This is my favourite Mcdonald location. Friendly staff and quick service. Parking is plentiful too.

I want to caution people of ordering food here. If you go inside and look at the back they are preparing food WITHOUT GLOVES ON. That is so unsanitary. The only way they get the order right is if you order on those digital screens.

Located prominently at the corner of a major intersection adjacent to bus stops, this is a hot destination for young and old alike. The selection is pretty typical and all the usual promotional products are offered. Plenty of kiosks to order from and coupons can be used. It is a regular destination for the local community, though be aware it can get pretty crowded in the afternoon, especially with students.

Friday 9pm service
Bought a big mac combo and a happy meal. They called my order number and brought out a big bag, went home, no happy meal. Oh well. My fault for not triple checking ig.

Why am I paying 5 dollars for a large fries and these people always fill it as a medium? This literally the case every time I have gone in the past 2 months. These cheap Indians that took over are so annoying.

This location is packed with students some buy rest just hang around difficult find seating

My recent experience at McDonald's was quite disappointing due to poor customer service, particularly from a staff member named Muskan. I encountered a situation where Muskan outright refused to take my order before the restaurant's closing time, even though I had arrived well within their operating hours also she took the order of other Customer but not mine.

To make matters worse, Muskan also accused me of capturing her photo, an allegation that was completely unfounded. This not only added to the discomfort of the situation but also highlighted her unprofessional behavior.

Despite arriving before the closing time and expecting to receive basic courtesy as a customer, Muskan's uncooperative attitude and rude behavior greatly marred my perception of the restaurant. Customer service is a crucial aspect of any dining establishment, and such incidents can significantly impact the reputation of the brand.

I hope that McDonald's management takes this feedback seriously and addresses the issues at hand, ensuring that all customers are treated with respect and courtesy, regardless of the circumstances. It's disheartening to have encountered such an unpleasant experience in what should have been a routine visit.

This is the Worst McDonald’s to order. I ordered Fries and snack wrap. They made me wait 10 minutes on the drive thru and served me cold fries. When I went inside to ask them for new Fries, the girl working inside was so rude and full of attitude.

Food is normal McD but not the freshest type even though traffic seems reasonably heavy here. Other than the lady manager, the staff are rude with zero patience and manner. The electronic monitor does not shoe correct information - orders still being prepared but already disappeared from the screen. When you ask about the order, the first thing they say is "hold on" and then nothing. Fix the system so it only shows order serving or disappeared when your orders have actually been served. I'm sure someone is pressing that order complete button too soon even when there are people piling up waiting for their orders to be served. If you had done that, people wouldn't have to ask about their orders and you wouldn't have to tell them to hold on.

Went for coffee and a hash brown and your staff don't know what they are doing. They put me to wait in spot 1. When I already saw my order. I waited 5 mins before going in for my refund. Management needs to train the staff to move the fast simple orders. Your Customer Service is like garbage.

I would give a 5 star but when I had 3 mobile pickups i don't know why we need to take the first 2 orders then go back and line up for the 3rd order in drive thru.take note that these orders were taken the same time.

There is a Filipino staff (female) at drive thru second window, was soo rude, I ordered 2 ice cream cone, one of them put in the cup, and that staff did not give me the cone, only ice cream in the cup, and she told me that I need to pay extra for the cone, I never heard about that, did McDonald’s changed operation? McDonald’s never charge me extra for the cup/cone before, what’s wrong with this lady?

The drive through at this McDonald's has always been fast. I never had to wait too long. Plus, they usually have everything you need by the next window, without needing you to park in temporary parking and wait in the car. The only dislike I had was towards one employee at the window who rushed me to drive up to the next window while I was putting my money away to have my hands free ro drive.

Worse service ever! Placed my order wrong, they just want to "modify" my foods instead making a new one event the manager promised will make a new order for me, and stuff said "they're same", how could possible taste is same? They are totally different FLAVOR!

Efficient drive thru service, hot meal, a lot of times when i buy from drive thru, they are not so hot, this one is fresh and hot enoughrecommended.

I just tried the spicy chicken nuggets tonight, for the first time. It was amazing! Customer service was great too, keep it up!

