Slowest mcs iv ever been too, drive through took 15 mins, and there were only 3 cars ahead of me. Had to wait on the side for my order of three mc doubles and a med Fri. The burger buns were stale. Maybe higher more staff!? !? !
Very poor service. If there was option then i would like to gave them 0 star. Today i visit this place for my small order and there was one lady and she was soo rude to everyone. She don’t know how to treat customers. There was one delivery courier from skip or may be uber and his pickup order was ready from last 20 minutes and he was keep asking for order as it was ready and lady treat him so badly upon asking and tell him to cancel order after 20 minutes wait …. Its worse place and i also waited more than 15 minutes to get just small order …. Worse really bad staff …
This McDonald's is pretty quick, decent drive thru and an order ahead pick up parking spots as well. The plaza is very well equipped with parking spots. They have the entrance and exits clearly labeled for pandemic protocols. They have 2 self service ordering system as well which helps speed up the process. The food is consistent with other McDonalds and the interior is clearly labeled for customers. Service is pretty decent and quality is consistent! They also have a good amount of outdoor seating outside their exit.
Went thru drive thru where the girl who is always there - never acknowledges you. No hello, please, thank you for coming. Today ordered 10 pce mcnugget wit poutine. Got the window and checked the bag - regular fries and 6pce. The girl at the window rolled her eyes and then was speechless when I said the order was not taken correctly. No manners and never the correct order. Rude rude staff.
Awful experience. I came for the first time in this location and they served me the cold coffee when i asked the lady to reheat it she said she cannot fo that and asked me to buy the another one.
Absolutely the rudest staff ever, not just to me but to an elderly lady who dared to sit down while waiting for her husband to order. A staff member questioned why she was sitting down and asked her to wait with her husband. If I was her, I would've told him to just leave and take our business elsewhere. Please have some decency at least to seniors. She was obviously tired.
I gave them less stars because they always mess up my order. Either they gave hashbrown instead of fries or forget to give whipped butter and syrup with pan cakes. I recommend you check your order before you leave.
Wait times are horrible. Like it's a mobile order that I placed 10 minutes prior to arriving there. The excuse is we don't have enough staff, maybe hire more people it shouldn't take 30 minutes to get the order.
Great customer service.they gave my order to another person and had to wait a bit longer.they apologized and gave me a small treat for my inconvenience.
Besides the black grime on the ice dispenser at the fountain drink station, which is so gross BTW. Staff are exasperated and disgruntled from dealing with misbehaving teens from local high school. Leads to an overall unpleasant dining experience.
Terrible. Avoid. Find a Wendy's. This location continuously is 'sold out of items'. Poor drive through service. Terribley trained staff. Awful, AWFUL location. They should lose their franchise license.
I just got coffee from drive trough, and when I tasted, it is not coffee, the taste is hot water with a brownish color. This is ridiculous. And is not a first time.
McDonald's Canada should revoke the owner's control of this McDonald's franchise. Owner must not care about reviews as this McDonald's franchise is by far the worst ever. Food orders never correct and food subpar at best even by McDonald's standards. Dirty inside and their garbage strewn all over the community. I can't give zero stars, but that is what this place deserves.
My girlfriend found a cockroach on top of the box as she was pulling it out of the bag. I tried calling to inquire if perhaps they had a infestation. Girl who picked up at 9: 33pm was rude. She said I was “confused and ordered from a different location”. As if people forget which McDonald’s they went to minutes after ordering. Tried to offer me free food, perhaps if I didn’t find a whole cockroach in the food you served me the first time I would have taken the offer. Assuming people order McDonald’s for convenience, no one drives back from caledon to pickup the same food a second time. Terrible sanitation, but the worst customer service.
I literally had to wait for more than 20 minutes at the drive thru. When asked the reason for the delay was told that only 2 crew members were on shift and were getting a bunch of uber orders. All this wait just for a cup of coffee? The management needs to be more practical while scheduling to ensure adequate staff at and improve the wait times. And huge shout out two the two associates working at their full capacity!
Consistently fails to organize food orders for Uber Eats. This location needs stronger mangers to perform training or recruit more efficient staff. Seems like current team slacks off or are unable to multitask.
I understand this are rough times but your line of business will keep you successful, however if you can’t meet the demands because your teams are incompetent then slowly and surely that location will become a con in your assists.
Reassess your teams as you have more time to train but some how this location has more errors. Fix Up
I came here to pick up an Uber order and waited over 20 minutes. I was asked my number multiple times by the same employee and told them I'd been waiting way too long and was just told it wasn't ready yet. I could see a bag with my number on the counter behind them but they weren't putting anything in it. Perhaps they were prioritizing other orders from the drive thru because there were many Uber drivers complaining about the wait (though they still got their orders before me) and at least one man who said he waited over fifteen minutes for a single coffee. Obviously I cancelled. Legend has it they are still preparing that order to this day.
Food is ok for fast food, the drive thru can get pretty long at times so recommend going in to get what you want other than that no complaints other than the drive thru garbages attracting tons of wasps.

1 star for not having dine-in McDonald's Mug for $4 cappuccino.customer service is good but please for God sake, have some dine-in mugs in this branch.even when there are 2 kiosks and you order for dine in and expect it in a mug. Another issue is with kiosk not printing the receipt.
Third, no enough hot or warm temperature for coffee stuff, all cold.
Average McDonald's location, would give it 2.5. Staff appear to be overwhelmed and it shows with their demeanor. It is a hangout for the local community and it appears that people spend hours there just engaged in conversation. Staff do need further customer service training. This will reinforce a positive interaction between the customer and employees.
I won’t be coming back to this location. The employees there have usually been polite but a few times (recently) I ordered from there and my order was wrong. To top it off I found a hair in my iced coffee the last time I was there.
Okay I'm done McDonald's is getting out of hand with there pricing for what it is 11.30$ for a quarter pounder meal I can get better food for that price McDonald's just lost a customer permanently
The place was awesome. The ambiance, the aroma which filled the air took me to a different world. I wanted to spend more time but they close at night so I had no choice but to get back home. Definitely a must visit place.
The wait in the drive throught was terrible and there were only 2 cars in front of me. When I got my food after waiting almost 15 minutes. I have no straw for my drink and my quarter pounder patty was almost black from being cooked so long.
The drive through customer service needs to be improved. We ordered a Medium green tea and got a small instead. When we told them we asked for a medium they said "well she punched in a small. " Not how that situation should be handled.
