I am giving McDonald's service a 2-star rating based on my recent experience. After dining in, I ordered some Vanilla Cone (ice cream) for takeout with an extra cone. However, I noticed that I was overcharged for Cheese Curds, an item I neither received nor ordered. Spending almost a hundred dollars doesn't hurt you, but this kind of billing error is disappointing, and I hope the management addresses such issues more effectively in the future.
Ordered breakfast sandwich combo on the skip the dishes app. I ordered the waffle fries and paid the extra $2.00 for them, when they arrived the waffle fries had regular fries in the box. Not very impressed that you carelessly handled my order and I paid extra too. Maybe the management team should implement some Training to ensure care is provided with each order. I am sure if you paid extra for waffle fries you would not appreciate regular fries included
As for the waffle fries they are ok a bit thick but real potatoes used. We enjoyed them. Not really worth the extra money. Update Ordered through skip the dishes. My ordered arrived but missing 1 coffee, and got big mac combo with orange pop instead of what I ordered cheese quarter pounder with fries and coke zero. Such a disappointment! Please check your orders better so people can get the food the want.
The experience ordering off uber, skipthedishes or doordash from this mcdonald’s is ridiculous.the amount of times they messed up the order or not even give me what i ordered.i ordered 2 meals and only received one… and the one i did receive didn’t come with the fries and they gave us the wrong drink… for a fast food restaurant, this is ridiculous
They have dine in "available", but every time I want to dine in they say "sorry we don't have any trays right now". I am sure they intentionally don't clean the trays to keep people from dining in = they save time of cleaning up. Happened every one of the last 3 times I went to this McDonald's to dine in. And some employees are unprofessional and rude.
Totally worst mcdonald in Scarborough staffs are don't have any manners, the owner of mcdonald should take action or worn their staffs to respect customers and talk nicely
Mcdonalds needs to teach their staff how to make coffee. Sugar is not going to dissolve if it's not stirred.especially when the coffee is not even warm.
Most terrible mcdonalds I've ever experienced. Drive thru is horrible staff are incompetent and rushed leading to poor service and wrong orders. I'm currently 40 minutes away from the location at home looking at a bag missing a 6 pack of nuggets and a burger. I don't get to eat now so my kid can. Avoid this place. Take the extra two minute drive to the next location.
Even though it was busy the food was great and I didn't had to wait long for it, and service by Harsh was excellent, now this is definitely my regular take out place.

The worst McDonald’s breakfast I’ve ever had right down to the iced coffee or should I say slightly flavoured water beyond weak. The uncooked hash browns were gross but the McMuffin sandwich straight up made me sick and this was after major delays even receiving my order in the first place. What a horrible way to start the day.
I have been to this location quite a few times. For the most part I have had good experiences here. There has only been about 1-2 times where there was a problem but they then fixed it in a very timely manner. I would say if you're looking for some lunch and your in the area.vheck it out.
Besides being open 24 hours, the food is borderline edible. The soda machines don’t have enough syrup and the fries are always soggy. Employees are fast and friendly but needs quality control for their food.
Arbitrary hours and/or incompetent ownership and management. Walking up at not even 9: 15PM on a Tuesday to see a redshirt locking the door and expelling patrons. A little more than ridiculous that even as the rest of the world is opening, this McDonald's sees fit to keep its doors closed. In future, this location is best avoided.
Awesome experience! Overnight staff is really friendly knows how to do their job pretty well. Specially the girl very kind. I went there to get an milkshake but the machine was not working so they suggested me the best alternative and I loved the smoothie instead! Will visit again for sure. Whole staff is very nice
Uber eats order wrong more than once then when I go in person I'm asked to park at second window regularly for little things such as a simple sandwich or a happy meal to avoid timer penalties because their service is atrocious. Secondly the syrup specifically for their orange fruitopia is never consistent.
Service was lousy. Drive through was disastrous. Order taker did not listen. Kept repeating wrong items. Pick up window repeated another wrong order. Then items were unavailable. Long wait at another window for drinks. No tray. OMG.
Well I tried the new coconut pineapple smoothie and it was delicious I went back for a ice coffee which is also delicious there but they had none so I got another smoothie
They should get an award for the worst staff of the entire GTA. They intentionally avoid the food delivery guys. The food is cold as … by the time someone bothers to come near the door. I think the superiors should look into this.
