McDonald's

Only received part of the ordered. Had to make a second trip. Called ahead took 4 tries and 15 minutes before anyone answered. Unfortunately this is not a one off experience for me here. If it wasn't for my grandchildren I would never go there.

I always come here for my morning coffee they are good people the coffee is alright but I like it its part of my routine

Nicole at the drive-through is such a delight. Always pleasant and cheerful! She deserves a raise! Please recognize how wonderful of an asset you have at your location- it's very rare. Nicole, thank you!

Yes I go there frequently for convenience but half the time I get wrong orders, missing items and overall it's just annoying
Burgers within 2 minutes of getting to you in drive thru are cold. I mean seriously? Are they making it in bulk in the background that in less than 2 mins they are cold?

I'm not sure why I come back here. It's only for the kids to have a wee run around in the play place. I always feel dirty when I leave. McDonalds service levels have really dropped over the years. Sticky tables and floors, garbage over flowing, bathrooms not working and dirty. Never someone just working the floors only anymore cleaning up as people leave. McDonald's seems to just want to service the takeout now and forgets about the inside.

The service provided was exceptionally poor as they failed to answer the phone despite multiple attempts. Furthermore, the preparation time for a single meal took an excessive 50 minutes. As a result of this disappointing experience, I have decided not to place any future orders with this franchise. I strongly urge the owner of the franchise to address these issues promptly, as it has left me with a sense of dissatisfaction and disappointment.

I basically get less than half a cup and hot water of a large coffee and I am still charged the full price of a large coffee

Fly in my drink. Disgusting McDonald’s. And they gave the wrong drink. I ordered a lemonade.

It’s a McDonalds, you shouldn’t need to read a review to know what to expect. Mediocre food, mediocre service, but it’s cheap and debatably delicious. Nothing special about this location, but at least in my experience they always have a working ice cream machine.

They got the order wrong. The drink was wrong & watery. The donuts were stale and it appears that we received all the rejected items. Far from fresh.far from good.

Regular McDonald's. However the person who took my order was a bit inexperienced as she did not know what I was ordering and I literally had to point to the menu for her to understand the correct one I wanted.

Cashier awesome however preparation seem to concentrate more on the drive thru customers. I waited much top long for a simple happy meal

Kindly stop accepting Uber eats orders if you can't make the orders on time. I waited 50 minutes to pick up an Uber eats order.

This is one of those restaurants that sits right on the corner of a busy intersection. The restaurant is busy and there's not much handy parking in order to walk in. Driving out only leaves you a couple of options.

I ordered a smoothie nothing else, pulled up to drive-thru window and I can clearly see one worker making my drink. However, I was asked to pull into a waiting parking space and someone will bring it to me? Ok fine. I drove onto the parking space but I had to wait 5 minutes for them to bring my smoothie! Waiting that long for one smoothie is not acceptable and your large smoothie is smaller than most other places McDonald's!

After eating this meal my whole family felt ill and it wasn't because the food had spoiled, outs because McDonalds processed food is garbage. You get what you pay for and cheap prices get you cheap food. I likely won't ever eat McDonalds again.

Good coffee, drive thru is on the slow side, long line. Faster to go in. It's McDonald's so don't expect the world!

Tried getting coffee through drive through 3 separate times. All 3 times coffee was served without stirring the cup. All sugars stayed at the bottom until the very end and then you can taste really sweet coffee. Won’t be going back

3.5 stars - place was very crowded with folks waiting for orders. I had trued mobile order and encountered issues which the order staff were very helpful and I resolved quickly. Got my order after maybe a 5-8 minute wait but then I had only ordered fries. Lots of staff but not sure about efficiency but then it was a Free Fries day

Lately too much talking amongst coworkers and not enough service for customers, as of late putting people on cash or that don't know what they are doing and get orders wrong and over charge. I go there every morning and at least 3 days of a 5 day week I miss my bus, and they fill Uber orders before customers that walk in, not good, thinking of changing my location, so sad

They have a small play place for children aged 3-12. Good for a rainy day when you cant take children to the playground.

I love this McDonalds because it's close to where I am. They never mess up my order. Only downfall is the service is crazy slow during the night shift. Even when there is only one car ahead of me they are SOOO slow. This is a popular and central location so it would make sense for them to be extra staffed even during graveyard shifts. (Or just be more efficient)

If you are a person with children or a baby, please read!
It's a McDonald's, so none of my review has to do with food, layout etc.as that is all pretty much standard, and our food and service were as to be expected. If I am reviewing a restaurant like McDonald's, it all comes down to attention to detail and taking care, or not taking care, of the customers needs.

