The location is very iconic and really cool. You don't see anymore locations like that so it's a good one to visit. They do pretty good job at keeping it clean and organized. All Associates are friendly. However the food is not at the best quality. My fries were not salty. The sandwich was lacking all the sauces and was super dry.
Went through drive through when we got to window they were going to give us some other order. As our order got taken by the car prior to us. We had to wait an extra 10mins to get our stuff and all we got was a sorry.
I've used the drive thru here twice before and they got my order wrong both times, this time I ordered inside. AND they still missed half my order! Didn't realize until we got home. DEFINITELY would not recommend this location at all. Staff is busy with conversations to bother paying attention to the orders
I went through your drivethoya ordered a vanilla Chai tea frappe and ask for a Carmel flavor shot to be put in it. And what did they give me a squirt of Carmel sauce? In my g****** drink, go figure really bad service. Don't listen to what you order.
The black guy who works here doesn't even wear a hairnet. I was in the drive thru and I saw him scratch his head. Why would I want his hair in my food? That is not what I ordered.
Literally paid for 2 fish fillets and a drink, after deciding not to have the drink and told back the cashier to add it back, paid for the 2 combos, still got one fish fillet and 2 fries, what the actual heck
Yesterday, i went to drive thru (milcreek) to buy 2 medium coffee.in the app offers said it is $1 expire until 12/12. But when i ordered the lady said the offer already expired and charged me @$1.79 each.i told her why in the apps it is not updated. She replied that offer was over. I guess, please make their employees aware of the current offers they have not like this.
The worse location when using uber eats. Never the right order and always missing items. Even the drivers know this. The drive thru service is a joke. I had to go through it 4 times to get an order fixed.
I went to the drive thru to get 3 junior chicken for my kids. They told me to park at the waiting area. I stood there for exactly 10 mins, no one came so i ended up calling the restaurant and 4 mins later someone came and they were very rude and weren't even sorry for their mistake. I will never go to this location again. This is the 2nd time i had bad experience with this location
Coming into work on a Saturday morning at 4: 30 I was given 2 chicken McGriddles which were obviously prepared by someone that didnt know what they were doing. Disgusting. I would add the picture but I guess they leave the option out.
Slow service, ordered a latte, it was at best warm instead of hot like any latte should be, had to find a microwave to heat it up, very disappointed, not going back there
I hate Mickey-dees in general but his one on Erin mills Pkwy the food was hot and fresh. I could believe it the straws and salt and ketchup were all in the bag and all ways ready when I got to the second window. I didn't have to park and wait what was so nice considering that I use a drive threw cause I'm in a hurry, the people at other stores have made it a thing to do every time I go enuff.
Barely classifies as food. Just don't smell the burgers before you try and eat it or it going to be a tuff proposition trying to keep it down. Double double with espresso shot thank you.
Regular drive through. Always fresh. The coffee is so hot here and how I am not sure. Other McDonald's it's a lil less hot and they fill it less too. Here it's all just right.
Don’t order food from drive thru here! They forgot my order and made me wait more than 30 minutes and completely forgot until I go inside to ask about the order
I did the drive-through which I find can be hit and miss depending on who is taking the order. The experience on Saturday night, July 24 was exactly as expected. The young lady taking the order was very clear, very polite and you could tell she’s done this before and it seemed effortless to her. I found during the last few experiences the total is not mentioned just what is ordered and you are left wondering if right amount would be charged…this time she mentioned it and it was one less thing to worry about.
The Macdonald at millcreek avenue in mississauga. The service at drive-through is bad specially at 5 am.they hired indian students to handle the customers request but they do too badly.they barely understand english! Please if the manager from this area is reading this, he can train those students properly.

Nicely located McDonalds, always convenient in service. Usually not too long wait and once paid service is fast when using the drive. I havent used indoor service much but when i used it it was rather slow.
This McDonald's is awsome they always get my order right. The staff are so nice and when I'm late for work i always come here because the service is fast.
The man who took my order was very friendly and we had a nice chat. He was also fast and I didn't wait long for my order. However I was disappointed to find that the sweet and sour sauce for my chicken nuggets that I was charged extra for wasn't included. What was I supposed to dip my nuggets in?
I so over McDonald's these days, after so long I decided to get 4 breakfast burritos for 16$ obsurd price I rather make food at home than buy from McDonald's

Very very poor customer service in the early mornings. At times I stop in for my morning coffee at this location and each time I place my order at drive thru, the lack of understanding my order is unreal. I don't have a list of items its mainly two things (Coffee and or muffin) and they still manage to screw this up. I don't get it. Its not rocket science here. I think they should definitely look to retrain their staff or switch it up and have someone who actually likes doing their job versus someone who can't simply wrap their head around a coffee and muffin order. Again its only the mornings where this sort of stuff happens. Primarily Mon.to Fri.
Customer service is polite, orders are completed on time, and food is prepared well and tastes fine. Ordering breakfast with the mobile app did create a problem, relating to timing and availability of hash browns, so I had to wait in the pick-up area until it was sorted.
