Was just there for coffee and laptop. WiFi was good, but all the power outlets were covered up.

Awful taste. They did not give me a fork or tissues and now i cannot eat my poutine. Never Go Here!

I ordered a meal with sprite for pickup in the drive through, not only did they not give straws, they gave me a cup of ice water instead of sprite

The waiting time on the drive thru was much more than expected and drive thur employees are rude they need to learn some basic manners.

The dark skinned girl with the head wrap has the worst customer service and attitude. Especially after I also had to wait so long for my stuff. Do better.

Last 5 times I've gone to this location 5 times get the wrong drink. I can understand a mistake every now and then but all 5 times. Won't be back.

This place would close on random
hours of night ex 11: 15 pm on Monday and do
not serve food because they are cleaning and have no food to serve. This is not allowed

Sometimes you just have a craving and McDonald's never disappoints. Their fries in the BBQ sauce is the best.plus the new points system is great for customers to get something free for being a loyal customer.

This store is a disaster. I avoid going to this location unfortunately I was getting my booster shot inside the mall and ordered food for my household. To my surprise when I got home and started passing out food many items where not in the bags. They had plenty of people working when I called to resolve this they disconnected their phone line leaving me to call the 888 line to file a complaint. How can these people collect pay checks when they always have gotten every order I or anyone I know has placed at this location.

McDonald's overcharges and then has the nerve to give you almost nothing on your sandwich or bagel I spent almost 30 bucks on breakfast for the family this morning get toasted bagels with nothing on them.an an egg and cheese breakfast sandwich with only cheese on it.

Why can we not give "ZERO"stars. They do not deserve even a quarter of a star. Went through the drive thru at approximately 1: 35 yesterday, and ordered just a small fries. How difficult can that be to do. Paid at the first window, then proceeded to the second one. Received the bag, & then asked the girl at the second window for a salt & a Mayonnaise and a lite container to use for the fries, since I wasn't going home to eat. When I opened the bag to eat my "Small Fries" to my surprise, there were no fries, but instead a Muffin I tried calling this location a total of thirteen times yesterday and it would ring, with no answer. Which is just ridiculous! So today I tried calling them again, & still no answer, after trying another five times. So I decided to go back there and actually walk in this time, & speak to the Manager. When I explained to him the problem, he just smiled. And then when I tried to explain the frustration of them never answering their phone, he tried telling that they were probably busy. Then I showed him all of the times that I called (I even called them from the parking lot, right in front of the door, just right before walking, & of course, no surprise, they once again did not answer). I asked him as busy as they were at that moment, because it was the exact same no customers anywhere at all. I told him that I wanted the fries that I had paid for yesterday, so that I would not be paying again. They then gave me the bag, & once again a Mayonnaise Anda little container to put it on. When I opened the bag before leaving to make sure that I was getting what I ordered. And when I opened it, once again, there were "NO" fries, but another dam Muffin. I was not definitely not "Happy" at all. I showed the manager again, and asked they gave you a Muffin again? Finally they gave me the dam Fries, but he decided to give me a medium. The staff there are absolutely "USELESS" and "INCOMPETENT". I wouldn't trust them to feed a Goldfish I obviously will not ever be Back!

Attempted to place my order in the drive-thru, was asked for my rewards code at the first drive thru speaker then was asked to proceed to the second speaker and provide it again with my order. Upon arriving at the first window with my payment, the person at the window became very belligerent with me because I did not provide my code at the speaker, I told her I provided it twice and she said we recorded you you did not provide it. I cancelled the order right there and then. What a way to talk to paying customers. Absolutely revolting.

Watch out! I got a McFlurry here and the lid was shredded. Plastic in the ice cream! Called them and no one picked up. Terrible.

The people at the front are always courteous. This is the bagel I received today though, it was supposed to be a bagel with cream cheese. Would you make this for yourself? Why are y’all skimping on the cream cheese so hard that there’s barely any there?

For a McDonald’s personally I’d say they have some excellent staff compared to other locations and for the most part work quick and efficiently! The occasional order mishap that’s minor but overall usually clean inside and delicious food! My go to location for McDonald’s!

Their morning service for B'fast is slow. Need more bodies. Can't be sitting in the drive-thru for more than 10 minutes, cause we're on our way to work.

Even if you request them for ketchup, it's never there.

Also their cleaning is also going on while the food is being prepared & the cleaning guy has his MASK hanging around his neck & always in a bad mood.

