Orders are never right. Not a cheap option anymore.just a franchise on life support if you ask me. Used to love it growing up. Everything that made it good is gone.
I love McDonald's apple pie every now and then I me and my daughter, and I go to 416 Hespler Road to buy them, but we have been getting cold pies. The food rule of the Ministry of Health is that they should not sell when hot food that's gone cold it should be thrown out. Yesterday, we went to get apple pies they were cold, and we returned them only to get an apology and given cold pies again.
Went through the drive-thru wouldn't have my burger everything was cold when I called the store to let the manager know she basically called me a liar so that was impossible for the food to be cold she want me to hold on to it and bring it back I explained to her that I'd be back in an hour and if anyone hold on to it she would just give me a coupon for one Burger not for the combo won't be spending any money there anymore calling customers liars
This is a good and clean branch. I have noticed the customer service here is good and most of the time they have all the food available unlike some other branches
Ordered a coffee and nuggets during the night, total order was cold and when I went back to ask them, the girl on the counter was so rude. Definitely a worst location of McDonald’s.
It is a solid McDonald's. The service varies by day. There was one such occasion where I was going through drive thru and they told me to park. I waited a good 15 minutes for someone to bring my food over. Generally, service is good though and wait times are normal. Staff all deserve raises and I hope McDonald's Canada recognizes this.
Slight mix up with the order but they fixed it quickly and made the whole order over as soon as it was brought to their attention. Likely just a mistake due to a poor headset on the employee making it hard to hear. Food was hot and as good as can be expected from McDonald's
Not bad. We asked through the drive thru if they served decals tea. There was some confusion and the staff member responded with “we make our tea with water so yes”… I really hope all their tea is made with water. The chicken nuggets were good. We passed on the questionable tea.
On multiple occasions i've pulled up to place an order, as the only car there. I'm asked to wait, which is no problem, i understand they may be busy inside.
Then again on multiple occasions, another car will pull up at the second intercom, and place their order ahead of me.after waiting 5-10 minutes at times. HOW IS THAT ACCEPTABLE, I DIDN'T PULL UP TO THE INTERCOM TO JUST HANG OUT AND HAVE EVERYONE ELSE BUMP AHEAD OF ME
20+ minutes in the drive thru only to be told to wait another 5+ minutes in a parking spot for our food! Worst customer service in town! DO NOT go to this location! Their service is atrocious and unacceptable
A car cut me off at the second window. The driver tried getting there attention but they were to busy chit chatting. The employee handed her my food and took off. I got to the window to let them know what happened they parked me but didn't do anything to composite me for having to wait when the employee should be asking " you had the big Mac " before handing the food to the person. Which resulted in me almost being late for work
The wait to order my food was longer than I thought it should take bout they had my order ready and nothing was missing.they needed to work on their order time to get people out of the drive thru faster. The next time I go I will go in.
Typical McDonald's experience. Definitely not a bad experience, but I typically prefer other places for a fast-food burger. 4/5 for preference, not because of a poor experience.
If you go through the drive thru, expect to wait 5 to 10 minutes for your food, I even saw people have to wait for ice cream cones. They won't even tell you as you're paying that you're going to have to wait, only when you get to the second window they tell you to park in spot x then shut the drive thru window. When I finally got my food, my buns were stale and there was very little toppings on it. It's happened more than once, I thought okay maybe they're busy.but it's every time I go even if it's 9pm. I'm not bothering with this place again.
I visit the store at 9: 35pm today and i ordered mango pineapple smoothie after that i have to wait for 10 minutes, but that is not issue because one of the staff member refills, i understand that, but before i got to know i asked the the staff member (Dominic) "what happened why i have to wait for long time.he said i dont know this is not work ask another guy. I really felt worse how he treat the customers. You guys must teach that how the customer should be treated. Thanks date - july09,2021
A very busy location. The person on the speaker did an okay job, I had to repeat myself. The guy at the 1st window and on cash did an excellent job, he was very friendly and polite. The girl a the 2nd window was great and very helpful. The food presentation was okay, it all taste good.
So I ordered take out of Regular poutine with extra gravy with smoothie. It happened to me so many times before that they forget stuff of your order. While I was still in store I checked for extra gravy but it was not on my poutine after asking they gave separate, that was okay. But when I came out and opend my bag the fork was missing. How am I suppose to eat that, when clearly it was take out order. They always make these small mistakes with your order. Sometimes they forget to put dipping in your bag.
Ordered from here multiple times and have only received part of my order not even half. If you want your entire order I wouldn’t order from here. Have tried reaching someone to fix it but can’t ever seem to reach an actual person or get someone to call back when a message is left.
Basically a review for the BTS meal. I love BTS so I just had to order it. Sad thing is they didn’t put in the sauce which is kinda the most important thing that makes it unique other than the packaging.
