It was -100 service… very very very poor food. Buns were dry fries were uncooked and bad service I would not recommend them. Wish they can do better. Wish I could give zero star

Very bad customer service i just ordered 2 big mac but i just got one when i called them they said we can’t do anything. Very rude. Never order from mcDonald’s (one lady at night duty behave very rude)

Yesterday we bought an Ice cream from this location, after a bite I found a hair inside my ice cream, so disgusting, I was returning it to their supervisor but she was not accepting it, what does she want us to do with it? Post it on facebook?

Ohhh man, don’t even get me started. Such a fall from grace, only one person carrying. Robbie, the goat of that store, literally carries shift in and shift out. Ask for Robbie every time.

I can't help it anymore. I'll be giving this location a 0 if I can. It's been every single time now for the past 3 times. I asked for no pickles, extra onions in my burger. BOTH ARE ALWAYS GONE! Whoever is working there CANNOT read the sticker for sure!

Tell me why I go through the drive through for the girl to tell me someone else’s order.so I had to correct her and say no. Okay that’s understandable BUT WAIT! Then she make me wait a long time in spot #2. Then when I get the food I’m missing the fries for my ten piece combo.luckily they didn’t make me pay for the fries, but guys be more organized.

They are insulting the delivery guys! Talking very rudely to us! Specially night shift women! Shame

If you’re going to get McDonald’s from this location, don’t. I’ve been to this location multiple times and EVERY SINGLE TIME it takes forever to make a simple order. We got Uber eats from this McDonald’s aswell and completely got our order wrong and tried to contact them on THREE DIFFERENT PHONES and they “couldn’t hear me” on either phone, and yes, it took them WAY too long to pick up. So unprofessional.

Worst experience ever! Crew was extremely slow. I could tell that the kitchen was understaffed, but those in the kitchen did not move very quickly. Very disappointed with this location!

My order has been incorrect and missing items every time for the last 5 visits, won't be going back.

Absolutely ridiculous, some people shouldn’t be working in the fast food industry, common sense will tell You to not put this in someone sandwich.

Drive through-worst service ever.ordered 3 combo's and 2 pies. Was given 3 drinks (had to ask for a tray), asked for ketchup, got 2 packets for 3 combos. Then they forgot the apple pies. Went back to the window, was asked for my order number, was not given a receipt. Then was told they didn't because the printer was down. Then how would I know my order number? The service and cleanliness of this McDonald's has been slowly going down hill for 10 years. Will now drive 20 minutes too support another location, hopefully with correct orders.

Since COVID has started, service quality has been horrible. Hope it doesn't stay this way, otherwise we won't be coming back. Payed items not given, and when checked for a receipt, no receipt found to confirm what I ordered etc. Find another location, this McDonald's is not worth my business

30 minutes past breakfast time so they did not have any bagels or hash browns. So They had to substitute an english muffin for the bagel and small fries for the hash brown. The english muffin was not toasted (after asking to make sure it was toasted) and soggy and the fries were cold. What a disappointment. I will not be back here

Ordered something through Uber eats for lunch around 11: 10am as I just needed a pick me up. The Big Mac came stale - like rock hard stale and it just did not make the stomach feel good. When I called asking why this is or what happened they informed me that the buns had been left out all night and that they just didn’t notice. When I mentioned Uber eats all care kinda went out the window and they just resorted to “contact Uber for a refund” and we’ll talk to the staff.

As this is more of a health and safety issue I’d highly recommend against dining here. Don’t get me wrong it’s McDonald’s, we expect it to be slack to some degree - this though isn’t okay. The whole way this was handled was to absolve McDonald’s of the blame and immediately try and move on from the situation.no contact information taken - just a quick hide this one quickly and move on. Moral of the story - don’t eat stale or off food.

Worst customer service of all the McD in the area.
Long lineups for drive-thru.
They make it aggravating for you to order inside.
They need to burn it to the ground and start again, with new staff and everything.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Worst service and rude staff.
I was the only car in the drive thru at 705 in the morning and ordered 3 bagels, 3 coffees and hot chocolate. And waited over 15 minutes. After 10 minutes worker came to the window and said they didn't have 1 of the bagels. At this point the person behind me is honking, kids screaming and I'm getting later and later for work.
The worker had no sympathy nor did the "manager. "
I go back to mcdonald's because I used to work there and have developed a loyalty but this location is really testing that.
Horrible, just horrible.

