What a disappointment it was to open my bag of food and find out there’s no burger patties, it was only the bun and its fixings. I wish I had kept the photos of it.
The fries were cold and the service was very poor.
I think we used to love McDonald’s. Lately I believe it’s been going downhill.
So sad they do not seem to care about customer service anymore. They used to, and I quite appreciated that!
For us, most of the time we go other places to buy our foods now. With the rising cost of food expenses, I strongly believe I would take my money where it’s appreciated where the food is made as it’s promised.
This location needs care some more about how they handle food and there service

Food was cold and had no or little ingredients inside they didnt put napkins in bag and burgers were very dry tasted awful

Nice people, food is prepared well. Employees are very efficient, always places mobile order and it’s always ready and warm when I get there.

The fries were not hot for both of us. Purchased two big Mac meals forgot to bring coupons as the total was 24 bucks ouch. I'll be waiting for the next coupons.

I felt like a sundae late one evening and decided to get sundaes. Shockingly enough the ice cream machine was not broken or shut down early. So, we were able to get our sundaes. Awesome!
The sundaes were served fast and were cold and delicious! The only problem is the wooden spoons. The sundaes tasted like you were eating wood! Yuck! You got to get rid of the wood! It spoils the flavour of the food!

I come to this McDonald's every Saturday and I have never once had an issue. The staff are excellent and friendly! I highly recommend the fries!

Only reason i’ve been here a few times is because of the play place.otherwise this place feels grimy and dirty.service isn’t great either.long waits and wrong orders.

Did a mobile order for 40 nuggets. We got them and took them back home to eat with the family. They were completely raw. All pink. Truly disgusting! We truly hope we don’t get food poisoning! Disgusting. Never going back here!

Slow to take our order staff was too busy talking to help us and thier self serve machines broke, yet they did not put anyone on the register to replace it. When food did arrive it was cold and the fries were overcooked.

Haven’t been here in ages but thought/hoped things had improved…nope. 23 mins in drive thru and got the order wrong (no fries and supposed to just have ketchup on cheeseburger) Initially tried to go inside to order hoping it would be quicker but it was jam packed and 2/3 kiosks were out of order. It’s just a disaster and the poor staff take the brunt of it when this is a management issue.

Good service by the young man doing curbside orders. He was very polite, professional and friendly. Food is standard.

**AVOID THIS LOCATION** Save yourself the headache. There is a McDonald’s that is much better right across from CF Limeridge Mall. This must be the worst McDonalds I have ever been to. I have had multiple issues with this specific location. On one occasion, there was an entire meal missing from my order. Another time, I waited for almost an hour (after paying) in the drive thru reserved spot to have them forget my order completely and very rudely ask why I was parked there. Then yesterday, I order just one meal for myself, when I got my order, the large fry was 2/3 short. I tried calling them, but there was no answer.

I was doing skipping the dishes order and they made me for like almost 1 hr.vey poor behavior of staff at night enjoying themselves not working.

Always check your bag if you use drive thru. They either forget stuff or give you the wrong order.aside from making you wait in the slowest drive through on earth.

Claims to be open at 5am.doors are always locked. Management should step it up. I come at 6am and the doors are still locked.

I wasn't going to complain but this is the 3rd mistake in a row and a big one. We spent over $60 and it was delivered by Skip the Dishes and McDonald's forgot 3 items, Big Mac, Quarter Pounder with cheese and large fries. Seriously how do you forget that many items? McDonald's is to blame but put it on Skip. Not going to this McDonald's or using Skip the dishes again. Sorry but 3 strikes you're out to me.

Met up with some friends for lunch. It was busy but service was good. For a family place it is interesting that there are no stools or anything in the restrooms for kids to reach the sink and no paper towel just a hand blower which is extremely loud for little ears.

Always an issue at this location. Sub-par customer service, long wait times. Last time I come here

Complete chaos behind the counter. Seemed to be short staffed, can't keep with deliveries, drive thu and inside orders. Add items to my order that I didnt ask for.

Always busy, you wait in line for 10+ minutes. Get home, and always short something. EVERY SINGLE TIME!

One of the worst locations in the country. Ridiculously slow service. You are always waiting 15-20mins. Even for coffee. Also not having pumpkin syrup in the fall when you launch pumpkin spice latte is so weird. And then they delay your order even more.

The chick almost threw my order at me when I was parked in a waiting spot for the drive through. All I wanted were my French fries

The food was good but they didn't check proof of vaccination when sitting down in the restaurant and all there tables were dirty expect two of them.

Covid-19 ready. We sat in the playground section didn't know that it was still. When staff told me they were very understanding.

Extremely disappointed with my breakfast this morning. I ordered a BLT bagel and received the saddest bagel I've ever seen. At most maybe 1 piece of bacon ripped into tiny pieces. I asked for a BLT bagel not a LT bagel.

