My biggest pet peeve is how this location will take your order off the board so their kpi numbers look better. It appears they've fulfilled the order in 1 minute and yet it takes 5 - 10 minutes. It's total chaos here. The food is okay but the service and atmosphere are really bad. You're better to go to Harvey's across the street or any other burger place nearby.

We just got nuggets and McCrispy ranch burger. OMG! The food was stale and dried. Never had this bad experience at M. I’m disappointed and would not suggest to go here.

Went to this McDonald's on National Fries day for some fries. They told us, we had to order from the app. After downloading the app, we couldn't find the option for free fries so we asked the lady at the counter to show us how.
She laughed at us and told us she didn't know how and that they weren't doing anything in store even though we had seen the advertisements all over that day!
What happened? You used to be the best! Now your laughable. We will never be back here again! They are just plain rude!

Worst McDonald’s in Canada Employees talks a lot in the kitchen and forgot my coke in the order. Such a shame to other McDonald’s employees. I would have given 0 stars if available

I came here today at 10: 40 PM to get one junior chicken. The doors were locked, even though Google says they’re open until 12. I peak inside the glass, and I almost puked from what I saw! One of the employees was touching their genitals and then handling food - no wonder they closed so early! I was able to take a quick picture, I will definitely be reporting this to the police…

I have taxi so because of my work I use Mac Donald often but I never experience any location in Toronto like 808 York miles most of the time coffees is not hot or fresh just in the morning because of traffic they have and if you ask them the stuffs tell you this is what you get they don’t understand we drink another times and we know how coffees should be the if you ask for manager she is worse then them she before trying and asking you what is the problem she goes how did you pay and she returns your money.she is there to solve the problem. Not return your money she doesn’t know costumer service if you ask late at night driver through for coffee god help you.

It’s okay. The overall experience wasn’t overwhelming.like it should be. The Manager acted over powering on the customers. Was there for a while and watching the ambience & customer happiness. No greetings, neither the Staffs including managers nor the customers looked happy seeing each other. It was a tensed environment!

Every time I come, I get very old coffee. I tried 10 times.some times they given me very cold one also.and service also very slow.

This McDonalds is bad even for McDs. From wrong orders to warm Coca-Cola.there are two-three other McD's locations in the area, and if you order from any of those other ones you should be fine. Just not here.

Ordered a peppermint hot chocolate. Needless to say, that is not what I received. It was only warm milk in the cup. No chocolate, definitely not peppermint, and obviously without whipped cream which is what was specified in the app. The cup was sticky and milk spilled all over the outside of the cup. I don't want to give bad reviews but this is the second time I visited this location and on the first visit a couple of years ago I witnessed an employee not put a lid on a cup of coffee properly and then (it appeared accidentally, but still) knock the cup off the counter all over a customer and then this location tried to charge that customer for a replacement coffee. They relented when multiple customers who witnessed the incident complained.

Nice place but drive through is just too crowded.

Food is typical of McD. Only got mcnuggets combos and they tasted the same as at every other mcd.

Got served what tasted like dish water instead of hot chocolate when I ordered at the drive-through.went inside to ask for a new one.a male employee took my drink and then disappeared.waiting.waiting.waiting.asked another counter person what the problem was.he said he'd get me another one.waiting.waiting.waiting.starting to get super annoyed that a simple drink order was screwed up. I finally yell to another counter person asking why the other two staff have disappeared with the cup of sludge I was served at the drive-through and why they haven't come back? !? Female staffer says that the beverage machine is "malfunctioning". Great. I hope I don't get some bacterial poisoning after taking two sips. I end up asking for a medium coffee in replacement since I don't want to wait another 20 minutes or longer while they decide what to do and they aren't offering me a refund.

It's a McDonald's, they have a drive through. The experience was as expected, that's what we all like about the brand. Sometimes you just need to grab a bite in your car, between destinations.

I found 'a unlimited drink' at Highway 7 & Warden Avenue. Just purchased any combo including medium drink as long as you refills many times but stay only at McDonald, so you can till reached 'your body shirver' and then beat the heat the last call of Summer. But follow the Covid protocols after you order.

Been here a few times and always had amazing service, I saw the manager walking around helping customers handing them condiments which is a rare sight at mcdonald's its usually order #346 going once twice thrice but this level of customer service amazed me.

The manager Ariana is very rude and doesn’t care what customer wants. I don’t understand this location service they always mess up my order and are very terrible talking to customer. I hate this location would prefer travelling far to get coffee than coming here.

Ordered orange pekoe they didnt fill my cup enough and when I drank the tea it tasted like water with milk, clearly no one mixed my tea properly. Dissatisfied wont go to Mcdonalds for my tea ever again

Sat 25mins stuck in the drive through at midnight with not 2 cars ahead of me. That is never acceptable.

Not sure why anyone would pay for precooked and warmed food. Avoid at all costs. Good coffee though

It's good, I mean it's a McDonald's. Although today, they forgot part of my order. So I paid 16$ to NOT get what I ordered. One burger short. No big deal, but just fyi, double check the bag, I know I will!

I got a couple coffees and fries from the drive thru; the entire order was cold as ice when I received it from the window. Felt like a waste of money.

This location is too busy with mobile orders and drive through. I've been here many times and there's no one at the counter to take your order.

This is no doubt one of the most attractive restaurants in the region. Whenever I come to this place I am exceedingly glad. They preserve their high level service and the highest level of food they offer. You surely will enjoy this this restaurant. Warmly recommended.

