We shamefully ordered skip the dishes as our house is sick with a cold.skip I guess was told our bags were ready and our reciept was on them with our order.when it was delivered.we had 4 happy meals and everything was someone else's order. So us sicklings, got in our car and went into the Riddell location and told them what happened. They tried to blame skip, don't think skip puts the reciepts on the bags lol.they were not apologetic once.the manager on duty could care less of his crews mistake.as well they had other skip drivers waiting on them only to be ignored.goofing off and all around just bad manners and customer service. Not sure why I still choose to support large corporations. Think I'll be sticking to small business restaurants only! I might pay more but so worth it.

What can I say? It's a McDonald's, you know exactly what to expect. Absolutely no surprises here.

In the suburbs of Orangeville (still concept that still baffles me), and half way to Bruce county/Lake Huron beaches. It's the last option for fast food for a while if you are headed north, unless you count the sit down chains across the Hwy.

It is usually quite busy, day and night. The staff is polite, so that's nice.

From experience the curbside pick up is the slowest option; drive thru orders are given priority.

Some of staff are very rude when talking over the drive tru. Some days I am waiting at the drive tru and I say hello if it’s been more than 20 seconds to 35 seconds wait time and nobody would answer. And they do this all the time. That’s very disrespectful and not a good sign for anyone having to order at the drive tru.
The next time you have to wait at the next window for your food to be given because they are very slow inside.
What kind of McDonald’s take 10mins to prepare 2 coffee and 2 sandwiches on breakfast morning or a family meal for 5 people. This is far from perfect and needs to be fixed. Good luck with the rest of customers giving reviews.

Changing my review. This used to be the good location but now I drive to Caledon and get home in Orangeville faster rather than going to this location. Usually wait in drive through for a hour or longer and receive a messed up order. It's called fast food not idle in line for what feels like an eternity. Seriously fire everyone including management and hire all new staff. Make an example of them.

Food was fine, service was ok. It's McDonald's, don't expect the service of a luxury steakhouse

Service was quick, but my burger looked like they literally just dumped the pieces into the box. I wish I had been given a fork and knife, it would have been much easier to eat.

I have to say that its not only this location but no matter how many times I order a very simple hamburger with only mayo and extra recon onions they can never seem to get this order correct. Whether they don't put ANY onions on it or for some reason put sliv onions it's NEVER what I order. It's to the point that I have to order a side container of recon onions but it seems even that is to much to ask because once again either I get nothing or it's sliv onions! If this was once or twice fine I get it. But its every. Single. Time.

Washrooms were filthy as usual, no paper towel as the air dryer has been broken for weeks. The soap they use is disgusting and difficult for one to eat after they've used it! The TP is terrible and poor quality. Every garbage receptacle on the establishment was over flowing.this place needs a visit from the health inspector! For shame.last time I take my children there on our travels. Best to go to Sobeys across the street, buy a tub of ice cream, eat half and throw it away!

Worst service, after giving order on drive through i was waiting in parking slot for my fries and its been around 30 minutes i was waiting outside

Worst coffee I've ever had. Mcdonalds has the best coffee overall, however this location waters down their coffee.

Worst McDonald's I have ever been to. The white staff is racist. I will not be visiting thus location again.

It's ok. Not great. Parked me from the drive thru and then forgot about me once. Not much care taken in preparing your food.

Went inside and it was slow took 20 min to get my food after I placed the order on the automated kiosk

Always waiting on my food and many have been wrong. Also I've paid for specific dipping sauces, got home to find they weren't put in the bag. As well as bad set up for parking or drive-thru

A girl with goggles working in night she is taking orders shes not taking job seriously.

This has got to be one of the worst McDonald's I've ever been too. The fries and burgers are always cold, service is always slow. Everytime you go through the drive through you get sent to park everytime, and usually there is something missing from the order, ie no condiments or napkins. And now they charge 25 cents for BBQ sauce. Well that's the last time I'll be going to that location. Absolutely garbage.

Drive thru is always long, they've only screwed up my order once in the almost 100 times I've been there over the years. Pretty good in comparison to others!

Honestly yall need to listen when people are ordering, went there tonight an during got asked what i would like i said can i just get a large triple triple an before i could even finish assumes thats all i wanted so when i continued with and a quarter pounder with cheese an no onions i get responded with "oh so you want more then just the coffee" with a tude an procceeds to just give me a burger with onions lol

Every single time I go to this store, there is something wrong or something missing! I even asked at the window today if there was salsa for my burritos. I was answered with a yes! Well, there wasn’t. There wasn’t even butter for hot cakes. Aren’t you supposed to give theses things out with the order? Especially if they ask for it? Guess I’m just going to have to go elsewhere! It’s so frustrating! Every damn time!

