Not bad. It's McDonald's. They are hit or miss depending who is scheduled to work certain shifts. McDonald's not the same as when I was a kid. Used to be warm and familiar if that makes sense. Now seems cold and distant.
This is based on an order that I made through uber. They sent me the wrong items. I made a complaint to the manager. He told me I could come and get it replaced to my surprise they only honor half the amount I spent which was 30 dollars. The supervisor said she could only honor one meal when the order made before was to feed 4 people. I would avoid this place.
The slowest drive-through that I haven’t been in, I waited 33 minutes to get the kids food and once you’re locked in you can’t get out. I told the young lady that it was very slow and she just smile and nod at me like in a mocking way. Most of the stuff is very rude.
It was terrible. All the food was completely unseasoned.people were waiting for food with no rhyme or reason as to who got served. I'm done with this brand. Seriously. Find somewhere else.something else to eat.
This place is not a restaurant it’s just a mocking circus. You will be clowned with wrong order items and you will provided with the slowest service ever. Try to avoid this place, find a different place for a meal.
This is the slowest drive-through I've been through. There's a reason people go to McDonald's.it's called fast food, not wait in line for more than half hour food. 3 course meals at restaurants bring out food in 20 minutes. If we wanted to wait more than 10-15 minutes we would go to a restaurant.
I always buy coffee ️ and they’re always make a mistake not only one several times. I always order regular decafs and they’re don’t put nothing on it.it just a plain blank coffee. Bad attitude too They don’t know how to treat there customer properly. Especially in the morning shift. Evening they’re don’t pay attention to there job. Not acceptable.they’re use dirty spoon to stir my coffee. Rude service

