Worst experience at mc donalds. A girl working named Ishita didn’t even have manners to speak to the customers. She should seriously be fired. I asked for coke and the machine wasn’t working, islite that she told me a lie that its working and was being rude. Is this the kind of customer service mc Donalds is offering?

Im sure we all love mcdons but this women didnt wear gloves for anything so just be safe out there loll

Atmosphere and service were great. Got home and our McCrispy was dark enough to be confused for a beef patty, as if overdone or burnt. Everyone else's was fine but the McCrispy was inedible.

Walked in at 8: 50 pm to grab a bite before leaving after shopping.
Not 1 single table was clean.
The floor looked like a storm had blown through.
Service was fine but the cleanliness is disastrous

Every walmart mcdonalds is rather small, but this one is fairly clea compared to other walmart ones that I have been to. Their service is pretty nice and friendly with kids. The down fall is having the restaurant right in front of the entrance/exit doors and some use the seats and not even a customer.

Went there to grab coffee at 10: 40… there was no closed sign, staff was looking at me as I committed a crime entering. Girl at the back looked shocked. The guy who left before us ended up buying a coffee. I was next in line and the manager said “we’re closed”

Rule 1 of customer service - when customer is in your store you have to serve him especially when there is no “we’re closed” sign

Rule 2 I was second in line and the guy before me ended up getting coffee

Rule 3 there is something called “customer satisfaction” 4 people inside and only me in line and staff refusing to serve

Bottom Line - I goto Tim Hortons Now. I wont bother buying anymore Big Macs, coffee etc anymore. But that’s just me. I believe in “NOT DEALING” with people who treat me Like this. So I just boycott McDonald’s and Tim Hortons is my new buddy.

Apart from this I would like to tell the manager that these are just the basics of customer service. I have been in customer service for 8 years. I strongly suggest you learn the basics of customer service.

Ordered 3 Carolina burger combos and 1 happy meal.
Drove home to Darcel.
Tired and hungry.

Only to find out all fries are mixed with half frozen/raw and old fries.

Burgers built were very poor. All 3pcs of pickles are stacked together.

Food is good but this place requires a bit of cleaning there's garbage and food all over the floors and dirty tables but nobody seems to bother cleaning the place.

Doesn't have option for vegetarians or vegans. Except that no patty burger.
Need to train their staff, for interacting with customers and how to prepare food/meal

This location you are loosing lot of your clients because of worker attitude and they don’t recheck orders you need professional Staff otherwise this location will close soon.

Easy to access McDonald's at a junction of two local highways in the southeast outside Orillia. There is a large long parking lot and drive through access.

The machine to place the order did not print receipt. We requested a refund because they did not have the item we requested. Employees laughed at us for requesting a refund. Manager was called to process refund he takes his sweet time while his employees continue to mock us. He process the refund wrong and misses to refund an item. He looks at my brother like he wasted his time.

We love McDonald's but for some reason this location serves pretty slow and you wait a long time for your meal. Maybe I'll try a different location.

Placed my order at the kiosk, was waiting for awhile, when three other people got served that came after me.
Went to the register and handed over my receipt and asked for my refund. The manager took it and threw it in the garbage. Got my order after that. Not the first time happening. Was going to write to McDonald’s survey but can’t do it without receipt.

This location very convenient they have the play place so some one have kids very nice spend some time there

I wouldnt trust this McDonalds in Waterloo on Northfield drive! Definitely check your order before you drive away.
I ordered 2 breakfast specials w hashbrowns, with a coupon. They gave me fries, omitted a sandwich and charged me additional for the drinks, despite the combo.

What's worse is that the manager promised a call back before end of day, and 3 days later I've heard nothing.

Fast, great service! One of the fasted McDonald's I've ever been too:)

Staff is courteous, the restaurant is clean, my orders are hot and ready and accurate.
The location is very good and the hours are good. They have skip the dishes service which is also good.

I celebrated my nomination earlier this evening in this great restaurant. I am glad to say that we enjoyed a phenomenal evening and the venue was no doubt the reason for the strong evening. The waiters cooperated in a lovely way, the cooking was appetizing and my friends were so joyful. We shall no dout return for more joyful events.thanks very much.

This is obviously one of the finest restaurants in the region. Every time I come there I am exceedingly glad. They hold their high level service and the topmost level of meals they give. You definitely will enjoy this this restaurant. Highly recommended.

Good food, but the drive thru is too crazy after 11pm during the end of the week. I was starving one night and didnt want to cook, i went to the drive thru at McDonalds on Mountain Ash, and it took 45 min to receive 2 cold Big Macs smh.

Usually good and quick service. But today I came home to discover as I was eating my burger there was a piece of plastic in it. Very unacceptable.

Need to really get their act together to reduce their wait times. Waiting 10 minutes for fast food is not acceptable.

The worst customer service ever!
The staff does not even know the C of customer service and too in an industry that is totally based on customer service.
Never ever go to this location if you want customer service.

I’m not one to submit one star ratings but this is the worst McDonalds.

Flies everywhere. The food tastes like cardboard and the seating area is disgusting.

Not entirely their fault as the wal-mart is one of the worst as well.

This McDonald’s location is disgusting. The floors are so dirty and gross and so are the tables. There’s flies everywhere.