Ordering by Drive through is terrible. They always gives you the wrong order even if you repeat for several times. The most important thing is customer service, I feel sorry to say that most of them provide poor service, sometimes even no service at all. I have complaint to the manager several times, the manager is very nice, but the team is poor. They are not supposed to do this kind of job if they could not provide the customer service.
This morning, I bought the coffee, since I have coupon, they argue with me about the price. To be honest, just a coffee, who cares about the $2.00 or what, if you dont want me to use the coupon, let me know, it is not a big deal. The guy argue with me even after I said I do not want to argue.
I live closely to this location, but after so many times, this place always ruined my time, I am so disappointed. I am not recommened you to visit this location.
If the management look at this review, I hope the whole team can be trainned how to do the customer service.

Ordered drive thru and they charged me the wrong amount (price was way too high for what I ordered). I kindly asked for my receipt to double check (usually the reciept is in the bag and found it odd that I had no reciept) and they told me to go in the drive thru line again to give me my receipt. I refused to move and waited 30 mins until they refunded me CASH when I paid with tap.

Food was cold by the time I got home and to top it all off my child's chicken nugget happy meal had SPICY nuggets! She could not finish her meal!

Never coming here again!

Update: I ordered from this place and told them twice please nothing but cheese and ketchup well the person that made it thought it would be FUNNY to place ONE SINGLE PICKLE IN EACH OF MY CHEESE BURGERS JUST FOR SHTIS N GIGGLES then when i called back to complain the person made up that i did something to them and wouldnt answer the phone again.left me with two options go there make a scene to get my money back or let it go, i will never let it go. IT'S ONLY 24/7 IF YOU USE DRIVE THROUGH WHAT TIME DOES THE DOORS CLOSE? PLEASE UPDATE THE TIME FALSE ADVERTISING MCDONALDS.

I must edit this review once a bloody month and the star ratings keep dropping. I understand its a pandemic, and staffing issues are a thing. But I think it's imperative that the staff knows what is on the menu.

I just sat at a drive-thru speaker arguing with the employee about a Spicy Habanero Chicken McMuffin, which she was convinced was not a breakfast item. But luckily a regular Chicken McMuffin was, also upgrading to 2 hashbrowns was also not a thing so they were added separately.

My hashbrowns were also bagged lukewarm.cold on the inside. So pleased with the service at this location.

Bad place to go I asked the girl for a extra cup for my kids bcuz of the ice cream even tho I told them before I ordered but the girl n the second window was soo rude unprofessional and she thinks brown people don’t know the policy

Large indoor space, can still be busy. Very convenient location, lots of parking, easy drive-thru or curbside. Orders always accurate and we'll prepared.

This franchise location is absolutely not worth it. This is the second time I got my order completely not in the best condition. As someone working in a customer service industry. I really am upset at how neglectful associates are here.
The store manager / franchise manager was kind enough to reach to us personally the first incident and offered us a free meal. I don't think the issue is the higher management, it's mostly mindset of associates.
This second incident occurred when I decided to eat out and get fast food since I worked so late. I received my food and happily went home, only to find out that my drink is completely flat, no ice and no sugar. I drove back and asked the associate to replace my drink. I waited 5 mins patiently, they replaced my fries since I told them it got cold while driving back. And my I tried my drink in the car.it's flat again. I didn't bother to go back in, I honestly wouldn't mind if they'd be honest that their machine is broken, I get things break. But for me to come back and be served on purpose a flat not sugary soda.is not honest, it might sound ridiculous complaining about fast food, at the end of the day we work hard for our money, least you can do is be honest when serving your customers. Never coming back here again.

I am very very disappointed, I have never experienced something like this at McDonalds, The staff named "DIPIKA" was extremely rude and treated us very bad, she has no manners at all, dont know how to talk to customers! McD is definitely gonna sink if it has staff like her!

My family and I have used this location for MANY YEARS. I can write books about how incompetent staff is throughout the years.

So MANY incidents occurred, but we gave up since there is no point of complaining. The most recent issue that occurred was when my daughter asked for a sandwich and she came home to eat it, she finds the bottom bun of the sandwich is missing.

After trying other locations, the conclusion is most McDonald's restaurants lack professionalism and proper staff. My advice is save your money and spend it on Better food quality and better service anywhere else where customer is appreciated.

I ordered every morning, even weekend last two years.
Totally understand that your guys are busy. But I am so disappointed today.