I hate rating places a low rating because of a FEW staff, but this was one of my rudest experiences at any McDonald's. Sounds very minor, but the female staff taking my order had sort of rushed through taking my order and did not give time to repeat it either. After paying ofcourse I asked for extra sauce as I was rushed through my order. I tried to proceed and ask for the extra condiments, and why is it that I am denied extra condiments.the female taking my order repeatedly tried to tell me that I have already paid for my order and so now I am not able to get any extra of anything. She refused to hear my request even if they need to charge me extra money.that extra money is something that I am willing to pay.and after all that, she agreed to give the extra sauce on the side. I asked once again when receiving my order if she had packed it on the side as she originally said. Due to the order being 1-2 bags, I did not have time to dive into the bags and check for a small container of extra sauce, however once opening my order after arriving home. I was least to say unsatisfied as there was no extra sauce, and the burger was ALSO dry. If I had not asked for extra ketchup, I would have received only 1-2 packets, without the extra sauce I was willing to be charged for. And I am upset and confused why there is such a disregard for the care in a customer's orders, and if they are literally requesting for something so small as extra sauce. It's $0.30-0.50, lol please be kind. It was very frustrating that although my order has been placed, I should be able to request additional condiments that I am WILLING to be charged for (and also help enjoy my meal a little more) OR allowing the customer time to fully confirm their order perhaps could also help to improve or solve this inconvenience before having them to rush to pay, especially if you are going to deny them something small like further condiments. There was also no one behind in line.
Was overcharged $4 for coffees when the promo is clearly displayed outside that it’s a dollar. Please review the menu with your employees throughly. It could potentially benefit your business.
It’s not the 1st time I’m getting poor service from this restaurant. The staffs here definitely spoil the McDonald’s culture. They treat the customers like we reach here to beg something. Really bad.
The people who work here are incapable of tying their own shoes they can never get any order right and im convince they steal the crayons for the kids.
I like this location, good staff.but dont order the day special coz its not worth it (in any location) either it will be salty (Tuesday or Thursday) or it will be small/ thin tenders (on monday)
Had the worst experience here about a week ago, when I was picking up for a customer, I had to wait outside for about 20mins, the night employees need to speed up their work and care alitte more about its customers.
I got the 20 chicken nuggets, they were a bit on the soggy side, could've used a couple more minute in the fryer. The Guy at the window was awesome I asked for mayo and he ran to get it! Overall an okay Mcdonald's experience.
This is the worst McDonald's in Oshawa. They never get my order right when I go thru the drive-thur the food is shaped together it sucks #worst McDicks ever
The manager at this restaurant was preparing food without gloves or proper ppe while touching multiple different surfaces during the pandemic. Unacceptable very dissapointed i had to dispose of my food after. SUNDAY JANUARY 10 5: 20 PM
Never returning. I've had the worst food from this location. Got my order wrong not once but twice. Spent about 30 bucks. MCD is too expensive for this garbage cold food I recieve constantly from this location. 12/12/2020 at 10: 30am. All employees should be evaluated. GARBAGE FOOD. All I ask is a little effort please
Horrible would avdvise uber should cut them off they make each driver wait for 15 min out while 6of them inside are doing nothing they should be lucky they are getting business from uber especially with COVID
It is very nice and clean location with friendly staff. The washroom is huge and very clean. Food was good and coffee was fresh and hot. There was a little wait though, it was busy around 7.00 pm. There is also a drive thru which was busy as well. Plenty of parking spaces are there and there is a Tim Horton's near by if you want to change your taste.
Placed order through drive thru only to find out the order was wrong when I went to the pay window. He corrected and I proceeded to the pick up window. I was given my food and I asked for sweet n sour sauce, as she went to get it I checked the bag to make sure and the order still had incorrect info. She came back and gave me 2 sauces and I put in the bag. I asked about the order being corrected and she said no, I explained I had corrected it with the man before. She annoyed said "whaat" and I explained again. She took the bag and came back. I checked the food and it was fixed however when I got home I noticed that she took one of the sweet and sour sauces back.like really!? !? So petty.
Drive through was so very busy the few times i was there.last time i was there they were in a rush and forgot to give me one of the sandwiches that i purchased, and i didn't find out till i got home. Service seemed friendly enough, just lack of attention to the order.
Bought a bagel with Nutella at the kiosk, went to my seat and opened the bag to see a dry bagel. I went to the counter to ask for Nutella and was told it was in a packet in the bag. Went back to my seat to check my bag and found nothing in it. Went back up to the counter as was then told they didn't have Nutella and that i had paid extra without getting what I'd paid for. Was offered butter on my bagel to compensate and was given a small packet of whipped butter. I was in a rush and didn't havec time to complain in store. Last time I was here I ordered a bagel with butter and got a small patch of butter on an otherwise dry bagel.

The sanitary conditions of the workers behind the counters at this McDonalds is horrific. Workers looked very unkempt with dirty uniforms. No gloves were worn by food handlers and no hair nets! Floors and food area looked dirty. I only visit this McDonalds as a last resort for night time cravings, otherwise I try to avoid this location at all costs.
Worst McDonald in Scarborough, is not busy at all most of the time, always old coffee and muffins, very poor in quality, total waste of money to spent in this location.
