I came here just to enjoy a snack with my mom, and it was peaceful and quiet at first, but after a while, a big group of friends came in which made it very uncomfortable as it was so noisy. I'd never come to this location ever again.
All the guys working there really skillful and have good attitudes. SADRA several times served us.he is really perfectly man.he is nice and all the time smiling with customers he has great and fantastic customer service.thank you DEAR SADRA and appreciated MacDonald's about your customer service. For the last 2 months, different times of the day, each time is a test.
But enough is enough, today's new record, 20 minutes for 3 drinks, ice coffee, fountain pop.
Not one time we don't have to wait for 15+ minutes, drive thru, curbside, dine in. All kinds of order methods require you to walk in front of a person and ask for the order multiple times before you get it
Nothing special.just a regular McD. Even there are no customers through the drive through they didn't had the order ready and had to wait a good 15 minutes in the designated drivethrough waiting areas for the food. Actually I had to leave the car and go inside and see what's the hold up. On top of all this I asked for extra ketchup.didn't get one pack.
This location is probably the slowest fast food restaurant i have ever been to.long line outside at drive through and long line inside the restaurant. AVOID at all cost people if u r in a hurry

Terrible location, always screws up your order. They also can never make the coffee consistently or correct. I just came home with McGriddle that has ice cold half frozen buns still.
They called my number and I picked up my order, only noticing that it was the wrong order, I took it back and they gave me a bag which also turned out to be the wrong order, then they gave me another bag which upon closer inspection was missing items that I had ordered, frustrated I gave up and got a refund instead.
Terrible set up for drive through pickup. Only 3 spots for drive through pickup and right next to it, the mobile pickup starts. They send many people from drive through to the pickup area and asked them to just park next to spot 3 (which os the start of mobile pickup), then mobile order people come and their spots are taken. McDonald’s, you are master of efficiency but this is BAAAAD!
We had 2 orders for breakfast sandwich, coffee and hash browns and in the mobile order and it showed everything is available. After passing the drive through and while in the gate to get the order they said that they had cancelled the order as they have ran out of hash browns. This is in spite of the fact that we had the confirmation code for the order and the order was approved and went all the way to the mcdonalds to get the order. The staff did not even apologize for cancelling the order and they wanted us to pay more for similar but modified order using credit card. Not caring for your time.
Can't really say much about the food as it's standard McD's food. However noticed that they were not checking everyone's vaccine passport for those that chose to dine in.
Some workers do not know what ia going on. Should have experience casher at drive thru in the morning. I have gift card, she did not know how to process it
Month ago, I order a black coffee from drive through. Server passed me a cup without proper lidding so lids popped open and burnt my hand. Server didn’t do any first aid or apologize. I asked ice. When I called manager and explained she gave me more ice. She asked my phone number and few hours later we talked on the phone. I told her I can treated myself with my own aloe vera gel but you should do better training. She wants me to drop by restaurant again to grab a meal combo but I was far away. She said to me than you can drop by anytime and grab a meal. (Even I was explaining that I am living in far downtown). Yesterday I have a chance to passed by that place so I was in and asked a free coffee and muffin. The server was so rude and treated me as if I am a beggar. I was so frustrated.
I am a fan of their new game MONOPOLY. Lately, I noticed that they are not sticking the monopoly stickers on items that you buy. At first when I bought a coffee from them and next one, when I bought a meal both occasions when using the drive thru.
A nice McDonald's location at the intersection of Hilda Avenue & Steeles Avenue East with a modern interior with plenty of seating although half blocked off for physical distancing due to the COVID-19 Pandemic but in the past there were a lot of seats available to use
It's one of the best McDonald's restaurants I have ever seen. It has friendly staff. Very beautiful interior design. Plenty of parking spots and different spots for curbside pickup and delivery services as well. Also has a play room for children. I like its cappuccino and coffee.
I ordered from Uber Eats last night. They forgot to give me my two poutines! They also forgot to remove mustard and onion as instructed. One of my burgers had only one piece of pickle inside it. Ver disappointing.
Every so often, we surprise the kids with a happy meal. Believe it or not, we have not had issues with our orders, not even once. This certainly separates them from most other locations where the question is not if but what will be missing from the order.
Lines move fast, and the fries and Nuggets are always freshly made… which can be just a little annoying considering that the kids are screaming in the back seat while I am desperately trying to cool the food enough so they can dive into it face first and with reckless abandon.
I ordered @Uber in this location and they give wrong order. The second time today I order 2 happy meal for my kids they send me the box BUT WITHOUT THE chicken nuggets.can you believe that? ThE NUGGETS are missing! Why cant they check the orders first before handed it to the drivers.will never irder here anymore.