Started going to Clayhill, none of the problems mentioned above. Very efficient.

It’s McDonalds - food is exactly what you expect but when I go to this one they always forget something. For example - two time’s in a row I have had 0 of 3 Happy Meals ordered come with sauce for the nuggets - after being asked what each child wanted for a sauce!

This is one of my least favorite locations. The second order area (closest to the road) seems to ALWAYS be the worst - they take forever sometimes to get your order and then get it wrong

Lots of parking. Drive thru was super busy so I used walk in. Super fast. Served immediately. Friendly staff. Restaurant was clean and tidy. Masks are mandatory here.

This locations delivery times are noticeably longer than other McDonald's, especially the drive thru. Good luck with the drive through it'll take you double the time so just keep that in mind.

I don’t know what you doing management people. It seems you really don’t care about delivery peoples. Drivers waiting 20-30 minutes every time just for 3-4$ orders that soo ridiculous. Your location is one of the worse in whole Mississauga.

The staff deserves 10 stars and the burger and fries were fresh and tasty. For fast food it was good and the staff friendliness and professionalism made it better

They didn't even give me my order. I ordered a mcdouble combo and an extra mcdouble. I only got 1 mcdouble with the combo and they never gave me the second one. Awful experience.

Ordered a mcdouble like mac combo with a large fry and mcdouble like a mac on the side. It took 20 minutes just to get my order in, and another 5 minutes to get my order.none of the mcdoubles were they way I ordered and the MEDIUM size fries were rock hard over cooked. Not happy in the slightest. I should get what I paid for. Not this.

Went to this place often because it closed by the house but I think im gonna have to drive further out now. The staffs customer service suck their online system is a mess too. Ordered through my phone app never seem to works.

I always have bad experience with them whenever I order ubereats. Either I get

1. Get a completely different order
Or
2. Im missing half of the order
I always thought it was the ubereats drivers mistake being in a rush but i noticed it a lot when i kept on ordering from this location.
Maybe management should look into this. I'm not the only one with this problem LMAO

Third class staff, third class service. It always takes a lifetime in their car go through. And then the rudest off staffs I have ever met. They firstly don't wanna work and then when complained they are sour to you instead.

We were just here recently when passing through Toronto. The staff at this location are tremendous. They are very courteous very professional and very helpful especially when you're going through the drive-thru. Their food is always cooked the way you order it as there is never hardly any comebacks.

Just paid $8 for this tortilla. Very disappointed with their breakfast burrito combo where all you get is mostly bread and no filling.

Have also used uber eats with this location many times and they nearly also mess up/forget items in the order. If youre from the area go to the clarkson location for much better quality and service

We went through the drive through, it was quick and the servers were good. As for the food. It's Macdonald's! Say no more!

Food was good, service was great. However the locations dining area is a bit small and tight. Also the drive-thru isn't the best when the location is busy and it causes a back up to the intersection for the mall entrance.

Worst experience ever. Brownies was as dry as piece is rock. My order was 5 items and they was giving me 1 by 1. Took them forever to make 3 sundays. Will never go back to this location

Made me wait for dried out nast egg wrap and only put half a pc of bacon. Hash brown wash mushy and didnt put cream in my coffee.
I will stick to timmies were the food isnt great but consistent

Coffee sucks, honestly, it's as bad as tim hortons, both coffees are nasty, coffee time is the best coffee ever, I urge every one to go to coffee time and try it

While it is a McDonalds, a few recent visits to this particular location prove that it isn't the best Mickey D's out there. Ordered a Big Mac combo and had to wait like 20 mins for it, while others were getting their orders completed long before mine was. I was quite disappointed to say the least.

This place has the worst service. And this is not a one off. You can always count on them messing up the drive through order

This locations doesn't accept mcdoanlds coupons when they are shown on a mobile phone in the drive thru.

The service was very slow and the meaning of fast food is long forgotten, but it's not the reason for single star. I gave 1 star because in the last two months I have bought 3 or 4 times cheeseburger for my kids. The taste and the smell was unbelievably like liver. The taste was discusting. I used to go there around 5.00 am & you see the cleaning crew walking around with their mops & buckets. I wouldn't want my breakfast to be cooked when it's cleaning time for obvious reasons.

I asked for a wrap and instead I got a box of stuffed food. They literally stuffed all the ingredients into the box without even wrapping it or anything and it all came out at once leaving a mess. Absolutely horrible service and the place is dutttty af too.
