Meh $18 for a big Mac combo. They have become inconsistent. Rubbery bun tiny patties. Maybe just an off day.

It's one issue after another with the McDonald's located at 1045 Pape Avenue. From forgetting the Filet to skimping on the large fries to not ensuring all ordered items are packaged. Accuracy seems to be the least of their priorities compared to speed and volume throughput.

They closed the upstair chairs and tables at 10pm and left no chair and table downstairs. There is no seat.

Ordered a triple triple medium coffee and it was luke warm, I asked for a fresh brewed coffee, so they made another cup of coffee and this time it was a double double coffee and still like warm and extra strong. I asked how come it's not hot and tastes old. The manager or cashier said that its because the cream was really really cold so it makes the coffee lukewarm. I didn't really enjoy it just threw half the coffee out. Usually the coffee from the other locations would be hot but not at this location. I get its just coffee but you pay for the cup of coffee after a long day you just want to have a nice hot coffee sit and relax then head back out on your day.my experience was ok with the service but don't think I will be going back there for coffee.

Very dirty McDonald's, also there was 2 tables for eating but no chairs available they want people to stand and eat. I know they have seating on 2nd Floor but there was no way of taking my son and daughter with strollers up. Seating area but can't be reached by families.

Tables are dirty and upstairs are not clean also, music not good the quality of burgers awful.

Is good place for visit the food is good but the only one thing is the place doesn’t have air condition inside and this place doesn’t luxurious

The place is overall clean. But NONE of the staff wears gloves or hair net. What makes it worse is that the staff working on the line are even wearing jewelry (ring and watch)
The soap in the washrooms was way too strong with bad smell

Arrived here around 3: 30am, as I had seen on the posting that the restaurant was open 24H, and that dine in was offered. Upon arriving to the restaurant the worker very abruptly told us that dine in was no longer available at this time, and that orders were to be done through the mobile app. Which we understood, as we began to order through the app our order would not go through, the menu was changed from a day menu to breakfast mid order and thus we could not place an order at all? Nor sit down? Misleading, we took an Uber to get here, this is NOT 24h people, be warned.

Very small but very busy because they are located on Yonge Street. Only one kiosk working. Employee took a long time to prepare 1 lemonade.

Wi-Fi was down so the lovely team members hooked my coffee up for free because they knew I was in a rush! Bless!

I liked it. It's clean and neat. Has friendly staff and the service was fast. I recommend this place to everyone.

The man in the front who helps the courier is such a nice guy. Loved his work.

Worst McDonald's ever. I ordered a coffee at 1040 pm, but they already closed the restaurant when it was supposed to be open until 11 pm. After 15 mins they gave the coffee, which was cold (colder than at room temperature)

Can’t believe they still prepare food with wearing gloves.how safe is it to touch people’s food with your hand. Not safe

I ordered fries and burgers. I got the worst fries ever. I threw the garbage right away, there is no option to eat because it was cold and extremely salty.

They looked the door when i arrived there at 10.34 pm. I tried to order online at 10.36 pm but they closed the server i guess. So I waited for 12 mins for just talking the guy in front of the door. When i received my package, it was at 10.54 pm

Amazing good quality fresh food and on top of that Amazing Staff.at a very busy location Also always greets u with a smile.

I tried their coffee and it was good. I paid and almost forgot it. That is how much I needed it.

The customer service is poor because most of the time when I order the triple triple coffee they either forget to put the sugar or stir it. Maybe this is because of untrained people at the front section. Too bad I lose my money for the bad coffee they make for me and there is no other option for me because I work near to this place and there is no other alternative.

They lack knowledge and procedures when it comes to mobile payment choices. I ended paying debit when I could have paid cash. Staff told me everyone knows so I should know too.

This McDonald's is alright, they're quick and have a separate station for McCafe entirely so morning coffee orders and handled swiftly. I haven't experienced too many mistakes either, something that occurs at other locations. With upstairs seating, that makes it the largest McDonald's around.

I usually visit around 4PM and it's usually quiet around this time. Definitely try their specials. Service is good and orders usually roll out fast.

Nice place with two floors. Really quick service and not a lot of people there. Currently the seating his of course closed due to covid, but it is one of the nicest mcdonald's I have seen.

My order gets screwed up almost everytime. Syrup is missing for pancakes multiple times. Yogurt and apple slices are expired or the milk expires the next day. No other McDonald's offer these items with expiration dates or so close to it. Waited over 20 minutes twice for my meal and a drink when there were only 2-4 people in the restaurant.

Got what I wanted quickly and without errors. Don't know why McDonald's doesn't offer the Chicken Mcmuffin all day long. Probably because they define it as a breakfast sandwich. Yet the 2 for $5 breakfast sandwiches all day long promotion excludes the Chicken Mcmuffin. Make up your mind McDonald's, either offer it all day long, or include it in the breakfast sandwich category and promos.