Was just refused drive through service because I was on an ebike. Didn’t realize I need a car to get McDonald’s from a windows in this day and age. I have a long term quad injury and use this micro mobility vehicle for transportation, including going to get dinner. As a global company I would think you would have more inclusive policies. Will not be purchasing McDonald’s anytime soon after this.
Don't come here often because it's not healthy, but. I do like the apple pie / strawberry pie with a vanilla cone!
But not more than once per month.it's okay to splurge every once in a while, especially because I never eat their meals and never take their food home with me. The location has two lanes for drive through, transitioning into a single lane for pick up. Also, it's on huge parking lot and so it's easy to find a spot to eat your food.
How slow they could serve? I ordered 20 nuggets and a junior chicken from drive through, and waited about 20mins! And finally got a wrong serve with the food I didn't order?: ( Can you plz speed up? Mcd is a fast food brand okay?
The staff are slow and they make a lot of simple mistakes. I have gone there for the last time. I keep getting shafted by the staff.the people here could care less about doing a good job. Do yourself a favor.pick another location.
They always take sooooo long. And they charge for mcchicken sauce, whereas it's free at all the other locations ive been to. I definitely avoid this 1 as much as i can.
I go here Almost everyday because its across the street from my work. At least 90% of the time they make a mistake on my order or burn my food. Also made me wait 10 minutes in drive thru spot for the pictured bagel. I had to go inside to get the food too, which defeats the purpose of the drive thru. Mcmuffin pic is from another time here. They also gave my gf a multigrain blt bagel when she ordered plain. Receipt and packaging sticker even says plain bagel.
This is about the worst McDonalds I have ever been to. Slow. Forget to put ketchup in your bag. Give you as few napkins as they possibly can. McDonalds, clean this place up. The staff are nice enough, but I blame the management of this location.
Horrible and SLOW service. Person who took my order was clearly new and I tried my best to be as patient as possible, but she was clearly not ready to be on her own and her coworkers surrounding her felt no need to help her.
My food was cold and old, had to go back to reorder a ice coffee as somehow it was not added to my order.
Also I don’t understand how they can possibly charge 30 cents for A packet of mayo.
The only caring/nice person there was a lovely gentlemen cleaning.
Totally horrendous McDonalds. They seem disorganized, my food is always slow at this one. Fries usually cold. Need to remember to stop going to this one.
I ordered a Crispy Chicken Snack wrap ranch at 00: 37. I waited in the drice thru barely moving for over 13 mins. I'd like to point out NOTHING THERE TAKES 13 MINS TO COOK. They also have 3 waiting spots available for that they can continue with the drive thru service. Why do you have these if you don't use them. It's completely ridiculous. I got my food and it was luke warm at best! It also wasn't wrapped correctly and lettuce ended up all over me and my car. Terrible service.

You say its 24 hrs restaurant and but your employers do not take orders for an hour. Can you still say you open 24hrs? I was so upset. You also work with uber eats and your info on uber eats says your lunch&dinner menu is available till 3: 50 and the breakfast menu starts at 4: 00. Then what would customers expect from you? We can order untill 3: 50. Am i wrong? Seriously.your uber was turned off when i checked around 3 am. Not a surprise because you can turn off for some reason and its not the first time, too. Anyways i walked to this restaurant to grab some burgers. We were there by 3: 30 and your employer said she cannot take orders because the server is being updated. Well.we talked about your hours and how you have informed customers about menu and hours on uber eats. She said that is why uber eats was turned off. But i know it wasnt turned off at 3: 30. I could find anything about your break time during 3 to 4 am. She said i have to wait till 4 to order something.well if this is really your policy, inform customers properly and dont say you open 24hrs. Because YOU DONT OPEN 24 HOURS. Additionally i never got sauce - ketchups and mayo - properly when i order food through uber eats and I even call uber eats customer service to call this restaurant to tell that the wasnt sauce i asked for so please put the sauces! And the customer service told me the employer packed those sauces. Guess what? I did not get it properly.and you dont pick up the phone. I called you several times and not a single one picked it up.well you might not care about my review. You guys are a big big huge company that can ignore just a customer. I don’t understand how hard it is to make an order exactly how it’s displayed on the screen. I ordered an egg BLT bagel on a plain bagel. The receipt confirms that as well as the sticker that is on the bag of the bagel itself. The bagel was made on a multigrain bagel and looked like it was thrown together in two seconds. I’m confused as to how you can get multigrain bagel from plain bagel.
The staff are constantly being replaced and new every time you visit. They are so incompetent that I once had to get out of my car in the drive thru and walk up to the window to tell them that the drive thru has two lanes. They just stopped taking orders on one side. I've waited 45 minutes for my order in the drive thru as well as inside.