Ordered 6 pack of chicken nuggets and when I got to the window I asked her if I can have an extra bbq souce she said she would but need to pay an extra 20 cents.is this for real?
100% never misses to send you to the parking area for an employee to bring your food. 3 cars trying to find wait parking in a 2 car waiting spot ️ No longer a drive through service as it should. Food is ok like any Mcdonald, nothing special
I like the Hampshire Gate and Sheridan Centre locations the best, most likely mainly because they're the closest. BUT, Eglinton & Winston Churchill, just west of Erin Mills Town Centre has the day menu items on for a good 30-45 min longer than the first two locations mentioned, basically around the "switch over time". So if you book it to Winston & Eg right after you are informed, you should have time to still get your order. Shhhhhhhhhh!
This review is for the mobile order system. I've tried three times to use it at this location and every time I've started in the mobile pickup parking spot and either ended up at the drive through window having and having to pay again or going right into the restaurant and having to order everything over again because their system doesn't have record of my order even though the app says it does and I have options to request mobile pickup with an order confirmation.
I've be en having bad experiences lately here with orders and them forgetting to put part of the order in the bag/box. One time I ordered a cheese burger happy meal and when I opened it, it had the 4 pc chicken nugget box. I went back to let them know and they gave me the cheeseburger. When I left and opened it again I realized they had also forgotten my fries. Then also, one morning I went and ordered a breakfast sandwich and 2 hash browns. As I was leaving we noticed there was only one so I went back through the drive thru and I got a bit of attitude from the staff. I'm getting tired of having to go back to ask for food that's missing from my order. Not planning on going back to this location again.
Worst mcdonalds I've ever been too. And that's saying somthing. I'm used to fast food restaurants having sub par service, but the employees at this place seem to go out of there way to reach a new low of terrible service. May god have mercy on the souls that work here, and somehow help these people find an ounce of work ethic in there worthless lives.
Honestly this location has the slowest drive through ever. And 3 out of 4 times you have to wait for them to bring out your food; even if it's a sausage and egg combo?
The food is always good one you would expect from mcdonald's fast food, but word of warning don't expect them to be always organized all the time and always expect them to get busy, since most of them who work there are usually students. So basically patience. But other than that, it's a good fast food place to eat at.
Better than the meadowvale location but that's not saying much. They mess up orders consistently, every time I order something it seems more expensive than other locations and they never give you a receipt in the bag. On top of that, 9 out of 10 times in the drivethrough they'll also ask you to park and wait because nothing is ever ready to go.
Late night I wasn’t able to order cone or shake because machine is not working. I highly doubt that was the case and even took 20 minutes to prepare the smoothie, highly disappointed
Went to the drive through around 10: 00pm and got my food after a wait of almost 30min. The should improve the quality of their Mcflurry cause they are not mix properly and melt too fast. Food was ok but missing some ingredients in my burger.
This McDonald's is by far the worst. The reason I'm going to this location is because my usual location (Meadowvale T. C.) is under construction. My breakfast favourite at McD's is the BLT everything bagel. In the first picture, I had to take the charred bits off. That was last week. This week, they gave me the wrong bagel (second time) but since it happened last week, where they gave me the wrong order, I opened up the packaging to check and lo and behold, wrong bagel! They replaced the bagel with the right one, BLT, but take a look at the second pic.charred along the edges! They should not be sending out burnt food! So if you go to this location double-check to make sure your order is correct and not BURNT!
This place messed up with our orders so many times. Usually on drive through but this time was the mobile orders. I placed an order of two items and my son also. They couldn't find my son's order number for some reason. Even though his app provided a code. It took a while discussing it at the windows and ended up asking us to park at the door. We did and they brought us one of the orders (my son's) only. I asked for mine he went back and got half the order. I asked for my Sunday he said you got the cone did you want it in a cup!? And the two orders paid for were two fries and a Sunday and a cone. It was super confusing and took forever. Last time they forgot the syrup for the hot cakes for two orders twice the same day. I don't recommend it but it is the one close to home
Update: the service is horrible, waited in force through while there r only 2 cars, and 2 customers in the restaurant, and staff really didn't care about customers. Washroom and general are needs alot of cleaning
So slow, took 20 minutes to get to the window, only to be told we had to pull up out front & wait. Hire more staff, the wait time is ridiculous. We are going to be late for our game now, will NEVER stop here again. The manager of this location should be embarrassed.
This is unfortunately the closest McDonald's to us so sometimes we have no choice but to give our money to this location. It is always a gamble going through the drive thru. Of the last 10 times going through the drive thru, they only managed to get the order entirely right 4 times. I don't want to paint a broad stroke, but the issue is The young folks that work there. They lack the care and pride of work. At the risk of sounding cliche, back in my day work was a privilege and customer service was paramount. We just don't see that in today's entitled youth. McDonald's used to carry the clout of being an employer that trained their employees well, but today only supports the laise faire attitude.
Very slow, but late at night there is no where else, they know it and try to make it look busy, they so slow and food borderline ok. But at midnight, what options do we have.