Second week in a row we’re having a problem at this location. First week, all four sausage egg McMuffins had no egg on them. 20 minutes of driving and waiting to get it fixed - with no apology or thanks. This week, we watched eight cars on the left lane get served to two cars on the right - the reason we learned? Because the person in the first window taking money can’t handle doing both and there was a significant delay to taking our order, having to repeat multiple times, and then to find it’s still entered wrong when we get to pay. I then provided my feedback (politely) to the second window person who obviously didn’t care about my feedback and annoyance of having to be stuck waiting 10 minutes to simply place an order while we watched all these other cars quickly go through. To top it all off we got home, no straw in the bag. So tired of this McDonald’s - not the first times we’ve had challenges but the way they’ve treated me the last visits are not ok.
Can be crowded at times and is clean most times and they forget to clean the tables sometimes and bathroom is a bit dirty once a while some people get orders right some don't and understand English well most times and food is great most times and the shakes also
Inconsiderate and rude staff. I’m 55 and although I work for essential I’m not allowed to use the washroom. We’re always outside. What will we do? Policy is not more important than a human. Shame on you.
Accepted and confirmed a doordash order, 40 mins later they cancel it and say they're unable to complete it? Why bother accepting the order in the first place?
Heard horror stories from friends that have worked there (with screenshot proof) that this McDonald's condones harassment of various kinds. Their service has always been terrible from plain rude to getting things constantly wrong. But sad to know they also let coworkers and management treat eachother terribly and don't do anything about it but turn on them. Then when you leave a review or comment calling them out they delete it so we'll see what happens.
Breakfast burritos were more like breakfast bread with no filling, ALWAYS missing something in the order. They never double check anything, and they wanted to make more than 15/hr. Give me a break.
Wow, great, friendly staff. I ordered two Big Mac combos, a chicken burger combo, coffee and fries, and we were through the entire drive thru process in less than ten minutes. Thank you for working hard.
I order just plain cheeseburger and fries no.salt fries always seem to have salt and they use to give you big mac sauce in a pkg now you get a small dixie cup pumped a.quarte the way full for an added 50 cent
Never going here again messed up our order and did not correct it. Refused to accept responsibility and claimed they remember handing us our drink and food when we clearly didnt have it. Showed then receipt and they still refused to correct the mistake
Location is busy AF and waiting in the lines that spill into the street can be uncomfortable but they really are quite fast. Avoid the rush times if you can and if you can't the lines move fast enough.
I had been to McDonald's today I ordered Mac chicken burger combo two large fries and asked for mayo and ketchup and was asked by manager to pay extra for mayo. Well as per my knowledge I think mayo is free and I wasn't treated good and hence not happy.
Bathroom need to be cleaned little more often. Table need to be taken care of when customer leaves. Staffs are observed walking past some tables that had something on it and not wiped down.
It is absolutely atrocious at bad this McDonalds location. Slowest service in the drive through consistently. And God damm this place can't get an order right for the life of them. New management? This had been an issue for years.
Consistently poor service, particularly in the morning. Staff seem to be overwhelmed, and quality of service and food suffers. They need to look at staffing properly for demand, especially between 8 and 9 AM.
This is THE SLOWEST McDonalds possibly in Canada. Ordered two coffees to go from the touch screen proceeded to wait for over 15 minutes. Said something to the staff which only sent them into further confusion lol. I left with no coffee couldn’t wait anymore.
I've been here a few times. The food is always decent and the coffee is great! The bathrooms are clean when I've used them and my kids enjoy the play structure.
Awfull they told me to pull into spot #1 apparently was waiting for fresh fries.waited 10+ mins they weren't even full and were cold and so was my burger. I couldn't wait or go in I said to the girl they are cold. But had no time.this is what I received from food I guess.not first time I don't recommend drive through
Way better since the renovations, much cleaner looking. Food is always fast no matter how busy it is! Always out of pastries later in the day though; please consider making a batch after mornings!
McDonalds is McDonalds, it never gets better nor do the burgers get bigger; however, it seems that the cost never fails to increase. I used to say that the best parts of McDonald's was the Milkshake and French Fries, but the last time we ate there, it was debatable whether this is still true. This goes out to the Top Dog of the McDonald's food chain, please bring back the original size of hambugers, with a 1/4 Pounder, being a 1/4 Pounder of COOKED GROUND BEEF! To say that your hamburger patties are a 1/4 pound of hamburger, well okay, but anyone can make a raw hamburger patty weigh in at that 1/4 pound weight with a bunch of water. Unfortunately, once the cooking process starts, all of that precious water evaporates and all the consumer is left with, is a thin little piece of cardboard like material. Congratulations, McDonald's, on finally making on of the worst things that people stuff into their faces.
They try very hard. Too many young staff. Very slow and not organized.accurate with the orders and that's about it. Nice play area for the kids and washroom's where clean. Parking lot is a little small.
