McDonald's is the same in every country I've visited, it's the same as ours here in Brazil, with only a difference in promotions, snacks, soft drinks and the like ;)

If you go through the drive thru, you’d better hope you don’t get the young Indian girl. The one with the long hair. She’s so rude and impatient, just bad service, even for a teen McDonalds worker. The worst part is that I couldn’t even understand her half the time because of her thick accent, which just made her even more impatient.

Heading West saw McDonald and make a left turn at light thinking going into it but then realized it was a Fire department station. Did a quick turn around by going in and coming out. Sorry about that for I need to go washroom quick.

Great staff. Order accuracy is good. McMuffin could have been toasted more/properly. Generally this located on is one of the best in this regard.

McDonald's is a McDonald's. The fries may or may not be good, sometimes spot on crispy on the outside with nice soft potatoes on the inside, but there are times I would rather toss them out. My biggest concern with this location is how many times I've been told they don't have the things I want and I'm only allowed to pick another item from the menu rather than getting a refund. If food items are shown on the mobile app, please have them available. I ordered "Pumpkin Spice Latte" a few times and was told they don't have it, when it's on their mobile app. Then I was told a few times they don't have certain baked goods. Quite annoying actually. So, I've learned to only order things that they should have, such as soft drinks and fries.

Bad service! Impolite!
I ordered two McMuffin sandwiches with curbside pick-up but only got one in the bag. Had to go inside and waited to talk to them.
No apology! 'Busy' was the only word I got when asking what caused the error. Only said sorry after my claiming of talking to the head office.

AWFUL experience. I ordered and paid for one individual sandwich and they gave me the completely wrong order. I was already down 2 intersections by the time I realized. I ordered a McChicken as I do not eat red meat and was HUGELY disappointed that I couldn’t even eat the mistake because it was a beef and had bacon on it.this was at 10: 40pm on Sept 28th when it is drivethru only so the doors are locked and I couldn’t just walk in to get it fixed, I had to go back into the drivethru and wait, and when I called multiple times no one picked up, it went to voicemail. Extremely annoyed and really hoping this kind of negligence is taken seriously. Will not be back.

This McDonald's is probably one of the best I've ever had in Canada before. They barely got our orders wrong, and when they did they would give a coupon and make the food that you ordered and handled it calmly. I would also say that the cleanliness of the inside is great and it's finally a McDonald's that is FAST. I mean speedy fast like lightning fast. The employees are sometimes unfriendly but that's just a rare occasion.

Ordered curb side pickup on the app waited at least 10 minutes before going inside and my order was sitting waiting.

If this McD is in a chalet, the environment may be even better. Staff, clients and space have been nice. Wish for more recipe and menu varieties down the road

Took a little longer than usual to receive my order but sandwiches were assembled well and tasted fresh!

Just a McDonald's, lol. What's different about this one is their service. They will always make it right to you because everyone makes mistakes.

These voting deals are a great promotion! But sometimes this location makes Big Mac incorrectly.

Gave me wrong sandwiches, half of my order was right, the other half was wrong/ missing. Do i really half open up every single box or wrap to make sure my orders are all correct before i walk out! I had to drive 8km back to get an exchange.

They always serve fresh and hot food. I have another macdonald nearby but they serve cold food and fries so i always drive to this location.

Stop by to buy breakfast today, everyone wore mask and stayed proper distance, food delivered fast.

I used to order breakfast here in the normal days. Back to office today and came here to order coffee, saw the friendly staffs like usual, glad everyone is safe.

This is my go to McDonald's in the area. Fast, friendly service, out of the dozens I've times I've visited they've only screwed up my order once (which I feel is an acceptable margin of error). Note they do not honour App offers like 2 can dine in drive thru - walk in only. Coupons will still be honoured in drive thru.

Drive thru got the order wrong. Would suggest them to repeat order verbally or have an order display at the cashier window.

Their is always something wrong here with the food or coffee. Either they don't put enough sugar or they forget to give you a full order of fries, or forget your fries altogether.

Just your neighbourly McDonald's. Ordered beforehand using the app and went inside to pick up the order. However be sure to check your order before driving off.

They forgot to ask what nugget sauce I wanted, so they gave me bbq. Had to go back and ask for sweet and sour.

So I’m eating keto right now and got a quarter pounder with no sauce and no bun because McDonald’s doesn’t do lettuce as a bun like Wendy’s does. The sandwich was pitiful, not even stacked, all spread all over a plastic container. The cheese was off the burger and melted to the container. Two of the smallest pickles I’ve ever seen and literally 3 blades of 1/4” onion. I get it’s McDonald’s but I didn’t realize quality was no longer even in their vocabulary. I tried, I failed, McDonald’s is off the menu.

The cashier at this McDonald's location was extremely friendly, fast, polite, helpful and patience! I really appreciate it! As usual, food is always fresh and good! Lots of parking!

Staff here were very good, and the tables, washrooms, and counters were well maintained. Do not go here during weekend lunch periods, there is a lot of people here! Parking is a bit hard to find and there is some trouble driving into the plaza.

Ordered a full breakfast. The English muffin was too hard. The ketchup tap was disgusting, full of flies.

There's flies everywhere.the whole place smells like a bathroom.the floors, chairs and tables are all dirty. I won't be surprised if I see a rat run across the floor.where is management?

Staff were friendly even though some customers weren't. The sitting area is quite nice, feels more like a cafe than a fast-food place. Numerous parking which is also nice, but it's typically a higher than normal traffic area so need be more cautious.

Ordered here tonight after a long drive home.my qpblt had way too much ketchup, two pickle ends a leaf of lettuce and unmelted cheese, crunchy, stale tasting bun edges. Fries were below par as well. Was charged for a double big Mac and recieved a single. Not impressed at all. I won't be back

Mobile order on Jan 5th 2020 at 1: 18pm, long wait and they messed it up big time.went back for missing items.

It's an OK McD's but the parking is way too small. That parking should be for McD alone! Bit of a mess getting in and out sometimes.

It seems to me that the employees don't know how to prioritize. They took orders until the line was done and then began to make the food. Everyone waited over 10 minutes for their simple 1 iced coffee. Even the last people in line waited until their order was up.

It was rather busy when I went, but the drive through window was moving slower than I would have liked.

It's a McDonald's, as you expect nothing more, table and floor needed a wipe and a sweep. Fries was good nuggets not so much. Over all it's a cooperate run Fastfood Restaurant that cares more about profit margin and workers exploitation than anything else and people Lovin' It.

Remember to check your takeout order before you leave the restaurant, coz there’s always something missing after you got home and you won’t go back for it.

I've been to many, many McDonald's and this location is my favourite. It has a FISH TANK with tropical fish!

Lunch rush hour can be hectic in the parking lot as everyone seems to go through the drive thru. Services are quick and efficient if you order inside or outside. Can't expect much more as this is a fast food chain.

Just went for a DriveThru order. Forgot an item that I ordered. Did not give a receipt either, I'm sure I was charged for it.

Good McDonald's with a drive thru. Gets moderately busy for weekday lunches, hectic near end of the week. A bit on the small side in terms of seating and layout.

McDonalds is McD anywhere you go. Good thing is that this place is clean and mainatined well. Service seems to be fast which may be due to the fact that its not as crowded. Its access is little tricky where you really need to go way inside the parking lot.