The bald door guy they have there takes his job way too seriously and needs to calm down also they got my order wrong. I worked at McDs for 3 years, it's not that hard to get the order right.

Went in here this morning, of the 3 self order machines, 2 were out of order. Ordered a cappuccino but some back and forth between staff on if the machine was working.it wasn’t. Ended up with a regular coffee and that was fine. Found the store to be well staffed and clean with one staff member actively cleaning the entire time I was in there.

Absolutely the best McDonalds I've ever been to, the manager is fantastic she works more than the workers

Coffee was watered down. Warm brown water with milk anyone? Convenient location but multiple instances of poor quality and disappointment. This morning I was served a stale croissant that felt like it was at least a day old.

I visited place last week. It was quite good until I asked them for mayo as a complimentary product. But they said we would charge you for this. I love McDonald's so I am not going say any bad thing about food or the brand. But never bring yourself to this place unless you are so hungry and no other restaurant is open

Took forever to get the food and the line up was practically out the door. The food was cold and half the machinery was broken.

I wish if there was a 0 star. Worst customer service ever not from the employee but the manager. His name is Daniel with a Latino accent. Very arrogant, makes faces as I’m talking. He repeated the order over and over again to give us a wrong order at the end. For the record, the order was 4 combos and a sandwich, what’s there to get wrong. The disrespect, rudeness and lack of customer service made this the worst breakfast experience.

Junior chicken burger with coke and some fries which comes under junior meal. This is the best option I prefer always.

The Angus burger patty was warm and the fries were fairly fresh. I've been to this location many times. The service is decent and the restaurant is pretty clean. Overall, a good McDonald's experience.

Service is always slow. I had to wait 20 minutes to pick up my food. They have to hire more people in the kitchen.

The only reason why my review says 1 start is cos its the least possible. I have been here about 10-15 times now (just because its next building to my workplace) and have never walked out of there before 7-8 minutes even when I order a single coffee. I am not even going during rush hours. If you ask the staff about the delay they look at you like they will punch you in the face.

I even tried informing them about a fly in the muffins pantry (did not click a picture so no proof) but all I got was "Yaa, we will remove it". I do not understand how this place is not shutdown yet.

It is weird to ask about McDonald:) well I like it and like their food. Will be trying the fish thing soon. I mostly like their ice cream in summer. It is the type of ice cream that I personally like and it is affordable by all.

Some food items have become quite expensive for a fast food restaurant.i like their coffee better than the other coffee place.

This location is always very clean when I pass through. Their breakfast sandwiches are my favourite as they're usually fresh and hot, but the more standard burgers are pretty hit or miss. Sometimes it's very obvious how long the patties have been sitting in a heated drawer. I've never personally found the soft serve machine to be down at this location!

There was a very nice manager named: Fathema. That is not a typo btw. She was very kind and friendly. And treats you with respect. She was very welcoming. Me and my family enjoyed it there!

One of the better AND worse McDonalds I've ever visited. Many condiments are free, which is a plus. Sadly the guards and workerd there have had major issues with homeless people and aggressive youngsters. It's getting better, though!

For fast food and a quick bite to eat, can’t go wrong here. Best bang for your buck, the coffee/tea offerings are also on par with pure coffee shops, can get busy at times.

Just went there around 1pm. The guy at the counter, was the nicest guy from all of the McDonalds that I ever visited.

Excellent place for eating food.good Hospitality and one of the greatest advantage is that for 24hrs. This Good for night owls.

Spider-Man toys. They only had two kinds at this location and I really wanted the spidey magnet but didn’t get one

There are issues that should be addressed there.available to this full use of the place upstairs.and use of washrooms. I understand the precautions.they take do to the clientele.

Literally the worst mcd I've been to lazy rude staff who sit on food surfaces often, slow to make things, cleanish, I only go because I work near by and don't have time to go to a different place with similarly cheap food

Excellent place @ downtown to have a cheat meal. Near to subway and has enough sitting space. The first floor has beautiful view of street and its really clean compare to other MacDonald. I love to go this Macdonald if i am at downtown.
The food quality is also best on its kind. I recommend this place as one of the best in downtown, Toronto.

I have been to this location about half a dozen times and have never received the proper order. Very incompetent staff at this location and I will never go again. Good luck

I visited twice, the first time I had a long wait for a bacon chicken ranch wrap. The wrap was good, but I waited for a long time. The next time I ordered a few items and one sandwich was missing. Just a couple of misses, I'm sure these were anomalies but something to keep in mind.

The food is good, people are friendly.

I go later in the evening. Get food reasonably quick, but I can never seem to get anything with ice cream at this location

Yonge & Adelaide - service is slow and disorganized. I don't recommend going in on the way to work unless you have an extra 15 or 20 minutes.
