They only serve coffee and tea from 3: 45-4: 30 completely ridiculous. The amount of money they're losing by being "closed" for 45 minutes.

Don’t like it when you get a takeaway and they forget to put in napkins and ketchup

Just waited 20 minutes for a mobile order that never arrived. Tried calling the restaurant and no answer. I finally went inside and found my mobile order sitting on the shelf waiting to be picked up. No compensation or anything offered. Worst service.

Took one hour and 22 minutes for our order, one happy meal, one combo and one small burger. Prior to the renos and new staff it took approximately 10 minutes to get our order. However I'm giving it a 4 star because it looks very retro in there, staff are polite, place is 10x cleaner and it looks much better without a runned down and broken playplace. If the service wasn't leggy I'd give it a full 5 star rating.

I tried to use the electric menu it was difficult because I wanted a grilled chicken wrap and they had crispy only and didn't mention not having no grilled very odd for McDonald's. Then waited behind 2 elderly men ordering coffee and muffins that took a very very long time. And no one came over as the line got longer because no one wants to use the electric menu. It was at the cashier they told me no grilled chicken available. I left because that's why I was there with a gift card. Complete waste of time.

Punjabi security guard at the entrance is just terrible, very racist towards his own community. What a shame!

It's McDonald's. The food is sometimes good.ordered a Filet-O-Fish they cheated the order by putting extra sauce on a dried crusted edge fish patty. Not fresh.

Their drive thru service doesn't have a screen by the speakers, so you don't even know if they are understanding your order correctly. My last order from them earlier tonight was all kinds of wrong. Hire competent, clear speaking people, please!

Terrible service. I wasn't expecting much, but was surprised how rude and incompetent both of the 2nd window drive thru workers were. Gave the wrong order when I was told by one of said workers they personally made sure my custom order was correct and then was challenged when I wanted it corrected. Do your self a favor and just go anywhere else.

So i had entered the establishment quite famished. And quite frankly i had no time to mess around.so i ordered the bigger mac combo with extra secret sauce (pause). After waiting a whopping 50min, they came back with a halfassed escuse for a burger.i took one bite and sinked my teeth into what seemed like armadillo nail clippings. I exclaimed to the workers that my burger was not up to Ronald Mcdonalds promised standards and in return they gave me a monopoly sticker for airport rd.i will not be returning.actually i will the cahseir was kinda bhad ngl

Right now you can eat in the restaurant and they limit, not all tables open. Playplace still closed. Great for the times.

This specific location always serves cold coffee, you have to request them to put coffee in micro wave before taking it

Slowest service ever seen!
I get my morning coffee from here sometimes.
To get work on time, I ALWAYS ORDER THROUGH THE APP!

But they guys don’t care for mobile order. Today, the lady at front took almost 10 mins just to serve me a coffee.

Even though, she knew that I am waiting. She took oder of 3-4 people and served them too. At last, she came to me again asked me what is order.

I went through drive thru I ordered the new quarter, filet of fish, 20 nuggets and 2 apple pies $35.82 in total I paid they gave me a number to wait my food was delayed. 30 minutes later I was still waiting. When I finally got my food it was cold and I had been waiting so long I wanted to leave even though I suspected they forgot my nuggets. They did give me 6 donuts instead of pies they were out. It does not make up for my wait and missing food I want a free meal

I understand it's rough times and people make mistakes which is what I would say to myself if I received a wrong order 1 out if 10 time bit, the last 6 times I've been in the past 2 months, I've had to correct them or miss a mistake with my basic order every time. No customization, 2 to 3 combos and classic basic McDonald's sandwiches and happy meals.but still struggling to complete orders accurately. They claim they will compensate you and take your name and number but than when you come in to ask claim it, I faced with attitude and treated as if I'm trying to score free food?

I shouldn't have to take all the food out of my bag and count it, while in the drive through line, everytime I order something.

The staff her is not the most polite of patient. Terrible customer service. 8/10 times the fires are cold and you better not say anything because out comes the attitudes. Please train your staff on customer service.

