Best service the one at Agincourt Mall. Staff and managers are the friendliest and the best.

It's complicated, there are a lot of people, and it's messy. Coffee is cheap and Sickle is okay.

Mcdonald's on Keele south of Lawrence. Way too much ketchup on quarter pounder and fries were cold

This location always gives me cream in my coffee instead of milk and today I ordered a sausage mcmuffin with bacon. There was no bacon. DO BETTER

This location is okay but could be cleaner in my opinion. Too many seniors just hang around there so its hard to get a table to sit when place is really busy

Service is slow due to the fact maybe they have less headcount. Line has become too long out to Walmart store already.

Weekday lunchtime (March 18,2022 - 12: 30pm). Used the McDonald's app to order lunch ahead to beat the line up (at least 10 people in line when I got there). Confirmed that I arrived and got my pickup number. Waited 10 mins and my order was still not ready and the pickup number in the app disappeared and I got the Thank you for your order msg. So I had to go to the counter to ask, they said that they are working on it? I don't understand the use of the ordering using the app and then still have to wait such a long time while at least 15+ other customers after I arrived got there lunch? I ordered a Double Big Mac Combo. I would think that this would be ready in the kitchen to assemble (?), its not like waiting for nuggets if they had to deep fry more. I got my order after 15mins with no apology or not even have a nice day. Totally wasted my lunch break and had to rush back to work. Sorry for my ranting.the service here was very bad here today.

A renounced burger chain kiosk inside the retail store. Well lit, clean, and quite spacious. Ideal for taking a break and enjoying snacks and coffee while shopping.

The cashier wouldn’t give us an extra cup saying it’s policy. All other McDonald’s give it when we get an extra large drink to share between two people (without the sticker ofcourse). She gave us a small ice cream plastic cup (a hazard to use with hot drinks). She told us McDonald’s counts cups! Seriously? ! No other place has such poor service or blatant lies.

We bought a extra large tea today from the McDonald’s location at Agincourt and wanted to share the drink and the employee there Vernice dismissed our request saying all our inventory is counted and we cannot give another cup when I suggested to please remove the sticker and give us another cup. The employee then passed us a cup which is a an ice cream cup and a Hot drink hazard.shame on you McDonald’s! Switching to Tims!

Very busy place and cleanliness is down to the drains actually, its inside walmart, so you know what to expect:)

Everything went well. Associate was nice and pleasant. Order was done nicely with tray and paper napkins

I order junior chicken burger yesterday the lady made it very delicious as I said she made it like that.

As you can see they had the offer advertised throughout Walmart and McDonald’s and as I go to order with my 3 little boys the so called manager as posted refused to serve me due to the fact I was black and he didn’t want to pay the price that was advertised he wanted me to pay $19.99 for something offered for $14.98. I was in shock that he gets paid to decide who he wants to serve in this time 2021. I am disappointed in McDonald’s for continuing to hire and pay people to treat their customers with such disrespect, no morals no values anyone could get paid to work there no need for a resume or training.

If you are deaf the staff are useless when it comes to being able to communicate with them sadly - so having to use the ordering machine becomes your only option in most cases.

Very rude staff. A middle aged white lady yelled at another customer who was just asking about an order. Won't be coming back again.

Not my cup of coffee.honest. Too stressful and experience. People look tired and weary. They all need a vacation!

But definitely & high time they add a vegetarian menu
Nothing except Donuts or drinks
Caffe latte needs an upgrade as well
Fries as expected are finger lickin Good
Chocolate Brownie is delicious as well
Bagel are not as good as Tim Hortons
Nothing else in Salty category is Vegetarian so huge disappointment in that regards

Last two visits my orders has been horrible. Fries nuggets were so hard. It seems they warmed it up in th microwave. The last time I went, they only gave me 4 pcs of nuggets when I ordered 6. Ugh

The front cash employees were exceptional and very polite but the lobby lady was extremely rude and had even gone as far as kissing her teeth and staring at me and my friend as we ate. I’m extremely disappointed as this isn’t the first time she has acted like this it’s a shame someone like her works at this location.

Absolutely incompetent manager. Restaurant is absolutely packed with 2 employees running the whole operation and manager is standing around messing with organizing straws and napkins instead of helping the staff. Nov 21 @10 am

Way too slow. Need to improve service at this location. Fruit flies flying around ketchup station.

Iced coffees made right, twice of all times I've been there to get one. Number of times something is forgotten & I have to go back up, too many times. The service overall, I find most (but not all) are very unprofessional. The cleanliness of the seating area, never great.

I ordered the Chipotle Mctaster. It was just a flat piece of meat for a burger. I Was very disappointed. It was all bun and BARELY ANY MEAT. I will not recommend this product TO ANYONE and if this is how it is in all Mcdonalds they need to review their serving portions. This is pathetic you cannot call this a burger.

Worst McDonald's in the area. Always short on staff and never clean & organized. The girl that prepared my order was video chatting on her phone.

Ordered 3 ice creams cones. Had to wait 15 minutes for them. The staff could have said they needed more time and apologized. The workers seem to move at a very slow pace.

Nice customer service. Informed a staff named Janice that ketchup got over. She promptly refilled it and even brought one to my table within a minute

I ordered my meal throw the McD's app and the order was made wrong. The dinning are was a complete disaster. I wouldn't provide more pics but it would have customers in the pic. This location needs to have a designated employee to work the dining area at all times. What is the management managing?

They need to reup there fry game. Got fries from them but we got ripped off. It's way less than full!

Not enuff food given for what you pay. The burger food combos, feel like a snack every year for the last 10yrs. It is not acceptable for this Resto. Wish the chairs had some type of back support.

Slow service and people aren't sure where to stand while waiting for food. Many elderly people are here so pack patience and manners. I doubt I would come back to wait for 20 minutes again, son's burger looked dry as we had to put it together again, looked like it was just thrown together quickly, but he said it was fine. Store itself was clean and well lit, looks like some recent renovations have been done.could be better

Staff are slow and get more orders then they can handle, u got the drunks drinking beer at the tables, so unprofessional

No napkins, straws, cutlery or condiments; unless insistent borderline rude. Always. At any and every locations. McDonald's employees need to stop acting like they are paying to give these things to you. When the ask. At least you get better service and coffee than a&w

With the current push towards Self-order kiosks, due to Greed & Corrupt Executives believing Profit should not be shared with valued Employees; McDonald's is one Fast Food Venue that will no longer see my patronage.

This is a busy location. They need to pay more attention in moving customers through the line. The cashiers have no support from the other staff members behind them.
