I just ordered 4 happy meals for the Pokemon cards and these guys send me hot wheels. Where are my Pokemon cards? The promotion started September 15th!
Would rate it lower if I could. Very unprofessional staff and poor management. Have stopped at this location multiple times and everytime they force you to pull up so they can CHEAT the time counter of how long each car takes per order. Not to mention the meals are almost always poorly made and cold Fries so it makes you wonder what takes so long that they need 5 pull up spots. Avoid this location at all costs the extra 5/10 minutes anywhere else is well worth the properly made meal
I repeated myself 3 times very very clear. I wanted 4 pka of big Mac sauce did the nuggets we drive away to find 4 pks of mayonnaise. Now I paid gir big Mac sauce I should have received it. I did not go back as there were a ton of cars in drive thru and I waited in their waiting area for the items we ordered. Terrible your can't get what your order. If you can't understand the what someone is saying then get someone that can. I don't understand how she got the word mayonnaise out if Big Mac Sauce
Whoever the wonderful woman was working the drive thru window this morning deserves to be recognized as one of the kindest employees I’ve ever interacted with. I don’t think I’ve ever had such a sweet, caring interaction at any McDonald’s drive thru or any drive thru for that matter. What a wonderful service she provided - such a small short interaction but made a massive impact on my morning. Amazing.
What happened to these places? If I wanted to wait in a parking spot for my food I'd dine in or eat in the parking lot. Drive thru wasn't busy. Just slow poor service. Since the recent Reno this location has takin a dive.
The 5th time where something's missing in our order. Few times we'd get home before we realize half the order is missing and have to drive back for it. Also, No sense using curbside pick up, since we have to go inside and pick up the rest of the order. Other times, they would put the beverages or the sundaes or the lid of it recklessly and spill everywhere. The Worst service EVER. Never trust their service or you'll end up wasting your time and money.
Slow service and the drive-thru is a nightmare to get in and out of. I nearly witnessed 3 accidents in the parking lot trying to access the drive-thru in the time I was waiting.
They take forever for simple orders. The speakers are junk on the drive through. They never get an order right save your self the disappointment and go anywhere but here
Toni is the sweetest person on earth and always makes you feel welcome and appreciated. This is the only McDonald's I go to now because of her. Hands down, best customer service.
Completed mobile order. Arrived and drive thru was very busy and a little slow. I provided my mobile order code at the window and was parked so no improvement to speed of service with mobile order. However, I asked for hot fries due to being parked and may order was rushed out, hot and complete including hot fries.
It was a long line in the drive thru but it went very quickly got chicken nuggets so had to pull into the reserve waiting spots but was fast on service great stop off at good old mcdonalds
Worst drive thru design ever. Laneways always blocked. Everytime I go there I always get parked and have to wait for my order to be brought out to the car regardless of what is ordered. Staff have always been nice and that is why my review is not a 1 star.
Is it because it is Skip the Dishes delivery and you don't have to see my face? 3rd and LAST HORRIBLE experience I have had with this location. Tonight fries were NOT even cooked. Burger was cold and bun was hard. Wow. Dont expect much but SERIOUSLY
The food was ok. The pancakes were only a tad bit better than the frozen ones you can make at home. Burgers were meh, sloppily put together. Service was as expected, nothing stood out, but nothing was terrible. The parking lot however, is one of their biggest flaws, no proper direction, people coming in from both sides, but there's barely room to make to the drive through two cars cannot fit to pass one another, it's a real mess.
There is one lady here who always works the drive thru she is always SO happy and positive and makes my day when she’s working. Although the rest of the staff are great too but shes just above and beyond.will update my review if I catch her name!
It seems like the presentation of the food is lacking. It's tossed together with no care. I asked for 1/2 the sauce on my big mac and it was loaded with it. It turns me off my meal.
The drive thru takes way too long. They gave me my food cold after being told to pull up and wait. They had the girl bring out my order with another cars order that was 5 cars behind me. Also really bad setup for the parking lot.
Messed up Ubereats order. Gave wrong size & wrong flavor drink. No straw. No free Nugets as advertised. Double quarter pounder was hanging outside of box messed up. Been eating here forever. Was go to place. Not No more
Such slow service and can never get your order right. They need new staff or a new manager to get that place in order! Only positive is that it's clean and has Wi-Fi lol
This location is probably my least favorite Mcdonalds location of all time. First off the way the drive through was constructed makes it massively confusing and if you choose to dine in you can be left stuck when you want to leave. I find this location to be very slow as well. Nuggets are never crispy and fries are always limp.