I went for a Big Mac today, bought it, drove all the way home, only to open the box and see they gave me patties buns n nothing else. Poor service, and really bad food, don’t go here, save your self the time and money and go somewhere else.

Placed an order and all but one item was warm. Burritos were cold and the hashbrowns were hard. I consumed only the breakfast sandwich and the smoothies which was as it should be. In either case im not risking food poisoning if they were cold. As a retail worker i get it but this was just bad

I placed an order here for a BLT crispy chicken.the burger had no bacon on it.i came back a day later to see if i can get a replacement came with the receipt and they said i was lying and they cant prove there was no bacon on it. Ashley was the manager and she was very disrespectful during the entire interaction.

Terrible experience here. The manager who works here does not know how to treat customers. I went to this Mcdonald to cheer up my sibling only to be left to be treated in the worst humanly manner. As I walked in I saw a lot of people within the restaurant. I lined up to order and the manager came out rushing and yelling to say that I didn’t see the sign that only 4 ppl should be inside. She refused to listen that I saw 3 ppl leaving that’s why I walked inside. The door is situated in such a way that you will have zero visibility of how many ppl are inside. She was extremely rude, i dont think that McDonald chooses their employee appropriately. This experience has left me with such disgust that I will not return to ordering food at any of its location as the $ spent would fund for such terrible employees.

Giving 1 star because 0 was not an option. This location does not care about McDonald's or how the customer feels toward the franchise as a whole. Wasted my time and I had to still go in despite wanting to do curbside pick up.

Avoid this location at all costs. They do not care about their customers at all.

Horrible I can't believe it was so bad. I've been going to the same location since it opened and I'm tempted to never go back. Just to make it clear that even a simple order for a CHOCOLATE shake couldn't be achieved. Vanilla and after be condescended by some disgruntled teenage girl of course. Pathetic

Drive through took 20 mins today at 2pm. 6 to 7 cars ahead of me. Imagine waiting 20 mins for a burger lol. If this happens again id rather wait that length of time at Five Guys burgers instead of McDonald's. The whole point of fast food is to get your food fast. Right?

I stayed here for my quarantine following an international flight. I was very comfortable with my stay everything I needed was taken care of.the food was good and on time every day.the staff are very nice and accommodating.and my room was very clean, with wifi and cable TV. Thanks again for a pleasant stay.this review was for the hotel, best Western premier Clarington in Toronto

Service here is acceptable. They tend to put your order together incorrectly so check your meal before you leave. On two seperate occasions I've ordered big macs only to find out later that there was no meat inside ‍️

Ordered a double fish sandwich with extra sauce.got a single fish with absolutely no sauce and the cheese more than half way off the burger

Got Kids Happy Meal but my kid was not happy as that bag was ripped and same toys couple of times.

I normally don't rate McDonalds or fast foods but I really wanted to rate this location. It's close to where I work so I pay a visit every other day. This is a busy location but for me, everytime I get super quick service. I don't remember waiting for more than a minute after payment.and yet, the food served is hot and fresh. The service is really Fast and I can really call this a Fast Food lol unlike many other McDonalds.

None, hardly any location nowadays, is a pleasure to go to for a quick bite. Either the drive through servers are miserable and unfriendly and unwelcoming, the mobile ordering service requires too much time to browse through to complete an order and only allows you one special or discounted purchase, i give up, but I need to eat

Breakfast burritos are not what they used to be. They are so flat because there is little inside. They always forget the salsa and the wrap is a brown rubbery whole wheat wrap which dries to a crisp very soon. When I got mine it was already hard in places. Just scrap the burritos already.

The order was given at the kiosk and the kachkne was out of paper and the person didnt understand and i had to read the order to her sevral times

Same old McDonalds.however Prices are getting too very expensive for basic fast food. I'm going to burger King the next time.

