This restaurant is designed for drive thru only, the parking is extremely inconvenient, it is very clear they cater to the drive thru customer, the French fries and the food was cold
I love mcdonalds and me and my mom went i ordered a 10 piece mcnugget meal and my mom ordered a fillet o fish meal with no sauce and the nuggets were brown one had black on it like it was mold and my mom had sauce when she checked 3 times ive always hated this mcdonalds
Absolutely disgusting employees. I walk around Walmart for half an hour with a mask, no issues. I decide to go to grab some food at McD and wait it line then to be told they won't serve me without a mask? I tell them I can't. They don't care and suggest I go through the drive-thru up the street. I hope this McDonald's becomes a distant memory.
Just went through the drive-through for some fries and a shake. Service was friendly & efficient. Fries were hot and crispy and the shake was delicious. Perfect afternoon snack experience.
The people serving us were extremely rude to me and my wife in different occasions, and as long as I waited for my order today I had to hear them complain about their work, the people they serve, and a whole bunch of other stuff.
I only went through the drive through, but service was fast and friendly. And the food is always better when you go yourself rather then ordering Skip or Doordash etc. Wonder why that is?
The ice caps that my both my boyfriend and I got from this McDonald's yesterday tasted exactly like it had quite a bit of alcohol in it. We still drank them and so we obviously have no way to prove it but it definitely tasted off
Had to go over to the side to wait for our food. All we ordered was 2 plain hamburgers, 1 small French fry & 1 small drink. I understand with covid wait times are awful but still.
Purchased two ten piece chicken mcnugget meals and one alone big mac on the side. Mind you it wasn't all for me as I was doing some late night dining with my gal. The big Mac was delicious I regretted not getting a second. I accidently threw out my straw which was unfortunate forcing me to waterfall my sprite into my mouth like a Neanderthal. Mind you that last incident was my own fault, not mcdonalds. Anyways take care.
When you have more people parked than there are spots reserved for stuff to be taken out to customers it might be time to admit you really don't know what you're doing.
It's McDonalds, they have some palatable offerings and some not so good. The got my order wrong but I wasn't going to drive back for a piece of cheese.
Really bad customer service here. Ordered from app successfully only to have cashier rudely inform me the card was declined. I explained, there's nothing wrong with the card. Instead of sympathising with me and looking into the system error, he rudely just showed me his screen. I showed him my screen and told him the purchase went through so it's not a problem on my end. I cancelled the order, and submitted a new mobile order (because the app offers a significant discount). That one also shows as declined on his end. So I decided to pay physically. I asked if he would be kind enough to apply the discount to my order because my card was not the issue. He said "it's 17 something, whatever the cost was on the app" I don't believe the discount was applied. The worker was a rude, overweight, ignorant, condescending person who made the situation more unpleasant than it had to be. Not happy.
Worst restaurant and staff ever. There is no kind of seriousness or professionalism while working. Whole staff is worse. They should close this place much better. No one will say positive about this place
It's good staff friendly I do t feel you get value for your buck. It's getting so exspensive. A burger fry and drink is 10 bucks. Its suppose to he a value meal
Ordered through skip, received a salad that was 7 hours past its serve by time and a fudge sundae without fudge. Not to mention the prep time was over an hour and 25 minutes.
