Ordered caramel iced coffee at around 12am two days in a row, both were awful. No caramel, too much milk/cream and did not give a tray after I asked. Please reassess the night shift workers because this is a reoccurring issue.

Had one experience where there was no one in line and I ordered fries and a mcflurry and they told me to park still. I was trying to get "fast food" but it took them 20 minutes to deliver the food to my car.

Drive through is faster.making them accountable to serve your food on time. If you order abd park - you will wait forever. Ive had to go into the restaurant to ask for my order after sitting in the lot for more than 20 minutes

The very lively and chaotic McDonald's branch should be due to the busy business and cannot be cleaned up. The store is a bit messy, and the passage from the parking lot to the store is poorly planned.

Playplace is filthy smells like feet washrooms are like stables please have cleaning a priority for dine in we are humans what does it take to get fresh food I don't like stale fries and melted icecream with less toppings I paid extra for skor and got less rip off and caramel popcorn ice cream is disgusting have better bakery items it's not a bakery with 5 items donuts are very terrible and bad price

The McDonald's branch was very lively and chaotic. It was probably because the business was so busy that it couldn't be cleaned. The store was a bit dirty and the access to the store from the parking lot was poorly planned.

Not a big fast food guy, however this place is always lined up around the block, however, they manage to clear the busiest lineups in about 10 minutes, food quality pretty good too

Along the way and one of my go-to locations but I've had a few instances where they disappointed me with messing up my order. People are generally nice.

This is the slowest McDonalds! Usually takes 15 minutes to fill a simple coffee order.at 7 am! One manager is always shrieking like a banshee and one crew member is always talking to herself. They seem bewildered and often ignore walk-in customers for a long time.

3 out of 4 electronic ordering kiosks are out of order. Line up by the only one that’s working and no one helps you of you line up by the cash register to order, where it says “order here”! Then wait again for one tea. Good thing this is the first and last time I’m visiting this location

Probably the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to. Food is as you would expect, but super slow, sub-par service. If you are going through drive through, expect to wait at least 20 minutes regardless of how long the lines are.

Rude staff. And the burger was like lettus thrown in box. Please tell staff to be good to customer

This place is deplorable. Garbage is scattered and tables are dirty and unkept and worst is the fruit flies that are constantly everywhere. Drink station is dirty and stained. The washrooms are putrid and equipment don’t work (hand dryers).

As for the staff, they managers need to train their staff as to proper work etiquette. Eating on the job, on their phones and not paying attention to customers who need to get their attention.

I only write so hopefully, they can clean the location up.

Order was wrong. TWICE! Forgot my fries and gave me a quarter pounder instead of the sandwich I ordered! AVOID!

Drive thru order. Customer service is meh. Coffee are warm but not hot. Tastes watered down. There are other McDonald’s … avoid this one.

Service was extremely slow when I came in, and many people were waiting 25 minutes for their order. The hash browns were delicious though.

Food is never really the problem, we know exactly what we would get. It's been 5 weeks in a row that our orders got messed up and we still going there because it is the closest location, we give up the customer service part, all we want is just get our food right; and the attitude that was given, Im sorry for being such a bother because I was asking for the right order? (Btw, 30 mins wait for a curbside pickup is beyond ridiculous. Rush hours or not) It used to be one of the better ones, what happened Miliken Mcdonald?

90% of the time they will mess up your order. Whether it’s walking in, drive through or Uber eats they always mess it up or forget items that you’ve paid for

Customer service: 2 out of 5. Impression that staff there do not want to answer questions. They simply ignore you as soon as they pass you your order/food, even if they've got the order wrong.

Food: 2 out of 5: Got spoiled apples in our happy meals at least 3 times/visits (thank goodness we noticed it before letting the kids eat it and getting sick). Got a burger with the patty but with no buns OR got a burger with no sauce OR medium fries that had less fries than a small fries (by comparing our happy meal fries with the medium fries that came with the regular meals). The above happens although not often but enough to make it annoying or feeling that you're getting ripped off.

