Possible pest problem. I bought 4 double cheeseburgers from here and one of the the burgers had what looked like a fried earwig on the side. It doesn't look like food debris but and actual insect. I threw out the burgers I wasn't taking chances. I'm so grossed out

The worst of the worst McDonald's in terms of wait times in Toronto. I literally had to wait 30 minutes for a junior chicken. Then they don't even call your name. I had to ask them twice for my order. And they are racist

The place is to big for dine in, but the only problem I felt is long wait time its a fast food chain but the waiting time during peak time is very long. Rest the taste and quality of food is to good.

Horrible customer service Kellie is very rude. I came back twice to get my correct order. She started attacking me saying I gave you your order then looked at the receipt and realized she was wrong. No apology at all.

Really bad customer service. I mean I know it's a mcd and I wasn't expecting to be greeted properly but servers at this location are outright rude. I asked for salt and by the looks the server gave me it was as if I had asked for her soul. She just said "No" and moved away. Well, no from me as well. Bye bye.

Service is satisfactory but can be still improved. Crowd is crazy here as it is in a mall and atmosphere is chaotic.

I gave this place a try. I got my food in a small bag. That part was bad. The manager only cares about is closing. That is it. I find the fries way too salty. I won't return to this place. The experience was bad.

Most of the self checkout kisoks weren't working so we had to stand in line for too long to order

Service was amazing! Their icecream machine here is always working which is amazing for the summertime. I have enjoyed walking around the mall with my ice cream cone.

I ordered the new McChicken sandwich, Jane suggest this one for me to try. She's so nice and friendly. This is one of the location that is nice and clean.

Loved the service here I had to leave a comment for the first time. I ordered 6 cookies with two meals but they only have 3 left so they told me to wait for 3-5 minutes because they need to bake more. True enough within the time, they delivered the cookies, all freshly bake, in a box.

My daughter was very happy with her Happy Meal. The colouring pads from them was very useful to keep my daughter busy while I’m doing something.

Its my first time coming to Mcdonalds in Canada since I just landed. I would really love to try how their Maccas run and make food in their menu. It was awesome! Their food isnt as bad as it was back home.

Had a killer burger with bacons here on the afternoon and have nothing but good stuff to say about the staff and the food. Sucks that one of the cashier had to deal with an unpleasant customer while I was there. The staff member was kind and patient beyond all reasonable expectation. In such a difficult time to not only procure but also exist as a minimum wage worker I have endless appreciation for their continued service.

The place is not crowded even if its inside the mall. The people are nice and friendly. They make sure that my food is fresh and hot

They need to upgrade to show the pickup order number on the screen instead of having someone shout out the numbers/ name and since it's so crowded and noisy in the food court, people really skip their name call.
Overall great fast service but the pickup line is usually pretty long.
The seating was closed due to covid. Overall nice and clean.
The order screens are not fully functional, mostly 1 or 2 are down.

If i could give more than 5 stars i would- the absolute service i have ever had in McDonald’s. I requested for fresh nuggets and fries, they delivered the way i want it. Just sad that they charge extra sauces now, but i do understand due to what’s happening in our economy.

They are so incompetent they're unable to remember to give sauces (that you pay for) in a single order of 10 nugget only. If you can't manage to successfully make such a simple order. What can you do?

Hi, I've never given any reviews before. However, I have got to write these a review from their amazing job in this like this. From the moment I walk in the restaurant, I was greeted with a pleasant evening from their Gel, which really warmed my heart immediately! I know this times are hard, I just finished work and stop by to order take-out dinner for me and my husband. They were almost closing when I get to the restaurant but they still accommodated me with customized/personalized sandwiches with everything I expected to be and made fresh.

The service was fast and friendly on Dec 24th

The staff is so incredibly rude. I did a mobile order for pick up and went to the cash and said there was an issue with my app. I proceeded to share my order details with the code that was provided and tried to share my order code and the manager turned me away saying they cannot help me. Waited in line and everything. Will never return to this location ever.

Wish I could leave a 0 star. Asked for Carmel iced coffee and got regular ice coffee. Got the maple double quarter pounder and it tasted like pure grease and grime.

That's just the food.

There is a waitress in the lobby directing traffic. She is very hard to understand over the mall noise, the cooking area, and the fact her native language is different (not that it's a problem just sometimes hard to understand). When someone tries to understand and ask her to repeat she gets super heated with you and starts angrily gesturing or partially grabbing.

There is no clear signs to how the lines move either, so be prepared to be yelled at if you accidently make a mistake.

I have eaten at McDonalds many times and every time I have visited this place have been treated with respect by the professional staff! The service here is wonderful and I have collected several memories with me.

I wish I could give it 0 stars as it was so slow only 4 people and it took so long to get my meal. I was just about to eat it and opened it to eat the pickles and was surprised at what I saw.straight to the trash it went. Worst ever. #McDonald's

The place was ok. The service was slow and there were loads of people. I wouldn't recommend their iced coffee or orange juice both were a bit off

Today 2/21/20 and around 6: 30pm-7: 00pm
The staff were VERY unprofessional by not communicating with me to their backs turned and giving attitude by not telling me where my order was or what status it was being place, I waited almost 20 mins just for a junior chicken burger then one of the cooks telling the other staff that was sorting out the burgers happen to misplace my order in someone else's bag making me wait longer then tells me there's no chicken patties when people who ordered after me got their food before me. Then on top of that my friend ordered two apple pies and they cleared the order on their screen knowing that the order was done and made him wait 5-10 mins on apple pies that was just sitting there so I asked the somewhat "professionals" how long does it take to get an apple pie? Their response was unprofessional and that made me very angry and will complain about this to the head office of McDonald's. I don't know who hired those guys if all they're gonna do is be unorganized with peoples food then act unprofessional when they're called on it. Absolutely ridiculous.