Very rude staff. Wanted to get ice cream cone in cup via drive thru. She gave only cone and requested to put it in a cup then she only gave cup without cone. At the end she gave cone in a cup which made extra stress for a single ice cream. First she tried to give a spoon with out proper bag. Very very rude and clean-less location. Never will go there

Ordered two Big Mac but only gave us one. It’s not the first time happening at this location. Should check the items before leaving.

The beef is not grass fed and the mcflurry is too cold for Canadian weather. However, the Travi$ Scott combo was very tasty!

Did drive thru but was told to wait by doors. Ordered 2 combos ans 2 cheese burgers. 10 mins later the lady brought the food to car and it was Cold. Fries were hot but sandwich was cold and cheese was cold on burger.while I understand 1030pm.it may be short staffed.after spending 34 dollars and change. I should not be expected to have cold food.
Why push us off the drive thru lane to deal with other customers.as I didn't receive my food.not impressdd

Ordered big Mac and a mcdouble with Mac sauce. Got the worst food poisoning I've ever had. I think it was the Mac sauce, it was runny

They don't fill up medium fries or side salads to full, you have to ask for napkins, very cheap management.
Edit 2021: This place has gotten worse year over year. I have been going to this location for well over a decade. It used to be packed with elderly people and students from Albert Campbell CI. Since 2018, the crowd slowly dissipated as the management gotten cheaper and both the quantity and quality of the food has diminished. When you mobile app order 5 ketchup packets with your fries, they only give you 2. They sometimes serve cold soggy fries that have been left out for well over the 7 minutes stated in the freshness policy. The oil in the deep fryer does not get changed often enough and you can definitely taste the difference compared to other locations. Sometimes, the apple pies will be one to two hours past the use by time. When you order a cone in a cup, they will only give you the soft serve in the cup, and not include the cone portion. Other locations will give you the cone on top. On occasion, when you order and pay for a double cheeseburger, they will charge you the full amount and give you a regular cheeseburger. Drive thru ordering just one burger will have the staff send you half a lap around the restaurant and have you wait in a undesignated parking spot. Before, only larger orders will have to wait at the third window adjacent to the PlayPlace. Over time, customers have been sent straight to the reserved curbside pickup spots. Now even if there isn't anyone in the drive thru line you have to go and wait at the back entrance. Inconvenient, confusing, and slow. Staff will bring 3 to 4 people's orders outside simultaneously once every few minutes. On multiple occasions, the beef patty associated with McDoubles and Big Macs have a foul odor. The stench can only be accurately described as a beef patty, cooked in boiling water, left out to dry, packaged in cardboard, marinated in sewage, buried in a graveyard, washed in a toilet, and then dried on the kitchen floor. One time the smell was so unbelievable, I immediately went to another McDonalds and ordered the exact same burger, took them both home and smelled them side by side. One patty smelled just as it should, fresh, while the other reeked so bad, I bet a dog wouldn't touch it. One tasted like a beef patty and the other had next to no flavour and the texture of a chewed pink bubblegum, with a slight hint of cardboard and feces. I always smell my beef patties from that point on before eating, and never had this problem in any other locations. I am shocked that this restaurant passed Toronto Public Health's food safety audit for this reason alone. The moral of the story is, do not go to this McDonalds unless it is absolutely necessary and you cannot go to any other location. It is well worth the extra drive or delivery fee to order from a further location. The management has been purposely selling left overs and milking every cent out of the customers. Order at your own risk.

Went at peak lunch time via drive through and was surprisingly on my way in minutes. Impressive!

If you are placing your order late at night, as I like to do, they do not have all the menu items available. They also do not offer chai tea lattes. Aside from that, it's pretty standard service, and as expected.

Visited the location around 1pm on a Sunday. Ordered one meal and a ice coffee. Took 15 minutes. When there was only three customers in line. I though it was maybe they were waiting for a fresh chicken or fries. Sandwich was warm and fries were cold. Was running late for work so couldn't even go back inside to complain

This site is my preferable restaurant. Of all restaurants I know I prefere it most. I never miss an opportunity to go to this restaurant.everytime I want to go to a delicious dinner, this place comes first to my mind.superb and all kinds of food and a large list of dishes.professional crew, and agreeable spirit. And very important, the bill is modest. I tell about this spot with pleasure.

Your food is a joke to them. I just ordered uber eats and they didn't even bother looking at the order cause they got it wrong like they always do. They don't even fill up your fries. What am I paying for? TRASH SERVICE. TRASH EMPLOYEES.