I found hair in my sandwich and fries twice. Food is always stale and old, never fresh. They treat younger customers like the students very poorly, as if we are not spending money here as well.

Sunday lunch rush was insane! The counter was very busy and customers who couldn't decide what they wanted BEFORE getting in line held everything up, so i used a kiosk to order. It didn't print a receipt but it did give me an order number on the screen. There were so many orders, my number didn't appear on the order screen at the pick-up counter so I went into line to verify it did go through. Thankfully it did and the staff tried their best to get it out as quickly as possible. Despite the order board being completely filled, I still got my food before the number even appeared on the board. They were having difficulty getting their ice machine to work for the blended drinks; so I had to wait a while for 2 OREO frapps. Others customers were absolutely rude to the staff while it was happening, while staff tried to explain they were trying to get it fixed ASAP. I couldn't believe what some customers were saying! Church just got out, I get it. Everyone's hungry and tired, but treat the workers with some respect. Anyone could see they were doing their best with everything happening. So you didn't get your smoothie 20 seconds after you ordered it. Chill.
ANYWAYS, I took about 10 minutes after getting our food to get our drinks, but the staff was so polite about it. Since we were eating in, the brought it to our table and even upgraded the small frapp to a large due to the wait. This location may take a little longer, but the food was delicious, despite being a little cold from waiting; and the staff had nothing but positive attitudes.

Amandeep is the worst customer Service Rep I have ever seen.
Try's to hurt customer and pull their cell phone for making video on their mistake.

They forgot my order. After 5 minutes I had to go and ask them to start filling my order. Bad management at this location.

Worst place to eat. Worst staff ever seen my life. Manager Agam and another girl Amandeep were really rude. I guess they are doing their job for sake of doing it. I feel someone forced them to do the job. Can't bother my self to go again.

Worst customer service I ever experienced. Specifically two people (AMANDEEP and AGAM TRIHAN). These guyz should learn how to talk to the customer and behave properly.
I would like to request Macdonald to take serious actions against these guyz.
We came before two days at this location on 7th April. We politely ask these guys to upgrade my order by just adding large fries, instead of upgrading that they were constantly arguing with us and kept us waiting for 20mins and still didn't give it. I am a regular customer at this location but I will never visit this location.

As a former employee of this restaurant I have bare complains regarding almost everything. First of all DEBBY you’re a terrible person and you should’nt even be working anymore (she’s around 85 years old). You’re rude, obnoxious and you know nothing better to do other than shouting at people.

Very very very slow drive true, one car every 3-4 mins, they should hire more employee, whenere I go in the morning, I regret why I come to drive true again. If you go into the store you can buy very very very faster.

Very friendly staff and fast, hence why it's a fast food joint in it's true meaning, unlike some others I've visited. This one is a good establishment for McDonald's

We visited the Drive thru on 6th April ordered Chicken burger and small fries. We went to pick up the order and made a request to give large fries instead and we were told to take the order or leave because they cannot add more fries in the box. They had an excuse they have other people to serve and they had time to argue making other cars wait for another 25min and the employee in the picture AGAM (Check the picture in the PHOTO Section) had threatens us that “He will Smash my face if I don’t leave. ” We believe employees like him would bring the brand down and would appreciate if serious actions are taken as we have videos to prove it.

Worst location, and manager! Clearly does not care, doesn't follow instructions on order. Unprofessional service. Wait times are crazy long (even though they are not terribly busy), only to find that your order is completely not what you asked for! Disgusting and a disgrace! Never again this location!

Bathroom was a disgrace. Toilet paper wasn't on the roll. Dryer didn't work. Floor wasn't cleaned of paper on floor. No soap to wash your hands. Change table had no paper. Door wouldn't lock. Not enough handicapped parking spots. There should be signs designating one-way to go in and drive out that would allow handicapped parked drivers to go out without having to deal with drivers going in and out in order to get to drive through.

If I could I would put negative stars. Horrible place. Unorganized, and very hectic. Waited 20 minutes for 2 beverages.
