrong thing.

Would give a zero star if I could. The Drive Thru girl was the rudest person I've ever met in the retail world full of attitude and slamming the window in my face three times. I went inside to complain to the manager and she wasn't really interested in anything I was saying. I will never go back to this location. Good job on hiring people

This McDonald's is always packed to the brim. Took me over 20min for a small fries on a Tuesday night of all times. Top of the line McDonalds in every other regard though, just exceptionally busy