Absolutely brutal. They had two drive-through lanes open but we're clearly only operating one at a time. By the time we figured that out we were stuck. When we finally got to order after waiting for 15 minutes we were told that yes they still served breakfast, but that they wouldn't serve us the chicken McMuffin. That's pretty much the only reason we stopped. The chicken McMuffin is literally just a junior chicken, on an English muffin, minus the lettuce. I don't know how this is that difficult. Any other McDonald's has never had a problem when we've ordered these. After waiting another 5 minutes to hear back about what was going to happen with our order in silence we left through the side exit as soon as we saw an opening. Zero out of 10, do not recommend. Worst McDonald's experience.

This McDonald's has made "Fast Food" an Oxymoron.
You will spend your Life waiting for Horrible food. If anything else was open At 2am I would Gladly go there. Gave up on placing order and backed out of line after 20 minutes with one car in front of me and 9 behind.

Very quick and fast, and to the girl who came over to drive thru tonight, and kept staring at me, I saw you if you wanted to say Hi you could have! I was the guy with the Big Mac and wrap combos! Other then that perfect service!

Look, I try and keep it positive here but I’m starting to question my own sanity by coming here.
They have messed up almost every order I’ve ever got, from something as minimal as being out of napkins to forgetting the egg on my egg McMuffin.
Today was the final straw as I wanted to celebrate mchappy day. I specifically asked for the mchappy socks. It was added to my bill and I was told I would get them with my food, only to be told “we’re not doing the socks have a great day. ”
I’ll donate to RMHC all day, but I could have at least been told I don’t get the socks and asked if I would still like to donate (I would have) but the passive way in which I was told this McDonald’s was not participating in things it is advertising was too much.

Slowest Mcdonalds I've ever been to. Any they gave me the wrong order. Only because 0 isn't a possible rating. Don't order a large fry if you're in drive thru. It's always half full. Worst mcdonalds in Hamilton.

If you go into the restaurant pay with a card, waited 15 minutes for someone to take our money and another 10 to get our food 10 or more cars went through the drive through in that same time!

There was only 1 till open during lunch. The person had to keep leaving the station to make drinks etc. It took 10 minutes just to place my order. There was approximately 8 people waiting behind me. I ordered the new Maple quarter pounder. It was terrible! Don't order it!

Just was confused on why 2 coupons couldn't be put on 1 bill ice NECER had thus happen in all the years I've dealt with coupons and any fast food establishment? Made no sense to me

Like to see salads and grilled chicken back on the menu. Without pastas and breads. Gluten free eating is difficult enough.

I took my daughter to lunch today & while she enjoyed her lunch, I enjoyed her company as I always do. Cherished Moments.

Tried the Grand Big Mac. Way too much sauce. Ended up with sauce all over me and the car. The meat was like eating a soggy egg carton. The iced coffee was good.

One of the employees at this location is awesome.a blond woman.maybe in her 50s. She is often at one of the drivethru windows in the mornings. She is friendly sweet and always is positive. She deserves a huge raise and if I owned a business, I would recruit her away

Stopped in today to get lunch for me and a few coworkers and immediate left, as 2 customers were not wearing masks in the restaurant and were still served even though posting still up showing its required. Unfortunate that community health takes a back seat to appeasing a few ignorant people.

25 minutes I sat in the curbside pick up waiting for an egg mcmuffin combo and a double cheeseburger combo. That is ridiculous, why order ahead if I have to wait that long? I'm 100% certain you gave my order to the car next to me. I had to call the store after waiting 20minutes only to be told they see my order. I'd like to see my order in less than 25 minutes. The least you could have done was upsize my coffee to a medium for making me wait. What horrible customer service. I understand it's McDonald's so you don't care if you tick off people and lose their business but I'll be going to a different franchisee location from now on.

Too long of a wait for fast food. The staff are unprofessional and they make too many mistakes. There are many other choices. No need to go through the hassle of going there.

Always get one or three missing foods every time I order there. Not worth to go, I prefer go McDonald’s on wentworth.

Very long wait. No straws in our bag at the drive through. My big mac looked like it went on roller coaster ride. Whoever put my sandwuch together didnt care about what they were doing. I had a bad experince I am not happy. Will not be returning to this location

DO NOT ORDER FOR DELIVERY FROM THIS LOCATION! They do not staff appropriately to support delivery.my driver has been waiting 45 minutes now for my order - I have called them and was told they have 1 person working on delivery orders, and there are just too many of them. So that means a really long wait (and I would guess that food will be cold when it finally arrives). What a waste of money. If they want to offer delivery - they need to put the resources in place to support this service. I will not be ordering from this location again.

I was at the cash ready to order and was standing there for 20 minutes on one said a word to me.the lady in front of me was waiting of 15 minutes until she asked I did not have time for this and I just left.worst mac Donald's ever you will be waiting there for ever do not go.