My 1 star rating comes down to two things, both negative enough that I will not be returning to this location.
The first, and most egregious of the two offenses, is that they did not have a changing table for babies in the women's restroom! I have come across this a few times in smaller independent establishments, but at a McDonald's this should be a no-brainer. It is a restaurant that specifically markets themselves to families! I have actually chosen to pull over at a McDonald's restaurant on road trips, specifically to change my baby, so the thought that there would be no change table accessible becomes extremely problematic. This specific visit I was there with my seven-month-old and my toddler, and my baby was in desperate need of a change. To bring my baby and toddler into the bathroom, which also had no wheelchair accessible doorway (making it hard to get everyone in there), and then find that there was no change table, was the cherry on a sundae of a bad day. What makes it worse is that we were at least a half an hour drive from our home as we were making the trip from downtown. To individuals who do not have babies or children it might not seem like a big deal, but I promise you, it is a very big deal to be faced with that challenge, especially in a restaurant that I felt catered to my families needs.

The second issue I had with this McDonald's was the play place. Again, I specifically chose to pull over at this location because I felt it would specifically cater to my needs in that moment with my toddler and baby. We had been on the road for a while and I was really happy about the idea of my toddler burning off some steam. Unfortunately, I could not stay in the play place for longer than 5 minutes. It seems like a simple design flaw, but one of their large ceiling fans is installed right next to one of their lights, so as it spins it creates a strobe light effect throughout the play place. Within 5 minutes I was developing a headache and feeling nauseous from the constant pulsating of the lights. I'm sure it doesn't bother some people, but both myself and my toddler couldn't stand the lighting and had to leave.

I couldn't be more disappointed with our visit, as I was desperately looking for a place to decompress and breakup our incredibly long drive with my little ones. Instead I was given multiple challenges at this location.

To management, if you do nothing else, please invest in a change table ASAP or I promise you that you are losing more customers than you realize.

Not the greatest food. Nor the greatest selection of food. You would expect to get fast service at a fast food place but this is not the case. Generally slow and longer than expected waits. Bathrooms are disgusting and used by drug addicts primarily. Do not use their washrooms!

Review updated. The staff is fast. They always get my order correct. They actually speak to homeless people who wonder in late at night instead of just ignoring them.

I'm glad they uplift our area.

Excellent playplace as it's got table and chairs in the play area so parents are able to keep a close eye on thier children. Can get crowded as it seems to be a popular location. Staff was super friendly and offered my kids mini-cones before I could ask (might not always be a good thing depending on the parent).

Its fast. Never got a wrong order yet from this location, my only beef is with the drive though it's not pick up truck friendly. Usually end up quite far from the speaker. (could be me ;) so not removing a star)

I am always happy to see Darlene is working because she is so great to be served by. Always pleasant and helpful a real pleasure to have her service. I think it would be nice if the manager lady would be a little more relaxed and remember to smile more.lol I love this Mc Donald's

Food was good. I personally hate since the kiosks went in that there is 1 line server and they don't seem to care how busy the line is.

Lately this McDonalds location has been doing crafts for kids in Wednesday evenings. It's really nice to have that when the weather isn't great. The staff are super nice at this location as well. The only thing I don't like is that it is too busy.

Ok but staff was little bit rude in drive through just handed me my food and shut the window didn't say anything

Just get the coffee not a fan of there food made of chemicals sorry but the truth bring back old school Mickey Dees

Great compared to other McDonald's. They have a playroom, they bring your food to your table, clean establishment, speedy service and polite staff.

I only go for the coffee. I've never been able to eat the food at any MacDonalds. Even as a kid my mom couldn't get me through the doors. Something about the smell just doesn't do it for me. That's why I use the drivethrough and only order coffee. Their coffee is a gazillion times better than Starbucks' over roasted and over steeped garbage, and one third the price.

I don't go very often at all, but given that I ordered on the self-ordering kiosk, it takes longer than it used to for the order to be ready, not just this location or this visit but generally over numerous visits. The kiosks could be easier to use as well, both from a format/presentation and software perpsective.

Long wait times inside and at the drive thru. I've seen the line up for the drive thru out onto St. Clair Ave. Reduced staff on weekends now. I'll avoid it all together

Play place was much bigger than what I expected. My kid loved playing in the play place. More i liked is play place has ordering vending machines and tables. Attached washrooms in play place is added plus.
Overall place is good.

Drive thru has a great employee Monday to Thursday in the morning. The inside is super slow every time I go in.