Drive thru is always a mess, with too many ways for cars to enter. Often one of the lanes is closed. Inside is worse, there's only two kiosks working due to Covid (stupid) and because of that the place is packed.
Late night drive thru service is consistently slow at this location. Three vehicles ahead of me and it took over 30 mins just to put an order through and collect it. Unfortunately, this is the only location nearby for late night fast food.
Staff not friendly telling costumers they dont serve breakfast when it's all day if they dont sell something at a certain time then they should take it off the kiosk, giving costumers attitude and serving costumers on drive thru faster and uber orders faster then the people who actually go into the store to order their food this is the worst McDonalds I've been too. Still the worst place to come to service is sooooooo slow
Bitter tasting peppermint mocha. Ordered it from the drive through, but had to park and go back inside to get a refund on this. The drink was so poorly made.
Every McDonald’s I’ve been to in Toronto is cheating on their times. They’ll clear the orders before they even start making them, leaving people waiting 10 minutes with no idea whether their order is even coming or not. And then they’ll tell you they don’t even have what you ordered.
My favourite drive thru for Mcdonalds. Twin speaker line makes getting your order taken faster. Recent renovation added a bigger back building. 99% order accuracy. Had forgotten to pack an item once or twice.
This restaurant likes to treak people and not give what the person paid for! They don't have any fairness and equally. They physically assult and, slenders me, humiliate me while they get what they want! (CURLE) don't buy their food!
Interesting experience, drive thru wasn't operational, had to go inside the store. 6 youths started an argument with a lone Asian youth, staff would do nothing, another patron and I offered to ensure the lone youth made it to a safe place. Thankfully no physical confrontation, just a sad sight where a group of 6 have to confront one youth, staff should be more aware of their surroundings as this was in plain sight of the front counter, we don't need more front page news.
The service at this location used to be pretty horrible. I must admit that it has been a whole lot better this year. I no longer have to travel to a further location.
Please Please Please! My humble request to you guys. I know you are working at the night time and everyone appreciate you for serving food to public throughout the day. Please treat everyone equally even the third party drivers. I am one of the third party driver. We are also working at the night time. Don't misguide someone by first calling to the drive thru and then to the main door and then again to the drive thru. This is really disappointing when you treat someone with wrong attitude. Please take care of this. This also shows your customer service and the way you treat with customer.
On the corner, lots of parking, drive through, lots of seating, lined outdoor but unsure just taken away from covid. Relatively quick service. Recommend
Open and close at a different time everyday, dirty entrance, lineup, and very slow. Im waiting 15 mins for coffee or coke, it takes a few seconds to give it
The absolute worse service I have ever experienced. Mobile order, waited outside the restaurant for 30 mins only to have our order screwed multiple times. If you can avoid this location I would highly recommend you do.
This location is actually one of the only McDonald's locations worth visiting. They actually get the drive-thru orders right, and their service is always friendly and professional. Every other location in the city is horrible as far as accuracy on drive-thru orders.
I went for uber eats delivery and they took too much time for making small order and they are so rude the pickup was not worth it. Staff doesn’t even know how to talk …. Had a very bad experience.
Had written instructions by the store to pick up order via drive thru. Stood in queue for 30min and was told at the order area to walk in the front door. Never going to do an Uber pickup at this drive thru
Bad McDonald's! This place is supposed to be 24 hours but it closes to prepare for breakfast and different hours every day. Very inconvenient as we work night shift nearby and try to get lunch.most of the time it is only serving coffee and they cannot give a straight answer as to what time they close to prepare for breakfast, everyone has a different answer: should be at the same time everyday for a specific amount of time but that's just my opinion! A&W just around the corner is actually open the full 24 hours!
Ordering is a real pain here. Kiosks don't work. Cashiers screw up orders by adding items not ordered. Service is slow and even when the order is ready, it is screwed up. Food is not hot.
I ordered a cheeseburger extra onions, it showed that on the sticker very clearly, but it came with no onions instead. The burger already comes with onions. Fries were unsalted and cold. Awful overall even for McDonalds. 2 stars because the lady who took my order was friendly and got the order correct
This Mac stores is easily accessible and continues to serve client with professionalism, dedication, hygienic & safety precautions and cheerful way. Pandemic seems to have made them more resilient and full of enthusiasm to overcome all challenges.
Horrible service. Used the app thinking it would speed things up. I watched 20 cars pull in and out of the drive through. Never going to McDonald’s.not worth the aggravation to ingest garbage.
Absolutely the second worst McDonald’s in the area. When someone asks for no pickles in a double cheeseburger, it doesn’t mean don’t put onion in the burgers. Almost every single time I order from Ubereats they make a mistake. Go to Wendy’s, better burgers and less mistakes
If i could give 0 rate i would.as Uber delivery driver i have waited 35 just small order.after i tried to pick up the guy refused to pick up, he ask me to mark as picked up in front of him unless no order.that's against Uber policy if you are delivery driver save your time and if you are customer save your time and money order somewhere else. 2021/01/22 time 11: 30 pm
A few years ago this mc Donald's was okay but now they have longgggggg lines that never end. The worst part the managers or supervisors aren't managing their employees well they fill people's drinks half way and just give it to the customer whether it's coffee or soda. Poor quality control SMH. Your wait time for a single double double coffee is 15 minutes or even longer sometimes.
This McD's is always hit or miss. In pre-Covid days, the ordering always seemed to take a long time with the staff needing to be reminded multiple times on missing items etc, and about 1 in 3 orders had an error. I just don't think they were running this place properly, not training the staff etc. Food is standard McD's fare so no surprises there. The restaurant itself is the new layout so nicely done, with open seating and order kiosks.
By far the Slowest McD's drive-through I've ever been to. Took 20+ minutes to get a coffee and pastry and there were only 2 cars ahead of me! Oh, also I didn't happen to see anyone working there that looked over 15-16 years old.

M This McDonald's isn't the greatest. Drive thru during the night hours is hell. Waited in line for 23 minutes, could've just walked in, it would've been easier. Waited another few more minutes for the food to be ready. I don't mind waiting for it, but the line was ridiculously slow for a few cars. This was about a month ago, I'm not sure if it was corrected.
Literally the worst staff and location in the whole world. Ordered a mighty angus today didn't get any bacon or crisps on it. Line is always to the moon abd back. Staff is super slow
Cold apple pie, 20 minutes waiting after paying and dirty tables. Worst experience in a McD ever! I'll not recommend this location. Also, I asked for table service but had to complain to get my order done.