This McDonald's is somehow worse than it has ever been. Worst McDonald's I have ever been too, unfortunately also the closest to my house.
Let me tell a story. For the third time in 1 week this has happened. I consistently order a Chicken McMuffin combo with a hash brown and hot chocolate. I ask for light Mayo on my sandwich because I don't like Mayo soup on my sandwich. (this is a whole different issue with this McDonald's) 3 times they have charged me for leaf Lettuce and actually put Lettuce on my sandwich. I haven't once asked for Lettuce. The first time, I called and explained the situation to the manager. She was apologetic and offered a free meal to fix the problem. I few days later I went to redeem my free meal. They added the Lettuce again. And again today the same thing. And of course they aren't picking up the phone today.
It doesn't matter whether it is lunch or breakfast, this McDonald's has consistently screwed up every single order I have ever placed here. Whether it is a missing item, wrong item or disgusting quality. I have learned my lesson, I am done with this place.

The line ups are always crazy. There should be more staff literally starts packed the whole McDonald’s parking lot then takes 20mins to get your food which is crazy… because fast food shouldn’t take that long or longer

7 cars in line. I am the 8th. 25 minutes to get to the window! Never seen a slower service. This is so sad. Management needs to fix this place, otherwise, it will go even lower than it is.

We waited for ridiculous half an hour in the drive through and when we reached there they told us that they are closed although it’s a 24 hour drive through. Did that with everyone else too.

The staff don't do there job properly and when u go in try to change your food the black Manger that they have working there is very rude she talks back with disgusting attitude and gives bad looks she doesn't even Apologies.back in the day when people worked at McDonald's if they were slow or made to many mistakes they would get fired now days they birch at the customer for trying to get he's order right

Was ignored at cash for 10-15min. I tried to get the attention of 3 employees who looked at me but kept on walking without acknowledging me. I know I was loud because customers were staring, a simple 'someone will be with you' would've helped but they just ignored me. I guess they only take orders at drive thru or skip but not in store. Awful.

They always forget my orders and only find out when I get home. Drive through orders I mean. Always missing something you ordered

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE - RUDE AND RACIST EMPLOYEE OF McDONALD'S at 160 Sandalwood who worked on July 13,2021 @ around 11: 30pm. She was very rude and racist. The tone was very rude.
Mcdonald's should need to give training to their staff for the reputation of store.

Great location, ample seating indoors as well as a few seats outdoor. Staff is friendly and the store is kept clean always.

Always fresh and excellent. Update: the service has gone down-you don't even get a 'welcome' in the drive through. Cold fries and sloppy burger. Will not buy there after 20+ years of support. Chose this on my Skip the Dishes, and not surprisingly, they hoofed the order snd left and item out. Garbage service sll the way through.

Staff's behaviour was not good.instead of giving attention to costumers they were just busy in eating their own stuff and one must not be that much rude to costumers.

Terrible service. Manager walked away from me to take a personal call on her cell phone before taking my order. As per my receipt I place my order at 7: 31 pm, I walked out at 7: 50 pm. What happened to fast, friendly service?

Why does McDonald’s think it’s okay to fill the fries like this? I bought this for almost $3 and it was just a complete waste of money and time.

Food was missing and it was really slow service. Ended up waiting 20 mins for my order and by the time I got the food it was cold.

Worst experience ever at any McDonald. Its really disappointing they don't even care about any of there customer. They just keep talking to each other, walking and doing nothing.
I ordered coffee which was good in taste but had to wait around 15 minutes for that. In the meantime i asked them 3 times for my order but there was a girl started shouting on me that why i asked for 3rd time.
It was not only me, there were 2 or 3 other customers, one was old lady but that same girl misbehave to her as well.
Manager should think about their employees. Location is good and its busy Location but that doesn't mean you misbehave your customers. If you can not handle busy shift then may b that's not the place for you

If I had to drive to the restaurant twice before they could get my orders right, then it leaves room for improvement on online orders.

I got an Uber eat order with correct receipt and order number but I checked inside & its a completely different order.

We ordered a mcflurry at 2 am and then we waited for an hour in the line to get our order then they said us the machine is not working, very unprofessional!

Every time I order from Uber eats it’s this location and every time they get it wrong the thing I understand it’s busy and it’s not easy for the employees but I’m paying for my order and for it not to even come is ridiculous it says my order on the receipt but they didn’t put it in the bag 3 times it’s happened to me on different occasions. Usually if they don’t have an item or enough of an item the restaurant usually calls and informs that they don’t have something but they don’t call they just don’t add it to the order and take your money. Last time I ordered 20 nuggets the box looked a bit empty and they gave me 13 if it says 20 nuggets it should come with 20 nuggets.

Ordered on mobile order a Big Mac and got one with the small beef patties that they use for the small burgers.zero customer service and took half an hour to make one sandwich.

This is probably the worst McDonald’s I’ve been to in peel. Inside usually smells really bad. The employees don’t listen properly, they’re in such a rush to get you out but you have to wait over 30 minutes for your food. Chances are you’ll have to remind them that you’re waiting for something. You’ll have to go back in because they forgot something or made something wrong.they’ll probably forget your straws or napkins. If you have the patience and the time I guess it isn’t bad but I’ve never had a good experience here. I highly recommend going to the McDonald’s near Williams parkway and Mississauga road if you have that choice. That McDonald’s is amazing and they actually know how to make a coffee.