I was patiently waiting for my food for about 10 min when I finally asked where was my food. The very grumpy manager claimed he already called my number (which he didnt). I had to GO through the garbage to find a receipt.
Probably the worst McDonald's for efficiency and definitely the worst 4 time they're very slow and orders or most always incorrect when you call the restaurant too report the incorrect order they don't answer the phone and sometimes are rude to your complaint even though it's your money buying food and you're the customer who is just wanting what they ordered
Quick drive through expirience, gets my coffee right more than half the time, which is saying being about most mcdonalds. Been going to Tim Hortons lately because mcdonalds just raised their coffee prices. The menu hasn't changed since I was a kid. Hate that they have all these limited time menu items like the Sliders which are absolutely amazing, but won't keep good food as a staple on their menus? If McDonald's didn't have a play places still left I would eat somewhere else 100% of the time we decided to go out to eat.
Food is like any other McDonalds. Service is also not great. Hard to park and drive through is the worst to drive. Sometimes line in drive through blocks the parked cars and people enter drive through from two sides and push on each others cars. I just stopped going drive through at this location.
I originally gave this location 3stars, but I had to down grade it. I dont expect gourmet food from McDonald's but I do expect you to get my order right. Lately they seem to be getting orders wrong more and more. The last time the got my order wrong I want back got in an argument paid for another order and they got that one wrong too.
Went through on Nov 24th for 2 meals, Big Mac mean and Angus cheddar Bacon, Big Mac was missing the ex cheese ordered and paid for, the other meal was missing the bacon, No straws in the bag, so u have to drink it with no lid, this of course makes the cups even more flimpsy. We got none of the condiments in the bag we asked for, The fries were cold and hard every was shoved into one bag, it couldn't close. We super sized the fries and ordered a mcdouble also. I called and was given a code to get a free meal, today days later I go to order more food and also grab the other meals. They said the code was used! It wasn't! The system to control that is crazy, the book with the codes is a mess, codes are writing upside down and everywhere. I'll never go back! Unfortunately BC we went 2 times a week.
Expect to wait.a long time. The drive through is constantly wrapped around the building. So if you decide to go in.expect to wait even longer. I spent over 15 minutes to receive a latte. My suggestion for McDonald’s would be to have someone delegated to cafe and bake shoppe to ensure the customers who are not ordering food, to serve them more efficiently. Next time, I’ll just go to Tim Hortons for convenient and quick service. After waiting for longer than 15 minutes, they got my order wrong. Very annoyed as this is not the first time it has happened
Things have been chaotic at this location all summer. Frequent incorrect orders or food belonging to someone else delivered to the car. It might be a lot of new staff, who knows.
I used to like this Mc Donald's but after having my order messed up twice I will never be coming back again. The staff are too busy chatting to pay attention to the orders. I had ordered 2 combos with fries and only received 1 as they had input the order wrong. When I went in to ask about the 2nd fry a worker checked SMILED at me and said I only had 1. This is blatent disrespect for a customer who had placed a drivetrhu order and had to come inside. I had to leave quickly in order to make it to an appointment.
SUMMARY: STAFF ARE TOO BUSY CHATTING DISRESPECTFUL TO CUSTOMERS ALLWAYS CHECK YOUR ORDERS BEFORE YOU LEAVE A DRIVE THRU
My experience was ok. Then again it was 1: 20 am. There were four cars in the drive through and it took 15 minutes. My advice is to place your order through the app ahead of time and pick it up when you get there.
They messed up my order and had the nerve to say it was my fault. I don't kbow but I thought combo meant.fries and drink was included. Guess not with these kids!
Lazy employees, and very poor management. Morning staff are always fantastic but afternoons when the staff turn over, its like a daycare for high school dropouts. Lots of audible swearing from the kitchen, and management is just as bad. They also don't like to fix meals they've screwed up on. I stopped going in there completely. Upper Wentworth is further, but a lot more welcoming and professional
II am 100% customer service satisfaction. They are always smiling & courteous, the're Always there to help you out at all times. I'm used to go to Tim Hortons all the time, but found McDonald's was more affordable and the food was better, I go there all the time now, as a make me feel like I'm a somebody. Thank You