We personally thought the BTS meal was a bit underwhelming. All in all it’s just 2 different sauces with normal chicken nuggets but hey, the sauces aren’t bad at all. We both loved the Cajun sauce and as for the chicken nuggets.well they tasted like McNuggets

I would like to congratulate the staff here for being exceptionally incompetent, deaf liars. I ordered an egg BLT meal with a large coffee, milk and sugar. I noticed it was wrong on the screen and rectified it with the employee at the first window. At the second window, I asked if the coffee had been prepared properly, which they assured it was. Nope. Who asked for milk AND cream in their coffee? Shouldn't that be a red flag? Get to work, no egg. If I could give 0 stars, I would. This is not the first occurrence at this location.

- Who are you hiring?
- What kind of training are they receiving?
- Does McDonald's know of something called Customer Service?

If McDonald's doesn't know the answers to the above questions, a normal customer will answers them based on the worst experience at this location.

Very incompetent and disrespectful staff that doesn't know how to prepare and serve orders to customers based on first come first serve.
Having to wait inside the store for over 25 minutes just to get 2 CUPS OF SOFTDRINKS and watching people who came and ordered AFTER ME getting their food.

McDonald's should be happy with 1 star because 1 is too many for this location.

This is the worst branch ever! Go somewhere else. Staff aren't welcoming, they doesn't even smile nor give thanks. As if they don't wanna work in there. So many staff but couldn't get and made the order right.

I don't normally leave bad reviews.but this place manages to get something wrong with my orders so many times, I'm wondering if the employees are trolling. I cant say all the employees there dont care but the ones I keep getting dont. If you order a standard combo youre probably fine. But if you order decaf or want extra pickles you'll get none. Just expect the opposit I suppose.

Its obvious the owner of this store is absent most of the time. Garbage bins are constantly overflowing, garbage on the floor. Always out of napkins. Staff are poorly trained on what customer service is. Would give it no stars, but sadly that is not an option.

I ordered a small iced coffee and it had little ice and was very warm. I didn't go back in to complain as I was busy, but it's not good.

Sometimes it has been good but yesterday went through drive through for breakfast only to be told they have no Ketchup packs. Tried to offer me a "cup of ketchup" which I did not want as I was driving.

The McDonald's I most regularly visited in my whole high school career. It was solely responsible for my 20 pound weight gain and me being part junior chicken. Any promotions got to me and I just ate away. Never failed to disappoint me. Mcgangbang and Angus burgers kept me alive while the restaurant was decently busy most of the time. I am fond of this McDonald's, but it isn't the perfect one. There are many Toronto Manz Askin for money so they can buy their jr chickens and I saw other Manz selling TTC tickets for that elusive York Mills Leslie McDonald's food. I couldn't blame them its McDonald's after all. 10/10 would visit again but they need to work on crowd control

Rest assured, whether absolutely swamped or completely empty. The drive thru will never get your order correct.

This McDonald's is a joke. I came here in January of 2018 and as a result of that trip, I swore off McDonald's for the rest of that year. I've spent 45 minutes in their drive-thru, I've spent 20 minutes waiting for a BigMac. This McDonald's is one of the worst franchises I've ever been in and I'm ashamed of myself for being in it.

Very unorganized branch. Tonight is June first. We were there at 10: 30 pm. They did not accept order in front desk and there was note there. I ordered electronicaly and it didnt have paper for receipt. I asked one of the employee for checking but she didnt care. Drink was terrible like only water. And the funny thing 2 of the emoloyees were fighting at the time. They need a new management.

I went there for early morning breakfast. Everything was fresh and tasty. Ordered hash brown and egg McMuffin and both were fresh. The coffee was good too.

Kevin on night crew is the best employee ever. He has provided outstanding customer service to me for years at this location. Keep up the good work Kevin!

Ok first of all how
Many crews do you need talking allover the place when theres a long line up and one person only working which is the one in the register? The one giving out coffee only had one job is to give the right order but no she wants the costumer to get back at her and do her job twice? This place needs new manager. Please whoever owns this place hire the right people who can do their job right!

We went to the drive through late to get an icecream for my son. The staff were not trained well to handle the drive through traffic. We had to wait a long time just for an icecream.

Extremely slow drive through! Just go into the restaurant.staff are pretty friendly, although they can get frustrated at times as the place is extremely crowded and probably understaffed.otherwise, food is as you’d expect in a mcdonald’s; haven’t had a wrong order yet.

The food is really quite expensive. Most of the burgers there cost over 8 dollars (with taxes included). The burgers are also really small. I’m not completely sure but i think they’re getting smaller than they were a few years ago. The meat patty is pretty thin and it doesn’t feel like you ate much at all.

There is always a mistake made there with my orders. Then they have to make it over which delays a lot.

Ordered burgers late night told them make it fresh. They drenched and soaked the burgers in grease/oil. Went to sleep. Woke up with a nasty sore throat

Stay away from this McDonals’s! You can come here if you have 2 hours to spend. Wait 45 mins to have you order ready to pick up.

Honestly Worse McDonald. I change my route to work daily just to avoid this one. They charge me more for a BLT bagel than any other mcdonalds then i tell them only 2 cream in ice coffee and ask the cashier again when i get there and she says yes. Then the ice coffee is made regularly, ignoring instructions. This happens all the time. They need to wake up.

Best popular priced coffee you can get. Staff are always good to customers. The place to go for a quick stop.

Most pathetic location. They never answer the phone or give correct drive thru orders. No crew member or manager here wears a hair net (not even the females with long hair or people with an afro) The manager Mercedis is extremely rude and unprofessional. I don't know how or why McDonald's hires such ignorant people.

It is a McDonald's. Not really much else to say. Supposedly 24 hours but was told to use the drive through. When I went, I was told they were closed.

Service was pretty good, but had to wait too long. They need to hire more staff. The girl at the counter was very polite and courteous.