Second time I found bacon in my order when I do not eat pork. And this is in a simple jr chicken burger

Service here was slow. The smaller burgers like junior chickens and Mc doubles take 2-3 times longer then a big mac combo. I'm not sure if it's cause of the quantity they have to cook as they are popular. But when we went in not many people were there. Waited 10minutes+ for 2 Mc doubles and a junior chicken. Big mac came in 2-3 minutes of ordering and we ordered seconds apart on the self order machines. The tables were also dirty. We went to several tables before we found a clean one in the back which was for the mobile orders.

I'd rather eat off sandalwood Parkway than in this place. How can a restaurant be so filthy. The city cleans the road more often than this place.

It's always busy as hell, the workers aren't the problem. I'm sure it's a lack of staffing to be honest. Sometimes the foods good but when it's busy I would steer clear

Horrible customer service. Just bought tea through drive through and asked for honey in it. Was handed the honey separately and when I asked why its not in it they said "We just hand it" So you expect someone coming through drive thru to stop car and mix honey etc. Never had any Tims or McD do this before.

I went for breakfast, the place was clean (a young person was cleaning all the tables) and organized with great customer service. The lead was talking to customers concerns in a respectful manner.

Extremely rude order taker on drive thru. As if I was inconveniencing her by placing an order. Long wait times and poorly assembled food.

The service at this location has gone down hill. If they are not lying about what they put in you to go bag they are just getting the wrong stuff. I have ordered chicken nuggets with barbeque sauce, to be told they put barbeque sauce in the bag. When I check the bag before diving away and show the sweet and sour sauce they put in the bag, the server payed stupid and just handed me barbeque sauce and closed the window. Today they got Apple caramel Danish confused with bluebery cheese Danish.

I went today and got such bad customer service. Walk in.no line up. And the two employees.one was manager name Colleen were talking among themselves. I waited by cash for someone to even notice me for 3-4 minutes. I interrupted them as asked if someone can take my order and one of the girls didn't even know where the cashier was and wasted more time looking for the cashier. I waited another few minutes and asked for someone to help me already and that's when other customers also spoke up about the wait. The slow cashier Bernice or something took my order very slowly and repeated the order 3-5 times. It was just two drinks and fries. That took more than 5 minutes to make. Let me remind you that there was no customer infront of me waiting for food. The manager name Colleen had full hair all open no hairnet and not even a hair tie. Now tell me how easy is it for her hair to fall out and fall into our food. Another employee had fake long black nails on with some stubs or diamonds on and I can imagine how hard it is to keep fake long nails sanitary. Tim Hortons don't even allow.nail polish on and they also have to wear hairnets. I am very disappointed at McDonald's especially this location. The manager Colleen seemed like she could care less about the line up growing. She seemed very unfriendly and rude. This is my last time going to this location.

Customer service and mcdonalds sucks. The the drive thru staff have no energy nor basic courtesy. Also food is cold, especially the fries.

Very very slow service when buying inside. Waiting over 25 mins for my order today, while cars just keep going thru the driver thru fast. They need to focus on customers just as much as they do to the drive thru.

I give this McDonald's a try every couple weeks to see if the service gets better. It doesn't. If you decide to walk in and order, unless you are Uber eats don't expect to get you order in a timely manner. I have waited 10 minutes to place my order with a personas all the employees were filling drive through, Uber eats, or kiosk orders. By the time someone came to take my order after they were done the Uber orders, there was a line up of 5 people waiting. The drive through is no better. They have finally stopped parking every vehicle to make it look less busy, but they can't get the orders right. They constantly mess up the order, give a drink with no straw, or no napkins in the bag. The quality of the service is terrible, and the accuracy of the orders is clearly not a concern. There a couple employees who do a good job, I usually see them handling the money and not the food in the drive through.

Awful McDonalds location. They are so slow - drive through guaranteed to take 10-20 minutes. Going inside is not any better. By the time you get your food, it’s cold. They never have special sauces for the burgers and they’re milkshake machine has been broken for months. I ordered 2 milkshakes and I got a chocolate milk and orange juice. I’ve been there a few times and I always come away in a rage. Never going back.

I ordered two boxes of fish and chips through drive-thru, but i ended up only getting one. I noticed this once i got home so i had to drive all the way back and get the other box.

Worst drive through ever been sitting here for ever. Completely lost track of time. Stuck in here in between cars for like half hour. Wtf

Tastes as you would expect, but drive through is a bit tight sometimes due to the layout. Prefer to go to less busy locations.