Pretty regular mcdonalds. No issues whne it comes to service or food, drive through can get pretty busy however going inside during those times generally isn't bad.
Went into the drive through at 8pm. Did not emerge at the other end until 8: 35pm. Not even a "sorry for the wait" from any off the staff. Ridiculously rude. Not to mention when I looked in the bag half of my order wasn't even wrapped correctly and food was falling out. I take back everything I said about the other McDonald's I reviewed. This is officially the slowest.
This particular location is amazing. They have fast and friendly service. Though they don't have actual table ser ice they do deliver your order to your table. Place is fairly clean. Great location.
Is zero stars an option? By far THE WORST location. Service is BEYOND slow and staff is rude and unprofessional. 20 minutes for a coffee no joke. I mean seriously.then when I asked for my money back the manager said I had to wait my turn and gave me attitude when after finally another 15mins she was willing to refund my money. It's really messy and dirty in terms of customers who eat and drink at tables, chairs and desks. I had gone there after a very long time, in my opinion, they renovated it very well and the food is ok. But, I am not satisfied with their treatment of customers and staff needs to more customer friendly to others. I'll never work in this kind of location even if I get a part-time job overr here. They really need to improve their services. They have done a good job in renovating the official Mcdonald's brand name. But, these guys suck at delivering good customer service.
Scrolling through the reviews for this McDonald's, you'll notice the same comments being said again and again. I can also confirm that this is by far, the slowest McDonald's in the city.
You can visit this location in the morning, afternoon, or night and the results will be the same. Service will be slow. My most recent visit to this shack resulted in witnessing at least 10 employees behind the counter standing around talking to one another instead of making/serving food. To make matters worse, on multiple occasions I've heard the employees fighting and cussing at one another.
When your food is finally brought to you, it's typically cold, and often not what you ordered. The fries won't be filled up properly and God help you if you ask for any sauce other than ketchup because that'll cost you a whole 20 cents. Better get back in line to pay up.
What else is there to say about this fine establishment? The staff, for the most part, is rude. They'll walk away from you mid-conversation, give you attitude, or simply roll their eyes at you. Although there always seems to be an employee with a broom in his/her hand, nothing ever seems clean (just take a look at the chocolate fudge station, which looks like someone took a diuretic before starting their shift).
All in all, the only thing that keeps this place open is the location. If you placed this location anywhere in the city that didn't have a lot of traffic passing by, it'd be shut down years ago. I don't think there's any hope for this location. Just shut it down and open a Burger King or something along those lines.
Another horrid experience at this location. Took 30 mins to get a egg BLT bagel. When asked why it was taking so long the clerk was rude and gave me looks like I was bothering her cuz I was asking where the order I placed and paid for 30 mins ago. I understand Macdonald's is not a dream job but please it was your choice to work there. If you dont want to be there and do the job you were hired to so in a helpful courteous manner then find another job and leave that position for someone who actually will give a care about their job and the people they serve whom without customers, you would not be getting a paycheck.
Amazing staff tho they we're under staffed I'm only giving this place a one star after hearing the manager tell the staff they are all replaceable. They should replace the manager for being rude to his own staff. It's jerks like that we don't need in this world.

The ordering kiosk didn't print out the receipt after payment. Order took 30 long minutes for a meal and order numbers after me got their food first. Finally, no ketchup or paper napkins in my bag of burger and fries!

Waited 15 minutes for a table service order only to find it sitting at the counter already cold and have to argue with the staff to remake it. Their excuse was that they were understaffed and no one was free to bring it to the table but why offer the service then? I had no issue just picking it up at the counter the way it's always been but I saw the table service option and decided to try it only to be made to wait and then give cold food and an attitude when attempting to rectify it.
