9 times out of 10 you will be asked to park to wait for your order at the drive-thru. But McDonald's is still McDonald's in a pinch. A bit of an awkward location coming southbound on Bayview though when making the left hand turn.
I went through the drive thru. The one who took my order is impatient and a bit rude. When I arrived at the payment window I was still asked what I have ordered. When I arrived at the food pick up window they still don't have my drink orders right.
Avoid. There was no one in front of me at the drive-through. I still had to wait 10 minutes for 3 happy meals. At home, my daughter tells me there's no McNuggets in her box. I drive back and get questioned by the person who incorrectly prepared the happy meal. What's he thinking? I have better things to do than drive all the way back because he got the order wrong. They toss in the nuggets and hand back a crushed happy meal box with cold fries in it. This location is slow. They make mistakes. They don't care. I've put up with it in the past, but no more. The McDonalds at 16 and Leslie is farther from my home but I will be going there from now on. The location at Major Mac and Bayview has the worst customer experience.
Last time I was starving and I get Macdonald, combos. But stuff forgot they put napkins in side pocket! In my opinion napkin is the first item in necessary in side package or everything.
This is the slowest McDonald’s. Their drive though gets backup up to Baview and they have a terrible ordering system. They always have young rude staff at the drive-through window you make it seem like they’re doing you a favour to stop their conversation to take your payment. Will never be returning even though it’s beside my place of work.
Always a busy location, set on a tiny plaza. Parking is tight, but the staff will get you in and out quickly whether it's through drive through or inside.
Don't go here. The staff can't handle the regular traffic coming in and in turn are extremely rude. Avoid this location so that the managers don't have a heart attack when customers don't wait in the destinated spot.
Went here a few times and I always have uncooked meat or something from my order is missing! It’s a very popular place so I’m not sure why the staff is so horrible with customer service I don’t recommend at all! Very rude people won’t even answer you when u talk to them they just give looks!
Actually eat McDonald’s a lot and this is the third time I ordered my protein from this and they give it to me without fork and always when I ask for my drink they give me the wrong drink and it’s really really bad service
I'm very upset with this place, because all the time happens the same i order 2 coffe and 2 muffin and when I go to pay they just give me 1 and after i claim why? The girls say "you just order 1" and also its so slow
This is the 2nd time this location got my order twisted. I got happy meals for my kids and they forgot to add the hot cakes I ordered and paid for. I got to the park and about to feed my son and hot cake was no where to be found. It’s really upsetting! This is the second time at this very location.
Very fast and efficient service at this location. The place was a bit hard to get into from Major Mackenzie Drive. Parking lot is also a bit compacted. Other than the imperfections this location is pretty decent.
Received our order (delivery), and there was a live mature fruit fly in my kids apple juice! How did your staff not notice a bug swimming in the juice they were putting a lid on. How dirty is your location?
Inconsistent. One day the coffee is good, the next it's watery. I use the drive-through, and by the time I've tried the coffee it's too late to go back, so I just take the loss.
Going inside is always much slower, because they prioritize the drive-through, and sometimes I'll stand in front of the register for a couple of minutes before anyone even notices me.
Also, explain this to me: how does one large Americano cost $3.15, but two add up to $6.75? McDonald's should really check their math.
There’s a manager name Alvin, extremely Impolite and rude. Hope the management or head office see this. Don’t understand how he can be in the service industry
Poorly designed drive thru only has one line and it backs up on to the street, most people are not aware there are two order machines until the person tells you to drive up.
I ordered a small earl grey tea and instead received a large coffee. I had to wait over 20 minutes for my right order. Slow service, quite disappointing
I've continuously had problems with this location. Even when at the takeout window and trying to confirm the order was made as requested I once had a worker say "If it's not you can just come back and yell at us". Sure enough when I made it home and checked there were missing items and some items were incorrect. When I returned to talk to the manager they had the guts to tell me "We didn't hear it when you went through the drivethru". No words were needed from me as I just held out the receipt with the correct order and the incorrectly made item. Always check your order before leaving no matter how much they yell at you to move your car that way you don't have to park, go in and followup on missing items.
This location is pretty good and fast. One of the girls who helped me there is awesome and quick. She was there in the morning when I went. Didn't get her name unfortunately.