50/50 chance you get a rock hard bun and meat so overcooked its crumbling apart. It's like they cook all the patties they think they'll need for the day and just leave them on the grill until someone comes.
Getting worse but more available every day! Not too tasty as others. Good locations and facilities everywhere. Affordable! Hardworking staff.washrooms are getting smaller and less facilitated.
Longer wait in drive through, you don't usually get what you ordered. I wont go back again. I think they have to do something and run it under a new management or they keep loosing a lot of traffic.
Walked in to order some food. Started telling the cashier what I wanted. He was very slow and it looked like he did not know what he was doing, I had a coupon for a free cheeseburger and could only redeem it if I spent over $10 (which I did). He over charged me twice and I confronted him about it. He said sorry and switched the price, but, the price still was not what it was supposed to be. The cashier called the manager and (some Phillipino guy) and he kept asking me if I wanted a refund. I said no it’s whatever. So I didn’t get my free cheese burger. I had to end up paying even more then the regular price of one cheese burger. At the end of the day, I’m not cheap and I did not care about the burger that much. I cared about the service that they were giving me and how they handled the situation, especially the manager, that McDonald’s is the closest to me, I might as well go to the one just block farther then it so I can get good service.
I give this McDs 3 out of 5 stars overall. These are based on average of multiple visits (I come here 3-5 times in a week).
Sometimes the service is great, sometimes it is ok, other times it falls below my expectations: which is why I rate it 3. I've had my share of good and bad experiences. In the end I come here because this is convenient location and time. This is in my neighborhood and it is open 24hrs, both drive thru and dining area.
What I like is this location has a kiosk to order and pay debit card, credit card & gift card.
It was late but the service seemed unusually slow in the drive thru. The person asked what we ordered after several minutes waiting at the window. We had to remind the person that we paid with a $20 and not a $10. Not the typical experience I'm used to at McDonalds.
The worst Mcdonald in this world!I don’t care to wait, but when I ordered by the machine, the printer error after I paid, I told them and someone came to took a glance then nobody care about me even if no reply any word! Let me wait and keep serving the guests next to me! First come first serve? My order is left there for a long time, when I claim that is mine, they asked me the details I ordered, the burger name! For god sake, I just remembered the double double coffee and the hash, about burger I just poke a picture random. Finally they throwed the order to me said it MAYBE my order! Why nobody apologizes for the bad printer, my waste time and where is my receipt! I will never go back to this rude service hell!
Floor manager Filipino was rude, when I bought chicken nuggets Happy Meal the 2 nuggets stick together and I knew for sure it was raw. I returned to the Crew and gave it to her manager. The filipino manager returned to me without giving a proper apology. HOW DID She become a manager? LOL. She doesn’t know guest experience. I also waited 10 minutes for just one happy meal. This store don’t deserve single star!
Easily the worst McDonald's I've been to. First, they never EVER mix the McFlurry properly. They put the toppings on and put it under the mixer for 2 seconds. I literally have never bought a properly mixed McFlurry from here. Secondly, they charge for McChicken sauce.the only McDonald's I've seen charge for sauce. Even if you only want one they won't give it to you unless you pay 35 cents. Who keeps random change on them these days? Maybe I should ask for a discount on the McFlurry since I have to do their job for them and mix it myself. I only go here once in a while because it's close to my house and easy to stop by when I'm coming home from work at night since it's the only thing open, but it's a garbage experience every time and I won't be visiting this location in the future.
Came here last week for a late night drive through. Was told system was down. Sure no problem went inside and to my shock systems working without issues and people were inside partying.
This location is a (leaning towards negative) wild card except for giving you condiments. They'll probably forget the condiments and considering you're paying 30 cents per McChicken/Big Mac sauce packet, it's just plain annoying.
I still can't believe they charge 30 cents a freaking sauce packet. Locations downtown cost way less. No seriously, the locations around Dundas Square cost 10 to 15 cents a packet. When you're more expensive than the McDonald's by one of the busiest malls in Toronto, you're not a good McDonald's.
Sometimes you get average service, average food, average everything. Sometimes you get some fantastic fries and a well put together burger 2 minutes after you order. Sometimes you're waiting 20 minutes for a ranch crispy chicken snack wrap happy meal and you get a barbecue crispy chicken, no yogurt, no toy, and no 30 cent condiments.
If you're ordering anything that requires a toasted bun, 40% of the time it's at least slightly burnt, 30% it's soggy, 30% it's decent.
The only reason I go to this McDonald's is because the one at centerpoint mall is even worse and the one at bathurst and steeles is full of gang activity and drug users.