Staff is usually very friendly. Been going here for more than 17 years. Food is like every other mcdonalds, and is usually pretty busy. All in all the experience is like any other mcdonalds.

Always have to wait to get food, no matter if you order ahead through online or through drive thru.

Drive-thru was simple and moved smoothly as expected. Staff efficient and food consistent with the mcd brand.

Came here for the drive-thru during the third shutdown and didn’t have a good experience. The staff put his hand in my paper bag and rummaged around to check what I’ve got. I know it’s their job to ensure the customer getting the right order but this is very unsanitary during the pandemic, especially when the bag contain something without closed packing. I threw away 2 large fries because of this.

Pretty good McDonald's, used to come here almost everyday when I went to school next door. The good thing is they have the espresso machine so the fancier drinks are available. I find mcdonalds has a better espresso than Tim Hortons so I do sometimes travel to this location for an espresso shot.

The side entrance being closed was a bad move since their parking lot is at the side. Otherwise timely service and efficient.

I order one of our drink is coke diet well then in the window when they give the drinks no markings and the girl in the window she pretends to know where it was put in the tray. I felt betrayed on that part. Please teach your staff to be honest.

Worst McDonald’s ever. Messed up my orders many time, missing items (donuts) for my mobile order, I even found a bug (with wings) crowed out from my hamburger once.

I was able to dine in before shutdown, very clean restaurant and friendly staff and Tasty food. Will visit this place for sure.

Hit or miss with the customizations. Sometimes you'll get stuff that are fresh or you'll get some that are left over for a couple of hours especially the hot cakes in the morning.

It was a nightmare doing drive thru at this location. The staffs are not knowledgeable about their bagels. They need to get their training straight. I spent half an hour here trying to get my bagels correct. I spent so much time talking to this lady on the speaker, and she still messed up my order. I also repeated my order to the cashier, in case the first lady messed up. I ended up having to park my car at a designated spot for 5 min to wait for 2 bagels. When I finally got my bagels and drove off, it turned out they gave me the wrong bagels! C’mon.

Worst customer service, covid agreed but they don't have no rights to treat customers like a animal, i had bad experience, I guess she is S. Asian manager of that store and horrible.left with out buy anything.hope covid will punished them.

Used the drive thru and there must have been a problem with it cause I was hearing them take orders from the otherside, after the second car I was saying hello and nothing 2 more cars went by and there was no apology for the wait on top of that my order was wrong

Been there twice and was missing items in my order both time. Employees are careless and not trained properly.

The food came quickly, it was hot and tasted amazing for a McDonald’s. Drive thru was extremely busy made it hard to leave since the parking lot and drive thru are next to each other

I honestly have to say that this is the worst McDonald's to ever go too. I don't recommend this McDonald's for anyone to go too. Rude customer service and they don't listen when you order your food I order breakfast and I got lunch they drop my coffee and still was giving it to me to take I hope this McDonald's go out of business. Never again I will support this McDonald's Chinese women is too rude and needs a good cuss in her life. What a disgrace for a company that is a big franchise

Very slow service. It took 15mins to prepare order even it's not in rush hour that only 8 orders on the screen. It's worst if rush hour. Make sure double check your order because 8/10 times they will miss something in your order. One of the worst McDonalds around this area.

The place is a zoo at lunch time. Everyone is crowding and it gives me a head ache but the food is good and they have coupons but this place is a zoo. And also you have to wait so long in line at lunch time because everyone is there

We came to this McDonalds to try the Big Mac as we were in the area. This McDonalds is quite packed at all times. This one has a playland so it's great for the kids and the kids always look forward to it. While we were there, there weren't not a lot of kids so the Playland was comfortable to play in. The playland in general is cleaner in comparison to the other ones.  

