Used my 2 can dine coupon but when I checked my cc I was charged the full amount. Workers were not easy to deal with and getting back the difference in payment was a hassle. Also got the order completely wrong so just went to BK and had a better experience

Staff at this location would not honour their online app offer. It clearly states that there are no limits to how many items you order they were all supposed to be $1. I was told that they can only give me one drink for a $1 the rest were regular price. It is not a good way to do business when you don't honour your own offers! I have started going to McDonald's less often as it is not always a good experience.

Came here to use my old loyalty sticker cards before they expire. Knew enough not to go inside because fast food places only seem to serve the drive thru these days. Waited to place my order. Waited to get my order. Was asked to pull over to wait some more- 15 minutes for a hot chocolate. Free but still not worth it.

Need to invest in a fly swatter.
Never seen the kiosk cleaned, flies walking across it, people coughing on it, and nose picking and people are handling their food with God knows what germs and bacteria are multiplying on the screen.

As per usual, the staff preparing the food can't or don't read the instructions and my order was wrong once again!

My friend was only able to speak French and tries to order but none of the workers could understand. The called their manager and threatened to call the police on him and said she wrote down their licence plate.

Waited 30m to have my order handed back to me after ordering and by the time I finally got it the fries and burger were cold. Pretty sure the big Mac was slapped together with no care in the world.

This HAS to be the best McDonald's in Durham. The staff are unbelievably sweet, handing each customer a tray by coming out from behind the counter with a smile. My order was ready before my friend so I went to find a seat. When they received their order the staff let them know where I had gone, how thoughtful!

We sat for a long time catching up and I saw how seriously they take cleanliness at this location. It was immaculate to begin with, and they seem to go above and beyond.

I wish it wasn't so far away for me, or else I would make this my go to location!

Racist employee, refused to take order, makes no sense, really don't like, use self service to order, girls at desk don't like to ask you " what can I get for you today" #dissapointed.

Charged me 14.77 for a single snack wrap. Called the next day when I realized and they didn't do anything to help so now I have to open a dispute.

The WORST McDonald's in Durham Region. They Park you for every order. A hamburger no bun? Park. Park for anything. Park. Park. Park. You're lucky if they get your order right.

Service way too slow and I ordered almost 30 nuggets and got 1 dipping sauce not even the one I asked for

Fries, sandwiches & coffee nice hot. Actually got real leaves of lettuce on our sandwiches- so much nicer!

Every time I come here the line is huge! However, it's fast regardless! I guess since it's always busy, we always seem to get fresh tasting buns too! I know other McDonald's have had some pretty stale buns. So far so good here!

I’ve never been through the drive through where I wasn’t asked to pull to the side to have them bring it out to me. No matter what time of day. No matter what was ordered. Ridiculous.

No matter what time of day you come, you are almost always guaranteed to be parked waiting for food while they serve Uber and Skip the Dishes, etc. I don't like coming here, but its this or Walmart which is worse.

I ordered for a happy meal, and 2 english muffin along with an everything bagel I wasn't given my complete order. They didn't give me the bagel and I realized it only when I was home.i made a curb side pick up. I feel that they are not responsible enough.

I thought my family was in a car crash, because my husband and child were away for almost an hour to pick up nuggets we ordered. Turned out it was a half hour wait once they arrived. Once they finally got home with our food, It turned out the nuggets were stale. And I would not have left a snarky review even then, if it wasn't for the fact that there was no apology, or explanation, or any other form of communication. Appalling.

Time of visit was 5: 40pm to 6pm.

From corporate's point of view this location probably seems to be doing great.
Sending every single car out to wait in parking spots does wonder for drive-thru times. Nowhere in the stats will you find me sitting in my car waiting.

What happened to the days where you picked up your food at the window?

Many cars that came after me got their bags of full meals before me.
Didn't seem right.
There's no way it should take 15 minutes to assemble a single big Mac, two Happy meals and accompanying fries.

These ingredients should always be at the ready.

Sat in drive thru for over a half hr. Only ordered McFlurries. When they came, they were half melted and the cup was leaking.

Ordered my meal at the drive thru, i was given my meal but was asked to go and park and they would bring my coffee out. 10 minutes later i received my coffee. It was not just me out in the parking lot waiting. Quite a few unhappy customers.

The service is excellent here, they promptly fix the order should they ever make an error. We enjoy this location.

Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. I ordered a hot fudge sundae and was told to pull over and park. We waited more than 10 minutes for a dang sundae. I mean don’t you just use the machine to pour out the ice cream? Ridiculous… never again. Oh and the fries are stale.