Great experience but took quite a time to pick up my order. It was Saturday (which I understand) and it is inside Toronto Eaton Centre but still, would've given 5 stars if they did no take their time to just to pick a simple cheeseburger

Always busy but they generally handle the crowds well. Nice option among the more expensive options around the food court.

Very poor service. Often have to wait 10+ minutes for something simple like a coffee or a single cheeseburger. They always seem backed up. Ridiculous.

Worst sandwiches I have got so far, half cooked I had vomiting after I ate food from here, that was my last visit for sure. Wanted to rate in negative but couldn’t. God bless MacD.

Service and speed or okay but sometimes they make mistakes for example they forgot to add cheese to my snack wrap

I usually have an okay experience here other than the time an employee cleared away my table, taking away my bag with my food that I hadn’t touched and putting in dirty napkins in it. I couldn’t even eat it after. She wasn’t even kind about her mistake and acted like it was my fault. I should have complained however I couldn’t due to poor timing and huge lineups. I would like McDonald’s Canada to contact me as I’m so disappointed and disgusted with my experience, it’s like me paying for something and them taking it away for me. I seriously would like to be compensated as this is simply not okay. I tried to file a complaint however their system is not easy to work with.

As a Canadian, this McDonald’s does not even get 1 star.rude no service and had to wait for coffee my breakfast was getting cold.

The children that ate here, ended up with diarrhea & one vomiting from eating at this location's McDonald's yesterday. Everyone else who ate at different places in the food court were healthy/fine. Would not reccomend eating at this McDonald's.

If you work near Eaton and want to wait +20 minutes for a single coffee, this is the place to go.

Otherwise if you value your time more than the $1 you save here, go to Nordstrom E-bar, Aroma for better coffee and actually good service (hell Tim Hortons at the food court is better organized).

Great Location at CF Toronto Eaton Centre Urban Eatery. This McDonald's got McCafé too. Love Great McCafé Mocha. Always busiest location have self check out with helping staff & Friendly cashiers too. Good seating area & you could enjoy comfortable seating area in food Court. Always McDonald's got mobile promotion. Enjoy your food here with with holiday shopping at CF Eaton Centre.

It is just another McDonald's but hell, the amount of customers is shocking. The staffs are trying hard to deliver professional services, yet due to the crowdness, not everyone is going to be happy. Some customers need to really learn how to control their emtion, as if there are 20 people waiting in front you, there is no way you can get your food within 5 minutes. Why choose to wait inpatiently and blame the store for the efficiency? If you are that starving then go to other fast food places in the food court. Overall, this store can get a little bit disorganized during peak-hours and may affect the service and food quality.

I ordered the Angus bacon and cheddar and big mac.both were super dry.i couldn't even finish my burger.i was disappointed honestly since i heard good things about their new menu.i usually enjoy McDonald's and like their burgers.i

Standard McDonald's quality and efficiency and giving free refills on coffee. Diana on cash in the mornings is amazing, remembers how you take your coffee and keeps the other employees on track on the busy weekday morning hours. Cleanliness is my only issue, the occasional roach is spotted and the homeless come rummaging thru the garbage taking empty cups and then filling them at the pop machine, very unsanitary. I'd be moving the pop machine behind the counter.

Reviewing McDs? Really? Actually the Eaton Centre location is not bad. The managers a pretty good, attentive at least. Still, the whole thing does get bogged down with the breakfast rush. Best to use the McDs App.

My service was subpar today. I went at a busy time, which is no big deal I don’t mind waiting my turn but it took over 10 minutes for me to get a bottle of water and a cup for soda. I saw my number go up to the “serving” side of the numbers but then it was never called. When I inquired the staff member told me they’d call me when my order is ready and ignored my request about it being just a bottle of water and a cup. About five more minutes go by and I’m seeing people who have ordered food after me get served so I inquired again but with a different staff member. He immediately grabbed the bottle of water, which I had seen sitting there for a while, and handed me a cup. I get that McDonald’s is meant to get people in and out as quickly and efficiently as possible but they failed incredibly. They need to stop mindlessly clicking the button and actually look at what they’re dealing with instead of cranking orders out.

The most unorganized branch. Went last night and waited almost 20 minutes. They were out of mac sauce, no ice for drinks, fries had no salt.will not come back

McDonald's is one my kids' favourite places to eat but the Eaton centre one sucks. The fountain coca cola was a warm flat sugary water drink without any soda in it. The ice kept running out too.

They had only one single toy option for happy meal. The place was overcrowded with long service times and wait time to get seats as well.

Best avoided on weekends.

McDonald's at the Urban Eatery in the Toronto Eaton Centre located at Yonge and Dundas is a good, but at times a very VERY busy restaurant. The ONLY (but granted, probably a deal breaker) problem with this McDonald's location is that it frequently runs out of ice in the drink machine, having you to ask for ice at the cashier, BEFORE you go to the drink machine. Other than that, it is a definite go me!

I love the fact that now until September, McDonald's is having a promotion where a person can purchase any size soft drink for only $1 plus tax, and also a very delicious, satisfying and downright sweet soft serve ice cream for ALSO ONLY $1 plus tax! Time waits for no person! Treat yourself before the summer ends, and the leaves begin to change their green foliage for the colorful autumnal scenery.