If I could I would give zero stars they changed the Big Mac buns and the cheese and it is the most do not recommend eating there

Well 1st pics the quality you'd expect at this Corporate Location. 2nd pics a different day and a weird burger my husband was served. The food is never good, usually under cooked/over cooked. English muffins aren't even toasted anymore. We live 2 km away and always need to put fries or nuggets in our air frier to be able to eat. Weve decided to go to Harvey's from now on as their employees have zero standards & respect for their customers.

I went there and got a crusty bun for my SANDwich and was missing an apple pie. Went back and they only gave me one bceause they only had one. So then my replacementy SANDwich was also weong thanks for the cookies they were incredible.

Nice staff very good service. Store was very clean and food is always fresh when we eat there every Friday for lunch we eat here.

One of the worst one's in Hamilton, staff are rude and dont communicate with customers in the driver thru and the food is never expected as handed over and I also had to wait 10 minutes just to tell them that they messed up the order. I will never be going to this location again!

Big Mac had almost no meat. Patty was paper thin and over cooked/dry. Cashier gave my wife a hard time whe. She wanted to change her drink to an orange juice from soda

This McDonalds is severely understaffed. They ask every single person who orders at the window to pull into a delivery slot (designed for mobile orders) and you wait forever. The management simply seems horrible, the workers are fine. They’re just told to tell every patron to move forward and wait for the food to come out of the door with a staff member.such a waste of resources, and is just ridiculous. The workers have to come out in the cold in the winter to deliver the food. Absolutely ridiculous. Horrible management.

One of the few McDonald's still around with a Playland for the kids. I'm disappointed there's only this one and the one in the Delta still left in Hamilton. I wish there was another one in West Hamilton somewhere (somewhat convenient for West Hamilton, Dundas and Ancaster), and I'm sure there's other families that would appreciate one in Stoney Creek.

We'd drive all the way to the east end just to not have to eat ar this McDonald's. Especially after our most recent visit. Once again, clueless employees, stale cool fries and items forgotten in the order again.

Fast food should be fast. McDonald's should be stellar. This location needs a purge.

Drove through to grab the kids lunch yesterday. Didnt realize until we got home that the hameber and apple happy meal was nuggets and fries. Sons burger was a mess falling out of the wrapping. Mocha was a latte also. Will not return.

Always lots of places to sit and plugs on one side so you can charge your phone while you enjoy your burger and milk shake.

There's a big sign that says 24 hours. I went at 4: 30AM to grab a bite to eat before my 5: 00AM shift and they refused entry. It totally ruined my morning. Take down your sign.

Horrible drive through. They make every car pull aside and wait for there food. The employee bringing out of the store mixes up orders giving them to the wrong cars waiting. We waited 20 minutes when we went through the drive through. Never again.

Worst McDonald's in Hamilton area.dirtiest too. Stay away. I live around the area and it's the closest.every time I "give it another chance" I'm reminded why I hate this McDonald's.

Ridiculous! Went to drive through and had to wait 15 mins after ordering - sort of defeats the purpose of drive through.

Went in tonight with my boyfriend only to be mocked and have our time wasted by two intoxicated teens in the kitchen. Ordered a meal that was almost 30 dollars and had requested no tomato and paid for extra grilled onions (he has an allergy to tomatoes). Get home and realise theres tomato and no onion so we go back and politely ask to exchange the burger. The two young males on kitchen staff around 10 pm tonight (10/23/18) started laughing and piled the new burger with grilled onions; clearly intoxicated and had no interest in being at work. Upon receiving it, the burger began to basically fall through the box because of the grease. Good thing we checked before we left because this was a total of 45 minutes of wasted time after a 12h work day. The manager had to be called back and appoligize for their mistakes once again and refund us. The manager was great but unfortunately the staff tonight was arrogant and had no respect for her time or ours and wasted a bunch of food for absolutely no reason. Probably in the best interest of the rest of the staff and the company to let these two go considering they can’t do the most simple task and have zero interest in being there.

The slowest McDonald's I have ever been to. I understand it is lunch but people expect speed from McDonald's not having to wait 30 mins for lunch.

Horrible service. This rating is based on last 5 visits. Drive through is a disaster. They literally have ten cars at any point waiting all over the place in designated spots and random spots at the next door strip mall. Order taker sitting down on a chair complaining how tired she is. Brutal. I'd say go to a different McDonald's but the next closest one is probably worse.

Planned on showing up to work early today with breakfast.

I placed my order and was told they're only taking cash. I drove to the nearest bank several kms away and back, placed my order again, paid and then was told it would be a few minute wait and to just pull up. Well at this point I'd be lucky to show up to work on time so I had to leave with just a coffee when I paid for a meal.

I called and voiced my concern with an employee named Betty who was kind and understanding. She took my name down and said they would refund me when I manage to come back in.

I'm leaving a 1 star review for now but will change it to a 3 maybe if they do refund me later today. Starting a 12 hour shift on an empty stomach barely on time. When I should have been 20 minutes early with food to get me through the morning.