We did get a chance to try the $3 Big Mac sale from last week. Might be due to a large number of orders at this MacDonalds, we didn't feel there were many changes to this 'new version' of the Big Mac. It was a sloppier burger that got put together compared to our normal experience, probably due to the high volume of orders.

But who can complain, it's a great deal to begin with!

There is always something missing from take out orders and its not the first time. It had happened several times. The take out service is horrible!

This is the one McDonald i visit often.i used drive-through for a coffee to work.waited for more than 15 minutes and found the coffee was terribly bad when at work.i was mad since there was no chance to get another one as already at work.so so so disappointed!

Totally ignored our curbside order. Been here waiting for more than 15mins. And their app sucks too.

Buying take out with fries they will never put ketchup for you anymore. I guess they want to save cost so they can get away with some orders by not putting ketchup.
Also, they taking orders not seriously. I'd order everything without cheese but they still put cheese no matter what. I'd stated two times when order. They just don't care.
I'm allergic to cheese but obviously they just don't pay attention at all.
And one thing I don't understand as well, whenever I dine in, there will always be a stuff sweeping the floor while I'm eating.
Don't they know there are germs everywhere especially when u sweeping the floor and all the dust are in the air!
I found it ridiculous.

I was at this location drive-thru this morning, food is good, service is fast, and when I asked the girl there "already busy? Keep smiling", she replied with confidence "I always do! "

That is a very impressive moment and this lady lighted up my Saturday morning. Thank you!

BTW my service time is around 6: 54 am, please give this lady an award for beautiful smile!

This place does not expedite it's drinks. Your completed drink will sit for 10 minutes behind the counter until the staff at the pickup booth with attend to it.

Pro tip, order drinks at cashier rather than on the app or kiosk. They will immediately make your drink and give it to you.

Terrible service. Took 5 repeats at the drive through speaker just to get my order. Then when they finally understood what I ordered I got to the window to be handed an ice cream cone with no wrapper! Dirty hands touching money holding my food. I wanted to go back but the line up was too long and I couldn't be bothered. McDonald's should get me a free meal for the inconvenience.

Staff are rude. Was in drive thru and they forgot something on my order.no biggie. I was still in drive thru getting my things. So I asked if they could add it and how much it was they told me the price and I said never mind then.as I did not have enough cash and didnt want to use debit.as i was driving away the kid told me to go have a horrible day and shut the window hard. I went in and told the manager who didnt seem to care. I will never go back!

Went there at 5am on a Friday morning. Staff were really helpful with our issues in mobile ordering. Overall great experience, friendly and helpful staff, and quick service.

Poor customer service, waiting 15 minutes for food that was just sitting there, when the restaurant is not even busy

Idk why but every single time i eat at this location i get sick a few hours later. Thought it could be something else but i tried again today and same thing happened.

Not a well managed or planned out location.

The store was clearly built with only school and arena traffic in mind, causes drive thru service to be unreasonably long (expect to wait 10-20 minutes).

Employees are not well trained and have little understanding of customer service. Last time, I waited 20 minutes in the drive thru and an irate customer walked up angrily and bumped into my car complaining about the wrong food he was given. A few minutes later, the woman in the window gave a bag of food to the car ahead of me without saying a word. He handed it back to her and I ended up receiving that bag (AFTER watching the person in the car ahead HANDLING my food).

I voiced my concerns to her about how that is a health risk and she should be confirming the customer’s order with what’s in the bag before handing it over. This is standard practice in the industry and she said “Its okay, don’t worry”.

Figure it out.

Not sure yet about this location. No smiles and took a while for someone to take my order. Was going to order food but just coffee. Lost my appetite from the sour looks. WiFi was ok

People here don't give a damn. Ordered mango pineapple smoothie and got a mango banana? Didn't even know that was an option. Quality of food is pretty bad too. Possibly one of the worst quarter pounders I've had. Only half of it had ketchup and it wasnt hot. Waste of a cheat meal. They literally don't care at all here.