It took over an hour to get one order of 10 chicken nuggets.they bumped off my order number and when I told them they bumped it without giving me my order, they got angry and claimed that it was my fault for not picking up my order and that it was gone. It took them 30 mins to get me a new order after I voiced my displeasure. Disgusting.
Never been treated so porely by any one who works in customer service manager (that's what she called herself) was having a freakout screaming at customers including me refusing to take anyone's order it's a joke don't go
Staff thinks they're all that being rude to customers. Horrible service. And 30¢ for a mayo packet? Also asked for ketchup with my meal to go and was told to go fill up a little cup.and to top it off my order was missing my fries.
I got my order messed up twice today i ordered a triple triple orange pekoe tea with milk and received a triple triple coffee instead i went back and asked it to be re made and it got made wrong again for the second time and the server who remade it gave me serious attitude and several dirty looks and rolled her eyes making it seem as i was making a big deal out of nothing. The server i forget her name but was wearing a hijab. Finally after the third time there i was so irritated and mad i just asked for a whole new drink in which i got a different size then the size i ordered originally. You guys seriously need to work on your customer service skills and to check the orders before handing them out to people cause not being a coffee drinker and recieving a coffee is absolutely ridiculous and you guys need to do better or youll continue to loose more customers.
Don't ever come at night. The night manager is too busy talking to all her friends to care about her customers. Service is slow and the manager often yells at customers. Both times I've come here I've had this exact same experience.
The food was ok and the service was relatively quick but the main issue I had was that there were flies flying around landing on the lids for the drinks, which isn't so bad because I've been to a Tim Hortons where flies landed on the bakery items.but all And all it was an okay experience
Just had the strangest customer service experience. I ordered a sandwich combo and I said "for the drink can I just get a medium cup of iced water? " And he says ok. I get to the second window and they hand me a bottle of water. I said "no no it's supposed to be a cup of water". She changes it for me and I said, "Well, isn't there a price difference? " And the girl goes "Hmm no. Have a good night! " Um? I go inside and the manager refunds me $2.50.
Just a weird experience. I wish the girl didn't lie to my face that there's no charge for a bottle of water.just to keep the line moving.
The young lady taking the order was very sweet and professional
I sat down to eat my breakfast right in front of the counter with one of the managers was sitting doing her schedule.not too long after a whole bunch of teenagers seated at the same table and were talking to the manager it seemed they were having a good time!
How ever the vocabulary was not appropriate for a public place!
There was the f*** word every other word that they spoke and the manager was laughing it seems like they didn't notice at all or didn't care at all that a customer was sitting on the table right beside them!
Worst location by far! It took them 12 minutes to prepare 1 burger (at 3 AM) while they had no other orders to prepare, yet they managed to give me the wrong order, when I went back no one came to the window, Got out of my car and started knocking on the window hoping someone would come talk to me, one of their staff saw me and turned her head the other way trying to ignore me, I have no idea why! I started banging on the window and she told me they were closed, Their employees are slow and incompetent, they cannot even get the order right, If you are looking for fast food it is better to stop by at Walmart, buy your own frozen patty along with buns and go home to prepare food, that would be WAY FASTER than these fools.
I don’t like the attitude of these employees, discusting! I ordered a coffee and then I sat down I waited 20 mins for a coffee and the area wasn’t even busy! By the time I reminded them the coffee was cold! The staff is very rude! Talking behind my back to the employees!
I need a double cheeseburger and hold the lettuce, don't be frontin son, no seeds on the bun, we be up in the drive thru, order for two I've got a craving for a number nine like my shoe, we need some chicken up in here, in this shizzle, 4 rizzle my nizzle extra salt on the frizzles, doctor pepper my brother another for your mother, double supa supa size and don't forget the frys. Crispy.
Not-so-fast food. I ordered a mocha and from the time the receipt was printed to the time I received my coffee it took a total of 12 minutes. Unacceptable.
DO NOT GO TO THIS MCDONALD'S! Very bad service two times in a row, got my order wrong both times. Very unprofessional; disorganized, and food was cold and not made properly. Update: went here again through through the drive through just to get a coffee and no one took my order; I waited for 2 minutes sitting there at the speaker until I decided to go up to the first window and tell them that I was waiting there and no one took my order.