Why is the drive-thru now setup to park everyone? There are 7 dedicated spots with uniformed employees walking around with baskets serving the food to the cars. Trying to navigate into your spot is tricky and seems like an accident waiting to happen.

Cashier didn't know what she was doing, charged regular price for the dollar drink days. And exiting this McDonald's led into the drive thru paths, had to walk between vehicles to get back to car. I feel bad for the employees who do their job well. The person who served my meal was polite, was the only bright side to this visit.

One of the slowest drive-thrus I’ve ever been to. If you order food. Expect to wait in one of the 7 parked spots.

Still waiting after ten minutes for a milkshake and sundae! These ridiculous wait times happen regularly at this location.

Staff inside were awesome. Drive thru and order pickup area set up made getting into the store a life threatening experience.

I've McFallen at McDonald's. The things is, I've choosen Burger King over McDicks now-a-days. Price. Flavourful patty.

I was happy with the visit today, big mac combo, love the big mac. A shout to the kids working hard and trying their best!
These kids are from our community, first job and learning. People shouldn't be ripping on them on these reviews, its their first job, these kids and trying hard, cut them some slack, at least they out their learning to work!

This has got to be the worst McDonald's out there. Every time I go to the drive thru I have to wait a ridoculous amount of time for something simple like two plain big macs and a happy meal. And almost every time something is either forgotten or wrong. I always see the spots filled up with other people waiting. You go to a fast food restaurant for the convenience. If you wanted to wait on food for that long you could go to a regular restaurant. It's not even like it is cheap here anymore. Wendy's is much better for fast food!

Went to the drive through about 3: 30 am. There was a car at the next drive through lane and she took their order and they took orders for 4 drunk guys trying to walk through. I sat and sat waiting, said hello a few times, no one answered. Thought okay, I’ll drive to the window and order. 2-3 cars were behind me, which means they were able to place an order. Second window said ‘sorry we cant take any more orders’ yet they took the orders for people behind me. Annoying, frustrating, and will NOT go back. No attempt whatsoever to fix it OR an apology. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! Will serve drunk guys walking through placing an order through another car but won’t take my order! Never again!

I ordered on the app with curbside pickup. I ordered ahead of time before arriving and upon arrival I typed in what spot I was in and within a few minutes my food was brought out to me. All items were correct and fresh. And I was able to bypass the wait time I would've had if I had went through the drive thru. Would definitely recommend

Simple breakfast sandwich order, send me to wait almost 10 min in parking spot. Hop on highway and go to bite into it & there's a long piece of hair running through the egg, cheese and bacon! Disgusting. Won't be back!

Really disappointed, I haven't eaten all day and was craving some fast food. I ordered around 10: 30pm and my order came around 11: 30pm on Thursday June 24th. I was so excited to eat until I bit in to my meatless burger, I did not request no meat. I was so upset and left starving because I couldn't finish my meal, it made me upset and not eat. I ordered on skip the dishes, the order took so long.sorry but I can't trust this store anymore. It happens quite often.

Maybe I have bad luck but I’m always getting horrible service here. Managment literally blaming junior staff for making minor mistakes. How can you deflect issues on staff and you’re a ‘manager’?

Tired of going there and getting half a container of fries. I ordered a large fry and a small fry and this is what I pulled out of the bag when I got home. Thought maybe they spilled in the bag, but no, that’s literally all they put in the containers. Going to start driving to the one in Courtice from now on.

Can't remember the last time they haven't messed up my order. Whole meal handed to me that wasn't mine. Missing items. Get the item that was missing and it's wrong. Oh and 3x pickles doesn't mean 3 lonely pickles!

Dude, it's a McDonald's. You don't come here for the fine dining. Just get a Big Mac, feel terrible about your life choices, and move on with your life.

