When we buy take out we expect it to be fast but hot too. I spent $50 and got cold food, cold and soggy fries and no ketchup. Disappointing. Feels like a waste of money. The customer service is nice to speak too though
Need to install a glass dome outside of the door at the drive-thru sidedoor its a very dangerous area and it's very inconvenient for drivers and pedestrians to merge at this area or just move the door before something horrible happens
Terrible drive through. Very incompetent people working here. Made us weight 10 minutes for a basic order. 10+ vehicles served before us. These guys deserve zero stars.if I could give them that I would.
Made the food, still not to order, hard to find ANY McDonald's that fully accommodates lactose intolerance. Mostly the kids working hear you ask for no cheese and say "screw this guy" and do it anyway.
For a store located at such an ideal location you would think that they offer satisfactory service and fare. I have been there a number of times because of necessity. No more! First of all, they don't offer any "gourmet type" coffees like cappuccino here. Then they offered coffee on rocks i.e. Coffee on ice. They got my order wrong the first time giving me a double double. Had to go in for a replacement and they gave me some sort of watered down cold coffee. Well, good thing there's a Tim Hortons next to it.
Very Bad Service…I tried double double in morning 4: 45 Am …the coffee was sour & The girl at the drive thru doesn't have the guts to speak…she is sooo rudeeeee
I come to this location in the early morning everyday, most of the time they are good, but one time they charged me $10.15 for a coffee, and I never drink coffee with sugar, that cup of coffee tasted like full of sugar. Won’t give 1 star review because I don’t wanna ruin their business. Just wanna let the restaurant know the mistake they made. Also their debit machine down so many times, I never carry cash, so I will end up no coffee for early morning shift work. (I will never go to timhortons the one beside McDonald’s, bad service and coffee taste like dirty hot water).
This McDonalds is by far the best in the region. We love eating there. The entire team there is very kind and helpful. They always make us very comfortable in every visit. The store manager's leadership is unquestionable!
Great coffee now just train the staff on how to make the coffee properly. 5 of the 7 coffees that I bought this week were all made wrong. Double double is not rocket science.
Terrible customer service, gave wrong change and argued about it, then he says he is a manager, lol, if this is true, the qualifications for this might be on the light side, another time I was shorted change, I asked and the girl sid most just give it to us, lol, be nice if you ask before you tip yourself with my money
Ankur is one of the more rude people I've come across.this dude needs to understand that it can be hard to hear what he's saying behind the plexiglass and mask. He seems like the manager too, which makes it even worse lol. The other people that work here are really cool though.
Love the food, love the speed, love everything about this place. Me and my family go for dine in every Wednesday mornings it is really great to enjoy McDonald’s at this location
Just had a really bad experience from a employee from drive-thru. Doesn’t know how to behave properly to customers. Clearly heard she using an f word. Don’t know whether it’s acceptable according to mcd’s rules. Hope some action will be taken against her!
Told to wait for my order.was missing half of it, when I got it. Was told to go back through drive in if I wanted the rest of it.horrible customer service.
Useless costumer service. Truck drivers don't have a chance to get something to eat here after hours. I asked the manager if I could use the mobile app to pickup by the window like many other places, I was told to use the drive thru.a little bit difficult to do it on a semi truck.
Poor service. They gave me med fries when I order for large fries. This happed with me twice with the mobile order. First time, I thought it could be one time error. This thing keep on repeating. They forget to put straw what a mess
Sat 1st of may 2021 go in through drive thru ask for a mcdouble combo nd junior chk on side with extra lettuce nd mayo.i got a bag with spit on the burgers nd the junior chickn with i kid you not 1 lb of mayonaise and no chickn patty.i am furious i hve my reciept and i am going to head office for this who ever works there is disgusting night shift is a mess people do not risk anythin especially with covid definently lost my business.if you hate your job quit.
At drive thru its honesly a rare occasion they have your food ready when you reach the window. Nearly every time you are asked to park. No idea why they don't just let you stay until it's ready, since everyone is going to be asked to park either way.
Very unprofessional staff. The guy who worked at night was so rude. He dont know how to treat customers. I think there should be some training for staff regarding customer service who are taking it for granted and spoiling the image of the brand which they dont even really care.
The experience started out well, they even up sold us to get strawberry pie. The speed of service was awesome they had the bag of food out the window as we pulled up. But then it came crashing down, the pies were mushy and uncooked and the coffee we ordered was un-drinkable.
I do come here often and they have good fast service however, a while back i ordered a might Angus combo WITHOUT bacon on it and as i received it and took a bite out of it there was bacon in it. I took it back and they offered me another one however I was too frustrated to accept anything at the moment so i declined.
I think there's a problem with the new ordering system or the queue at McDonald's in general. I'm not blaming this location for it.
But. I had an order of fries and a wrap. Waited probably 5 minutes for it. During my wait, someone that ordered 2 minutes after mine was served before me. I happened to have seen this person place the order and there were a lot of customizations made to his order (a couple burger combos and changing toppings). Which would make you think his would take longer. So I didn't understand how his order came up first.
Sode note, seems odd how drive thru is seen as priority #1. And people inside are made to wait longer as a result.
Only issue is that little window they use as a waiting spot. It's too small, and your employer had to bend way down to get the food out and to the customer. This window shouldn't be used.
I felt I really was bothering the young lady when I ordered. I'm so sorry I decided to stop and eat and that you actually had to work.rest assured I will drive to another McDonald's rather than stop there again
This location advertises mcafe and specialty drinks yet it doesn't have cafe mocha or latte. False advertising and we just wasted time driving here. First mcdonalds we encountered that doesn't have specialty drinks!
Still tastes the same - Good as always. However, it seems like all menu items are much smaller now than ever before, while the prices have gone through the roof. Now I can choose between McDonald's or a Steak House.
Went here for dinner last night. Pulled up to the second speaker and wasn't addressed. Tried to ask a question and say hello, and four cars went through the other speaker before we just pulled up to the window. We explained that the second speaker might not be working, so they took our order at the window. We then had to pull into a spot and wait even longer. When we got our food, there was wrong AND missing food. We went back once again and went inside. The manager says that "yeah we've been having issues here with things like that". I don''t think you say that to a customer. Needless to say, won't be back.
Night shift people are overstressed or don't know what. Everytime the leftover and cold coffee is served. Wasted money few times. I come here ofen and it's not bad at all during day times. But time around 3am is worst even though it's not busy.
Don’t be in a rush if stop here and avoid the coffee! Ordered a coffee and toasted bagel on my way to work. Got the coffee but then got told to “pull ahead” for the bagel.what the heck. Waited 5 minutes, guy delivers it and it cold when I start to eat it. Have a sip of my coffee and it was so burnt, threw it out the window it was so terrible.