Service is extremely slow. People working at this location don't acknowledge customers nor they smile. They are not polite nor they realize that they have a customer in front of them. Due to the age of the average worker here they are more concerned about talking to their coworkers and ignoring customers. Not good at all from a customer service perspective. Utterly disgusting service. I have had to wait 30 mins twice for a combo at the store and they constantly send me to the third window at the drive thru where you will be staring at and talking to no one. This has to be the worst McDonald's I have ever been to

Ordered Happy meal with Nuggets x 2 orders. First they made me wait for 7 mins in the parking and guess what, when i reached home the nuggets for both were missing.

1st time we went to this location and spent an hour. It was busy as usual like other McDonald's. But It's need to be clean. Tables were dirty and no one was cleaning. Even all the decor like glasses were dirty too.
Need to spend money on some very good housekeeping.

They sacrifice quality for speed. Never get orders right. Also understaff. Not to international McDonald’s standards. Sad.

Reasonably quick service but filled up with people shouting at each other in a foreign language. Felt very uncomfortable.

11 month ago I had giving you guys **** 4 star but today April 12.2019 around 12.30 am drove up to drive through to order no one respond after saying a few hello anyone there than a male voice responded can you wait 2 minutes so we waited than a lady voice came on the speaker we ordered Big mac 2 can dine, junior chicken with thai sauce and oreos mcflurry, drove up to 2 window pay the Bill and they direct me to drove to 3 window for pick up.we waited and the lady brought the food. I ask the lady did you put any ketchup in the bag, lady respond yes.when I got home ready to eat my French fry and there is no kethchup in the bag. I am very disappointed so I am taking back *** 3 star.because you did not perform your seevice duties.

This is absolutely the worst McDonalds in Scarborough. For the past few years, I've been trying to give them the benefit of the doubt but tonight drew the the line.
Earlier tonight I ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese. When I got my order, the burger looked like a sloppy Joe with ketchup. I complained to the lady working at the drive thru and she looked at me like I was crazy. In any event, she had them make a new double quarter pounder for me and I kid u not, the second one looked worse than the first. The product literally looked like it was stepped on! So I had no other choice but to demand my money back. This isn't the first time I've had issues with this McDonalds. This is the second time within a year I've had to return their food because it looked unsanitary. If u are reading this msg, pls take an extra 5 minutes of ur time and travel to the McDonalds at Markham and Finch. Their customer service is great and they prepare their food with pride.

Went there to get my happy meals for my kids. Used the mobile app to order online. Reached there 10 mins later than requested time. But the order was not ready and it took almost another 10 to 15 mins to get the order. I didn't bother about late but the staff was so arrogant and didn't even apologize. If I can give 0 star, I would have given for this very poor customer service.

My God the bathrooms here are a total mess. You would think with all the money they make, they could replace the broken latch for the ONLY STALL. To put the icing on the cake, someone's explosive dump was left and dried on to boot. Management can't care that much about cleaning. To me this tells you everything you need to know about this restaurant. Steer clear!

This location’s staff is super unprofessional, they always forgot customer’s hash brown. When I was there waiting my takeout order, I saw 2 customers asking for their missing hash browns. And for my takeout order they forgot mu hash brown, too! Because I was in a rush I didn’t check my order in the bag but I found it on my way home. Customers, always check your order when you are leaving!

For reference check, my order number this morning was 1076. It was a breakfast combo with a large ice coffee.

Every order in the past year or so has been wrong in some way. Today, they forgot my McDouble. If it wasn’t right across the street - we would never go back

Probably one of the worst customer services that I have ever experienced. There were so many times when the order was incorrect, the burger was opened up and messy, the coffee being overwhelmed with cream, and so much more.

I just was here and 3 young black kids just got kicked out because they wanted to buy a cup of water.they called security on them and got them thrown out!

I will try to avoid this location at all costs. The servers cannot follow the instructions and will mess up your order. I understand it is a busy spot but it is very discouraging to get something you did not order.

Nice a big area, wide tables and spaces, everything is clean, service is fast, easy to arrive and they have Parking lot, besides the mall is right behind and right on the corner of Finch and Mc Cowan intersection. Drive thru is 24 hrs.

There is plenty of parking ar the McDonald's location but this place is always busy. Very difficult to find a seat and majority of the time have to takeout. Service is fairly fast considering how busy it is