Worst customer service coming from manager
Was there to go thru drive thru, there was a huge line, had my husband place an online order cause I had left my kids while he was on break so I can quickly grab lunch, considering I have a 2 month baby, She refused to give us our order or even take the confirmation number or screen shot of the order.unbelievable I ended up having to go back home with no food. Absolutely disgusting during times like this ppl are disgusting

This place is a disaster. As a delivery driver, it is very frustrating to be standing in the cold or rain or snow waiting to pick up an order for someone and seeing the employee just sitting there beside about 15 bags of orders ready to go. I understand that they are young people and this could be there first job and that it is mcdonalds, but people are still paying to have food delivered to them and these workers don't seem to care one little bit. Tonight I witnessed a very fed up driver wait for over 25 minutes while it was not busy to pick up his orders. These drivers are doing their job. They have a certain amount of time to get orders delivered and when these young people hold back orders just because they can it takes away time and money from the driver to pick up other orders from places that know what they are doing. This location is the only one that takes an extremely long time to pick up any orders no matter what the time or how busy it may be. This driver was refused to be given his order which held up other people as well he refused to move from the window until he got it. Some if the kids working there are power tripping little a$$ holes. Do your damn job or don't work there.who the he11 do these young people think they are? Better management and better work ethics are needed in this place

This particular location is brutal. If you can avoid it, go to a different McDonald’s. I live close by and I am not exaggerating; my order is wrong/missing something 9 out of 10 times. It’s actually ridiculous. I understand the majority of the staff are young, but, it’s pretty sad when you always expect something to be missing or wrong when you order.

Why is it so hard to get a diet coke? They run out frequently and half of the time they give you coke zero anyway! NOT THE SAME THING!

I visited around 10pm and all the garbage cans were full (inside and outside), messy and the floor was not swept. Machines kept beeping continously the entire visit, about 20 mins duration. The fries were not fresh also.

With the new ordering system it takes longer to get your order and people who waiting clog up the front of the counter.

They gave me a quarter pounder cheese i wanted a quarter pounder blt my sister got a book and not a toy

Never had an issue here. It can sometimes be busy but it’s often clean, fast staff, polite staff, a decent amount of dining space, tons of parking. They get my order correct and don’t charge me for swapping toppings on my burger - as it should be.

Geting coffee's or breakfest from this McDonald's is like rolling the dice, so inconsistent. Sometimes the food is good, barley.

Good service I have received here. I mainly go through drive thru. Double lanes ; but sometimes one blocked while store receives.
I order food first and drinks second.
When exiting and entering, people sometimes walk in front of cars. Check their website to see what and when items are available.
More room inside than expected. Order on the west side ; pick up on left.
Dining inside, they give you a number, to place on your table and bring your order to you. Nice seating and nice windows.

Try to stay in proper sequence with car. If u r ordering take note of car on other side if they look completed, then follow their car with your car. If they tell you to pull ahead to wait order. Don't block people exit. Park in designated spots north (just before drive thru entrance) If inside waiting order checkout my YouTube channel for laughs.

For the most part, amazing customer service, my family’s order gets messed up everyone and then but they are usually very good with accommodating for their mistakes with meal offers or coupons for the next time we go!

4+ times now they have incorrectly made my coffee order. I won't go back. I understand McDonald's gets busy. There just seems to be a lack of effort from this store.

I ordered 2 breakfast burritos and a SAUSAGE egg and cheese sandwich. I was not asked if they could substitute with ham. I'm already home and it will cost me more gas money to return for a refund. I should be reimburse for this constant problem. 0 STARS IF THERE WAS AN OPTION

It's McDonald, it is what it is.
Drive through, is a pain, have to circle around whole place, to get in line, (at times, only 1 lane operates)
Busy location, so have patience, staff will get it on its turn.
Ample Parking on site.

The usual for a Mcd's. Going in through the parking lot and through drive through is a bit of a pain. Set up is not the best.

Mixed reviews, I've been coming here for years, usually just for coffee. Will get food here in a pinch, breakfast has always been right, other food items have generally been accurate too.
Depending on what time you show up, you could be through in less than 3 minutes, or like tonight, you could be in the drive thru for 25 minutes.
The latter happened to be tonight, I ordered a coffee around 10: 15pm and waited for the cars ahead of me to move. And waited. And waited. And waited. I was there for 20 minutes and hadn't even made it around the bend to get to the first window.
I get it, its summer, highschool kids flock to the dining room, Uber eats floods in orders, drive thru orders, young people working late night, kitchen gets slammed, you're destined to wait. However, with all the complaints of the above reviewers saying they get pulled up ahead for their orders, this hardly ever happens at night time because you're just stuck waiting behind a line that barely moves.
I had to leave the line, otherwise I was going to be late for work. I don't mind waiting for things, but 25 minutes on a Monday night for coffee is not acceptable. I feel bad leaving this review because its definitely not always like this, but just at this time during these summer months. When I do interact with staff, they're pleasant and awesome so please understand that its not an attack on them, they're doing the best they can with what they've got to work with, but the procedures they're instructed to follow during these hours should be reviewed.
