Very friendly staff, always very timely, seldom do they make mistakes and when they do they correct them immediately. The restaurant is clean, bathrooms are nice and they move a busy line very quickly.

Very nice people, I enjoy dining in this branch because they always have the area clean and the service is fast.

I go here with my kids to pick up my children's snacks. Joyce is always helpful with our orders and playful with my kids

The worse macdonald in Toronto canada, shockingly rude employee!
Last night the manager was just shocking, he has no respect for anyone (specifically women) the manager is so aggressive, rude and disrespectful, I'm truly shocked how he got this job! This place is in the next level of awful customer service!

Service and food was fantastic however the back side of the restaurant was smelling stale.

Night shift staffs are working unbelievable pace. I am amaze how many large orders are being prepared every night. I even got my ice coffee in less than a minute.

For some reason the order on the app doesn't get updated when I costumize the order and i always get what I previously ordered. Weird

No curbside pick up, not many parking spots, and always busy, BUT very clean, very nice staff. I also like that they half split the restaurant in 2, with one section for online pickups

I come here once or twice a month. They run a tight ship and have the friendliest staff. Best to come during the week in the late evening to avoid a line. Even when there is a line, it will move quite a bit faster then you expect.

Garbage is about 1$/6kg

I stopped by McDonald's to buy a cup of coffee and small fry for snacks, poor service. Iwas on my way to Alexander Muir Park which is beautiful the aroma it smells amazing. You should visit.
The park is on Yonge Street north of Eglinton before you get to Lawrence.

Fast but employees need to work on customer service (guy working on cleaning signs and opening doors for customers such a good guy sorry I didn't catch you're name yesterday (may 10th) )

Generally very good service and fresh food! They are always on point with following the items list! This location is super busy all the time and so understandably sometimes the staff are overwhelmed and not as welcoming.

Slow service. Food didn't have the same kick as some other McDonald restaurants. Maybe the slow service caused my food to sit for too long.

It’s $1 this month for a medium iced coffee, they still charged me extra even though there was a huge tv behind them advertising the deal.

Very slow. No one works on mobile pick up and always have to wait for 10+ min for my order. Whats the point ordering ahead then?

During covid-19 they are open for app order and counter order. Lots of orders so very busy. Expect to wait a few minutes during popular hours.

The service is not friendly as committed by them, cashier’s are so rude. Every-time i made a walk-in oder, I didn’t get what i ordered, on top of that they don’t apologize for their mistake, instead they yell at you. I request manager/supervisor to provide some customer service training.

This place doesn't seem equipped to handle the vast amount that bowmanville is. But they have greatly improved. The team now works well and quick and there is rarely an order that is wrong. Rarely has you drive out of the line to wait.

This is a go to place for everyone. You guys should try their one dollar cone I personally like it. And their well done fries are yum. But sometimes they dont give it well done that's the only drawback.

Staff have no people skills. Last few times I came they overcharged me, don't know their own menu, and when trying to give them feedback on signage placement (separate entrance for mobile orders but signs are not asvery visible as you approach the door from the parking side) the manager didn't want anything to do with it.passive aggressive

I would like to give ZERO if I can. What is a burger without meat? What is a big Mac without meat. No satisfied explanation to a customer who has BigMac for 30 years and very first time to have BigMac without meat. Terrible service!

Used drive through. Very busy but really did not have to wait very long. Service was very friendly and polite. Between paying for my order and then going to the next window to pickup was less than 3 minutes and my order was for 3 people.

Good amount of seating - parking available. Colouring and activity pages with crayons available for the kids.

Coffee is not the same as it was. Not impressed with their coffee currently and their service needs a lot of improvement.

Macdonald's HQ must investigate and have a prompt sanction here. (Video Cameras for last 2 weeks will be the witness.) The staffs must not conceal the truth for Social Justice.
This is the Paradise of homeless people and usually they stay and sleep here 7 or 8 hours in night and early morning. I as a Korean minister visited Macdonalds more than 10,000 times since my coming in Canada for 15 years. (Here about 3,000 times.)
On Jan 4 2020, the night time manager mamed Kaupn expelled me and said go out and asked to stay only 30 minutes. On the same seat in Chistmas season, I watched a homeless woman staying 10-12 hours sleeping there.
(Sometimes I visited there 5 times in a day.) The manager named kaupn has discriminated and rushed from the counter on hearing my korean speaking language and expelled me.
I hope all will be well and any person and race not be discriminated here in Toronto.

The restaurant was busy but the cashier was so smiley and pleasant that nobody minded waiting a couple of minutes for our food. Kudos to the staff for making a chain restaurant's consistent food into a memorable experience!

LIMITED PARKING but the street has some, go at off times not lunch or dinner, just before or just after otherwise parking will be a pain. INSIDE; Clean, customer service is fast, meals ready fast. Staff appears happy. Washroom has always been clean and available. My orders have always been right and presentable never just thrown together.

Most but not all McDonalds are becoming so messy, and dirty.specially their washrooms.one trip to the toilet and you don't want to eat McDonald's anymore.

Service is consistently slow on Friday nights. Waited over 30 minutes for my order and this isn't the first time waiting this long on a Friday night.

Convenient place, nice staff and clean area, but they need more people to work there, waiting time is a little bit more than other branches

One of the counter staff, Jennie. Is the nicest, young woman.she always goes out of her way to help the customers, many of whom know her by name.tell her Linda speaks highly of her.

I was using their washroom, boy.it's was smelling that's no 1 hasn't flushed the toilet or so, n on top of it it's was so dirty like no 1 hasn't come in to clean it's up. If there got zero (0) star, I'll would have given that's, I wouldn't recommend anyone have kids or not to go here at all, goes somewhere else then here!

Quick attentive service. Very convenient when you want to quickly grab a coffee and something to eat on the way to work or for lunch or dinner.

By far, the slowest McDonald's I've ever been to. Took them 15 minutes to make a sandwich. I understand it's busy and there are a lot of people waiting, but the staff were more focused on finishing the Uber Eats orders than satisfying the customers in the store. I waited with 10 other people for their orders. 3 stars because the manager apologized for the wait. But I would have given 2 stars for the lack of attention to the customers.

Been a while since I've been, but the service was great and the food quality has definitely gone up. Their fruit smoothies are amazing!

One of the most important skills employers must nurture in thier staff is the ability to listen what the customer asks for.