McD is fast food but the staff at this location make me wait for 30 min just for my 1 meal. The shift manager Jonathan is rude to explain the reason, rather he saying take the refund and go some where else. Being manager, he needs to learn manners. Very disappointed by his service. Poor customer service. Won’t come back here again.

Fast and hot food, waaay better than the one on Broadway. Would recommend this once over them every time, they simply have better management and overall they don't seem to make mistakes on orders nearly as often.

This restaurant has terrible service.their worker johnathan is insane used rough language for me on drive thru and showing aggression.didn’t like their service will never come again.

One of the few McDonald's which gets your order right. Efficient and friendly service every time I went. As far as McDonald's goes, this is one of the better locations.

This is the 4th time I have ordered food from this store and my order was incorrect! The management team really needs to step up and make sure orders are going out properly. Today i ordered a ice coffee and yet AGAIN i did NOT receive a ice coffee. If youre in orangeville you are better off driving 5 mins down the road to the other location. This store is horrible.

This place is definitely sub par, even for a McDonald's, there was noone in the Drive-Thru, yet they still asked me to pull through. Before I can even park the car I have to watch a kid carrying open bags in the cold, stop at 2 other cars before he realizes what I'm driving, needless to say, Fry's were cold, Burger had the consistency of cold wet cardboard.gave this place 2 stars only because I enjoy grabbing McDonald's time to time. This place just isn't even satisfactory, and when it comes to judging McDonald's, the bar isn't normally set very high. But they still managed to give the worst possible experience.

My issue with this McDonald's location is they basically don't have a regular drive through. 99% of the time, you will be asked to find a spot in their terribly designed parking lot so staff can walk out your meal to you. Its usually pretty quick to you once you're parked, but, its the only drive through I've ever know where this seems to be normal practice.

I always hit this spot on my way thru when I need a quick bite. Whether it's Saturday at noon or Tuesday morning at 230 am, I get the same two McDoubles and two Jr Chickens sammies. They're always fresh, hot, and perfectly assembled. This place is dope. Keep it up. I realize that they're no longer 24 but they were lights out any time. Any day. Clearly a sign of great management.

I love where this McDonald's is located, though I find that my orders tend to end up missing items. Such as a medium fries or even a drink, but the staff are very quick to retrieve the missing items for me when that does happen. It seems to be quite a busy McDonald's, but I believe it's because it's so close to highway 10. All around good place to catch a quick bite to eat.

They're kinda slow at the drive through but they haven't given me gross tasting and disgusting looking food, or just flat out the wrong order, like happens at almost every other MCD so I'll bump up their score a bit with this 4*

The staff were pretty quick about getting our smoothies when we had to wait until they were finished cleaning the machine. They were fairly quick to fill the order and did good job.

We always go to this location rather than the other one in town. The Riddle location always makes the best food, havent had an issue u til today. Not sure what cook is in but there was 3 hairs in a breakfast sandwich we ordered. Maybe have the associates look into proper health and safety again, or make sure theyre properly wearing their hairnets.

Little update, I got a McDouble but didnt check it until i left but I only had 1 patty and literally nothing on it

Usually have a good experience here. But the last two times I ordered a hot chocolate, all I got was warm milk. I tried mixing the drink in case the hot chocolate was at the bottom, but it wasn’t. I can be sympathetic if it happens once, but twice is unacceptable.

Waited for the order for 30 mins. The staff was noticing me standing outside and ringing bells, however no one was paying attention and busy in talking doing nothing.

We ordered this on the way to gravenhust about 20 mins away. The food was ready and on time. We had an issue getting the confirmation email but just gave them our name and they handed it to us. If you preorder you dont need to go to the window, just follow the directions for curbside pick up and they bring it out to you. Super convenient and an easy way for dinner on the way to the cottage especially if your tired of fast food!

Food was fresh, staff were friendly and following COVID protocols. Asked for a few extra sweet and sour sauces and they obliged charge free. It's the little things.

Ordered 8 apple pies 4theboys. Pulled up and they gave me 5. I said I ordered 8 and they said that they heard five and so we can’t have more than 5. I told her to make the other 3, upon which she said that we have to wait till they make the rest and park the car. Currently waiting for over 10 min for the rest. First 5 apple pies are cold now and remaining 3 is MIA. 3/8 homies are not having it

Staff is friendly. My only complaint is that the last 3 times I've been to this location my order has been wrong. I've had food missing. I went back 2 times to have it corrected. Buy after today I won't be going back. Disappointing

I visited this McDonald's location today to purchase a fudge sundae. Upon receiving my order, I noticed ALL of the fudge was on the top of the ice cream. So much so that it was almost flowing over the hole in the lid. I requested a new sundae and notified your employee that I have never received a sundae with fudge on the top only. I asked for a fudge sundae with the fudge swirled onto the sides of the cup as usual. The young lady stated that the fudge sundaes are never made the way which I find hard to believe as this has never happened before. She proceeded to provide me with a new sundae with fudge on the bottom only. Perhaps that is better than before. As I am eating the ice cream I find a small hair. Is it standard practice for McDonald's to serve their customers this way? Is there not a standard by which all food is served across the board?

