Limited parking at the front of this location for mobile orders. South side of Lawrence east of Midland. The bus stop is steps from the building. There is plenty of parking at the back; however, you have to walk to the front adjacent to the drive through, watch the cars. Great location for students, see plenty of them when I was there.

The kids enjoyed their time playing at the play place. The service was terrible. They made several mistakes and mixed up the orders.

Jane, the shift manager from this location has no insight on basic customer service.

We ordered 3 junior chicken combos and kids meal combos from drive through. Upon arriving home, we saw that a chicken was missing.

We called to see if they would just offer a voucher or offer to pick up the Sandwich, but she went on for 5 minutes, initially blaming us entirely for missing the chicken, then later passive aggressively apologizing to pick up the chicken.

How do people like this move to this position?

Never going back to this location again, or maybe McDonald's in General.

Customer service needs to be improved
Long waiting lines and no one is there to take order. Instead the incharge over here are teaching the fellow employees to make the customers wait.

Staff are generally polite and professional.
Food/ beverage is hot as it is supposed to be.
One of the best locations in comparison to others in Scarborough.

A good McDonald's branch with fast drive-thru.
I usually stop by there for my coffee or hot beverage. The staff there are nice and helpful.

Good taste, offers on coffee is nice promotion to attract customers but with or with out promotion McDonald's is always in the top.

Its ok but u guys need to add more salt to your fries. This location the fries always seem to taste salt free.

Slowest curbside mobile order pickup ever. They are always late. It was designed to make transactions faster. I had to walk in and remind them of my oder. Slowest McDonalds around the area.

What happened to this place? I just had a liquid Sausage and Egg Mcmuffin! I just can't ever go back to this place after this disgusting experience. So sad. This used to be my favourite McDonald's. Nope. No more!

What an absolute joke. If you like to gamble, this is the place to go. Orders are usually wrong or missing items. I can count on one hand how many orders have not had issues.

Terrible service.we drove back because there was a discrepancy in what our order was and what we got. The drive through person read our order back and we agreed. So clearly whoever punched it in screwed up. We were missing a hashbrown from a combo and one of the teas was a coffee instead. We tried to explain this to staff and then a manager and they kept fighting us instead of admitting their mistake. We also tried to give back the mistake beverage and they refused. What am I supposed to do with a coffee we didn't want? So we just left it in front of the window on the ground causing litter? Very bad customer service. This "manager" really had to cause a scene get a bad review because of a hashbrown. Very immature and argumentative. Unprofessional and just sad. You could have just gave us the hashbrown you forgot but here we are.

If you use the drivethru, prepare to have to pull off to the side after ordering to wait for your meal.it's basically a guarantee at this location.

Bad service I got there there was no one there was 1 order I stayed 10m waiting for hamburgers full employees had to talk then 2m my order came

Lawrence location (2701 lawrence Ave east) is best in service n specially the guy (Sahil). Best customer servive

Not the best but not the worst. One time going through this Drive Thru I got a flat tire as there was a nail. Please make sure it is safe for cars to drive through. The food is usually up to standards and it depends on which staff you get. The last one who served me was extremely quiet just simply handed me the food, not even a hi.

They have 2 drive through so, you can get quick service.

Although, their french fries are less salty then normal so be prepared.

Can anyone imagine poutine without greavy on it?
This is what happened with me at this location. A guy came tremendously faster to handover the food after i ordered via drive through. Not worth it what i paid for.

Horrible customer service. The person wasn't interested in serving. It was his fault, he handed over a wrong item. Which he did not mend, and said "I am tired of this". McDonald's need to train employees on customer service.

There is always a man with a red turban standing on the front of the McDonald's, he is even in the main photo of the McDonald's, and too much brown people, and the staff are all Indian students who cant even speak English.

We ordered fries mcdouble drinks and a few butter packets along with pepper packets. And we got only 2 butter and not even a single pepper was there. When we called the store they said contact Uber and they can’t do anything just because it’s free. Never ever going to order from here.

Consistently forgets to include more than half my order placed through Uber Eats. Intentionally orders at other locations in order to avoid this location at all cost.

We have not got the food order according to our choice and we called the McDonald's manager regarding the issue but the manager was very rude and doesn't have any customer service. And our issue wasn't solved.

Terrible drive through experience. Need to have a better system instead of one order holding up the drive through.

It's the drive through and park. I'm literally blocked in with other customers who been told to park and wait at the drive threw and they ran out of spaces.

The service I experienced at this location was completely terrible. From half piece of nuggets to cold, soggy over salted fries. I had to go back three times before this location finally got my order correct. Very disappointed.

Customer service here is impeccable. I ordered a free medium French fries and when I peeked into the bag, I saw 2 packets if ketchup. I've never had this happen to me before at any other location. Needless to say, twas a pleasant surprise.

Orders are correct most of the time. Orders tend to be slow, I have had to wait 10 to 15 minutes for order of an egg McMuffin before.

I mean it's called 20 chicken nugget deal for a reason so why did I get 19.yes that's right I was missing one I paid money for 20 nuggets not 19 other then that the customer service was alright it can use some improvement

They have fish and chips. Excited to try it. Service is getting backed up by online delivery orders and the many menu items. Sucks when you have to wait 10 minutes for a coffee order.

Very very slow, Specially drive through, anytime you go there they ask you to go to reserve parking and wait for your order. Last time i have waited 10min and 43 seconds for one medium coffee and bagel with cream cheese! Sunday 10 am! This is ridiculous.never ever go back.

My little brother and my dad went to MacDonald's and he got a mcpicks jr chicken meal and the top bunn was fine then the bottom was spotted and old and cold. Like what type of survise is that?

Worst service ever. A friend and I ordered a two can dine meal. The first burger was made and the left on a cold counter for more than 3 minutes while they apparently made the second I had to ask to have it put under the warming lights. So they decided to remake the Burger. It took 19 minutes to get 2 burgers and when we did they were the wrong burgers, the Fries were cold and the bottle of water warm. Had to argue to get a refund and since the printer was broken I don't even have a receipt to contact head office about.

This is place is so bad. I came here for a McFlurry and the watseyutes said the machine was broken but 2 minutes earlier they served the McFlurry to some other people. KANJOOS people.

Girls at drive through are not the friendliest but 5 stars because when they got my order wrong I called the manager who told me to come back and gave me my correct meal with no hassle, no questions and my money back

Great during the day, zero complaints and always fast.

Avoid the night time drive through at ALL COSTS. No exaggeration I drove an extra 5 minutes to the next closest McDonald's just because of the terrible service at the 24hr drive through. They have only one person working and I have had my very simple orders messed up 5+ times. Also its just super slow.

WORST SERVICE EVER. Waited 20 minutes for a McMuffin sandwich. Went through the drive thru, they told me to wait at spot 1 then forgot I existed. They only realised I was still there when they went to bring an order to the other cars that got there after me. I finally got my sandwich with a half hearted apology, wound up being very late for work. Instead of a star I wish I could rate this with 5 flaming pop icons.

No matter the time of day, or how many cars are in the drive-thru - we always have to pull over into the "waiting" line and wait ten minutes for our bag of food. Every.single.time.

My options are limited at McDonald as they do not serve Halal meat. They should invest in few stores depending on the demographics of the area. This location is in a heavily poulated Muslim community and can do much better if it serves Halal beef and chicken products.
