McDonald's

A typical corporate McDonald’s in terms of food and look. However, I will say that when it comes to downtown McDonald’s this one is one of the better ones. It’s clean, has seating, and has fairly quick service. It’s also one of the cleaner ones.

If you want McDonald’s downtown go to this one.

Terrible McDonald's. Had to wait 15 minutes for a simple meal only to be served room temp food. Their drink and ketchup station is covered in flies and bugs, kinda concerning.

Generally a really decent place to grab a quick lunch. If you're ordering customized burgers, it's a toss-up. Ordered mine with no onion and added tomato. They took off the onion but didn't add the tomato lol. Humans make mistakes, though and we have to be more forgiving of people for just being human:) Will definitely visit again, probably next week: P

Have not gone to this location in years. It's in the heart of downtown so.that should give a hint. Lol

Staff are friendly, I remember service was ok. Especially considering the volume of customers. Very tight space. Fills up quick!

But with that said it was the better option compared to the now closed location on Rideau.yikes!

They refused to accept cash, debit, or credit. They said it was mandatory to sign up for the app and pay through that.

I waited over 30 minutes without seeing a single customer being served. My order took 39 minutes. Two people gave up and left without food. The restaurant appeared to be completely empty for almost 15 minutes, then a manager appeared and talked on her phone for the next 20 minutes it took to make my 6 McNuggets. Have not used this establishment since. PS- I ordered through the app, and the app told me I had picked up my order 20 minutes before it was given to me.

Open 24.yes and no. You HAVE to order with the app. They won't help you when it doesn't work, and you pick up at a window and eat.on the sidewalk beside the hobos. 2/10

Please avoid this McDonald’s at all costs, I waited 25 mins for a burrito on two occasions… a single item, while other revived full meals and when I had asked about my meal they were not remorseful at all and acted like me asking for my food was a burden to them!

Gave me wrong drink, refused to give me my actual drink. Soft drink. You serious? Said they couldn’t do it because I already got a straw. Joke location.

I can't believe how rude the staff is. Spent over 25 minutes waiting for 2 trios and 2 hot chocolate, was given a cold lunch and two sticky drinks. I asked for a delivery bag as I already had a drink and bags to carry and was thrown a small bag for kids lunch. Wow. I was then told to figure it out myself as they refused to provise a simple delivery bag after making me wait 30 minutes. I asked for a refund, again very rude service, interupted customers in line ordering and they left. Incredible and horrible experience and will definitely not go back again.

Commande mobile 2150 à 19: 53. Intercom pour livraison dehors. 10 minutes … rappelé par intercom et encore rien après plusieurs minutes. Entré. Gérante lente à me parler et s’est mise à corriger une autre commande. J’y ai dit mon numéro 2150 à nouveau et demandé de rembourser avant de quitter frustré. Horrible service

Clean McDonald’s location that meets the standard of your typical McDonald’s food. The staff were quick and efficient and there was loads of space to sit. Note that it is a 2 storey and is quite big.

Could use more employees because I think having to wait almost 20 minutes for one drink is kind of ridiculous but kudos to all customer service workers working during the pandemic!

Want to share with everyone that staff don’t allow to use washroom to the customers in the evenings, it is very upsetting because technically you can not say to your customers for the washrooms, they should have some courtesy that guests are coming from far away to have food, drinks and all other services and they say no to them to use their services.

Disgusting cold fries and ice coffee that can cause diabetes. I will never go to this location and will advise the coworkers who still come in the office to not come either. Poor customer service and rude staff are the icing on the cake.

Okay McDonalds, but overly long wait time, and the staff aren’t as keen to serving you and have little to no motivation in their jobs. Location is usually always busy.

Not the best food or service but dependable and consistent from location to location. Exactly as expected which Ive come to value.

They have a good COVID protocol in place allowing only 5-6 people inside at once. Better than most McD's

They messed up my order originally which made me upset but after going back they remade my food, refunded me, and gave me an apple pies for the inconvenience when I only expected a refund. 10/10 customer service which will definitely have me coming back.

Worst in the city hands down, customer service is of the lowest priority here followed closely by speed of service and cleanliness.

Slow. No all day breakfast, as well as the ice cream machine is not working too often, waste of time.

Fast service, professional workers and environment. Even throughout the Covid epidemic, this fast food restaurant is at an aware state, only allowing 5 people in the establishment at one time, reminding their customers to wear a mask at all times. Always wearing gloves and masks themselves

Was there tonight at 11pm, they told me they close at 10pm.but doors are open, food is cooking and no service? Hmmm i hope they do not intend n usng the drink machines to serve out orders as I spat on it a few times. Enjoy.hope im not a covid carrier

It's McDonald's so you know what you should be getting in terms of food. Good location for downtown but the automatic door opener was not working, the service was slow, the staff were disinterested, and the store was not very clean. Be prepared to wait, they prioritize Uber drivers over clients waiting at store.

Had to wait about 10 minutes for my order. The fries were still cold and stale. I've never read reviews about a Mcdonalds before.apparently i should have. Worst McDonald's ever.

Slow service, terribly trained staff. Also allows people without masks to stay in store and order. Avoid at all costs.

Slower service than normal, even in normal times. Coffee at this location hasn't been the greatest either.

Absolutely terrible. I ordered 2 junior chickens and 2 apple pies and it took 40 minutes. I only got my junior chickens because I was fed up with the time i waited and said forget the apple pies just give me my junior chickens. Didn't reven get a refund cause it would've taken too long.

Clean, fast, food and coffee are always hot and fresh when I eat here. It's 5 stars for a McDonald's.

Show up in full work clothes (so on work hours) at 10h55.girl tells me she can't take my order before 11h00. So i tell her I'll wait. 2 people come in at 10h57.want the same thing than me, she takes their orders. But still not mine. Good logic there!

They ask you to buy to go to washroom. Crackheads beg for food and money. They close early because they overrun with drug addicts. Service is decent, food is amazing. Recommend if you dont mind drug addicts harassing you

The service was a bit slow but the place was pretty clean! Staff weren't that helpful when we asked questions.

Different setup from your standard suburb McDonald's. They missed my drink, but no complaints beyond that.

The back had a strong scent of marijuana. I can't handle it, but I suppose it's not too much of an issue for most.