11: 30pm- HORRIBLE SERVICE. It was not busy and the lady on the mic just stopped taking our order.

Amazing service, Marra served me my food and she was the kindest person that I have ever dealt with in customer service. She was quick and very friendly. Definitely should be a company representative. Thank you for the great service

All day breakfast as the canadian menu shows it for mcdonald’s doesn’t apply here not sure why we wait 6 months for our food anyways. Both personally and delivery.

Friendly staff! Witnessed 3 staff plus the manager gettin chewed out by some crazy. They did not deserve that! Hope not all people are like this!

We were at the MacDonalds in Bolton Ontario and we were pleasantly surprised when we got a sundae free. The server had made a mistake and got two sundaes not just the one we had ordered. My friend with me ended up really liking the extra sundae and now orders a sundae too whenever we go to a MacDonald’s.
A mistake that turned out great!

Just ordered today April 16,2020 through Skip the dishes.
3 orders of Big Mac combo with large fries and 2 baked apple pie.
It delivered right on time, but the fries was to cold and hard and it only in medium size.
The 2 apple pie was missing

Food is typical for a McDonald's but be prepared to wait a while. When using the drive-through we very often get asked to pull around and wait for them to bring out our order. We don't order anything complicated either. Usually just chicken nuggets and burgers.

This McDonalds is a great location and I frequent it often. I almost always receive my order correctly, if not they are very quick to fix it and apologize. It's hard to get mad when we're all human and make mistakes. Best staff, always trying their hardest! Always prefer this location over the broadway location

They need a good lesson in customer experience. The staff members are usually rude, unengagged, completely lacking of customer service skills and have zero accountability. If I have been here 10 time 9/10 times my order is wrong.

I really do like McDonald's coffee. It definitely Beats a Tim Hortons for Taste and doesn't cost the price of a Starbucks. Here's a little coffee trick to for the enthusiasts.
Make sure you get the McDonald's app to collect free coffees on that, and when you get your coffee you will still also get the stickers that are on the cup. (when monopoly is done)
That actually gives you one free coffee for every three and a half that you buy, LOVE IT!

Oh yeah don't forget when the Raptors play and score their 12 three-point shots you get your free medium fries the next day so good!

I came through the drive-thru, oct 30th 130am the manager refused to make me a angus burger, then when i asked why he said "im the manager i dont want to do it.when i asked his name he refused to tell me! He told me to back out of drive thru and go to the other mcds.when i came in the morning Tabatha was very rude and siad it was her store location not to serve angus burgers at night! I called head office this was a lie! The worst mcds in north america.manager and staff all very rude and bad at what they do! Dont go here!

Great service. I was there with my daughter and her children and a hostess was fantastic with the children. Service was prompt. Very happy with our whole experience.

Drive thru serve other lane and not in proper order. Food is never ready. Always parked in the drive thru and then fries or sides are cold when received.

My wife and I took my granddaughter to McDonalds on Hwy 109.

We placed our order with the rudest lady I’ve ever encountered. It wasn’t crowded, however she gave us a small gadget that would buzz when our order was ready.

After seeing a couple of people receive there food I went up and our order was sitting on a counter at the back. When I brought it to our table it was cold, uncooked and they had also missed items.

When I went up to advise her, she told me to see the people on the other side and it was nothing to do with her.

I have never experienced this at McDonalds, however I’ll never go back again.

She should of been fired on the spot, but most of the employees didn’t seem to care.

The owner should be checking out how his employees are treating customers!

I did see a few 5 star reviews, but I’m sure they are all employees trying to make this location look better.

I've come to this location many times since it's so close to my house. And I've been disappointed every single time. The wait time is absurd, the staff are disrespectful and lazy. And the food is soggy and cold. The only reason this gets two stars is because of the prices. Overall, I am not happy.

Really? I had a coffee.using up a gift card. Waited a long time.no cashier fir a while. Drive through was hugely lined up.the place didn't seem to be operating very well.

On multiple occasions, I have been skipped in this drive-thru line up (3 cars in the other lane went ahead of me). Tried talking to the manager about it and she "is not trying to make excuses" but proceeded to give us an excuse as to why we were skipped. What would be nice is to have her apologize and continue to make our custumore experience a good one. She instead told us to "have a great day". Management doesnt care about her store. I will not be returning to this location.
