Honestly tired of the ghetto ratchet attitude I always get when I go there I went today went in the drive thru tell my order several times I pay go home open the bag ready to eat and the orders completely wrong, they need to a rework top to bottom at this location it’s ridiculous wasted money on food I didn’t ordered

These guys don't know how to brew coffee, had to drain mine coz the coffee granules werenot filtered. Worst experience

I want to suggest about men’s washroom that if someone is peeing so the person inside have to wait until the person outside is finished peeing or who is waiting to use the inside washroom has to wait you should fix that thing and all other things are ok.

I don't understand how the simplest orders can be messed up every single time. But no matter what I order from this place something is always missing.super annoying I will never order or go back to this location again. Y'all need to get some better workers or pay attention.

This location giving stale muffins. Every morning between 5: 45am -6am I go to buy a carrot muffin and it is always ice cold. I asked why it is always cold the answer I got "I don't know ". A big franchise like McDonald's should not be try to kill people, that is what they are doing when giving their customers stale food to go in their belly/stomach. Bacteria. I will not be going back

Besides slow.which is fine.decided to enter.very rude casheir on this day of may 21.2022.about 4.30pm.telling her what I want.she cannot find button to press.her cashier buddy looks.can't find button.suggest I buy the item and remove what I don't want. Huh? I asked her what did u say.she is like forget.forget it. I'm like. I can't believe u just said that.anyway another employee over hears what I'm asking for. Sausage McDuffie.no EGG. U have to say that or they give u egg. I knew it was wring because she was saying 4 29.the guy steps it shows her the right button. And this little girl who thinks I'm one if her Facebook friends turns to her the other girl and saying I was ordering wrong.that is not what I was saying. I'm telling her yes it is and she keeps goes on and I realize.why am.i arguing with this person when the guy obviously understood. She carries on with facial expression body language.etc. I say look I don't want u to serve me.pleas move away.the guy completed the order.she walks off and is talking my name to another employee and the other employee looks in my direction.what's wrong with these people.what do I look like to u. I'm like look she is over there continuing.it was ridiculous.after kreder asked for manager.of course manager takes her time.intell her what happen happen.but the fact that ur employee is over there talking about a customer is dam rude.the rude one comes over to listen.in a discreet way. ARE U SERIOUS. I say why are uistenjng.u should see the body language and eyes rolling. I leave her there telling the manager HER VERSION OF WHAT HAPPENED. MCFONALDS NEEDS TO SEPRRATE A FAMILY EMPLOYEE ATMOSOHERE VS DOING UR JOB RIGHT.

I used skip the dishes and which ever staff at the Ingram Dr location MacDonald's got part of my order wrong. As I paid in advance there is not much I can do but they really should have a line where people can call or online customer service rep who can resolve such issues and make sure it does not happen again.

Angus burger with bacon strips grilled onions two eggs cheese and tomatoes all-in-one platter makes a great breakfast meal. Use the self-serve kiosk to build the meal you want; it's so easy! Two egg McMuffins without the bread and add some tomato slices and you've got a great breakfast.

The worst service out of all the McDonald's in Canada. Cashiers are very slow, because are doing someone else's job for some reason. This doesn't make sense to you, but when you get there, it will all make sense. When I ordered a Big Mac, the burger was just out of place and it was so messy. Just go to a better McDonald's honestly

This location was a bit dissatisfing I ordered at drive threw they were at an ok pace they could have been faster cause they were not busy at all, my food was prepared sloppy and of the 4 sandwiches 2 were dry and looked like the have been in the bin for awhile and the other 2 chicken patties were fresh but done sloppy, no napkins were put in the bag, the employees were ok at service but could have done better, there is parking spaces they have 2 intercoms to take orders, there is an outdoor seating area.

I have heard they were slow at this location. Experience it for myself. Drive through was short I still end up waiting over 30mins.

Slow service and orders are sometimes wrong. Worst thing is their coffee is hit and miss and they never stir it so your sugar is always on the bottom.ugh staff is friendly usually but maybe managers should step up their training or at least try actually managing

Love McDonald's used to love to take the kids there all the time now they're all grown up now they take their kids there who doesn't love McDonald's

This location always mess up our order. Especially on Uber Eats! Double, triple check the orders!

Employees need to remember if they take a order outside to a waiting customer. The Employee must 1st wash hands before resuming their duties.

Minimal line up, quick service and meal quality was excellent- had BigMac Meal and was hot and fresh

Decided to treat myself and buy some food for my family. Got water instead of Sprite and the quarter pounder with cheese has been put together worse than Toronto infrastructure. Cheese was more on the box than the actual burger.

Asked for a hot chocolate at this location since we had one of those McCafé stickers.lady working there said it’s only for “COFFEE” no other beverages.rude as well and fought with us as we normally get our hot chocolate at this location since we collect these stickers s Went to another location and they honoured it. The heck was her problem?

Great location kind staff today I ordered the spicy habanero chicken sandwich and it was delicious I also ordered an ice frappe the vanilla chai it was amazing and my daughter really enjoys the slushies pink lemonade is her favorite. The restaurant is clean well-run the food comes out very quickly and most importantly the staff are quite kind

McDonald's is a nice and clean restaurant, and I like McDonald's burgers and fries, McDonald's burgers are delicious, and the staff is good.

I just ordered the chicken, bacon wrap and it was cold. The drive isn't that far from where I am.and it wasn't even wrapped well. Please do better

Just left the Drive - Thru here and the lady taking orders was horrible. Instead of answering my questions, she blatantly gave me attitude, then continued to ask in the most rude tone “anything else” with a sigh. Still didn’t get it right at the window had to confirm over 6 times. The blatant attitude was disgusting when all I did was ask if something came with a specific topping. Customer service from this place today was horrible, such a disappointment coming from this location.

Purchased a quarter pounder combo. The bottom bun on the burger is so stale that it's hard. I eat mcdonald's often and have never had this before.

They don't care about customers waiting long time and dont know how to speak to customers. They're too busy jocking around hugging each other and giving dirty looks to customers.
They pretend that they own the place, ignore or talk down to customers, I am disgusted and I would fired everyone of them!

I would like to give zero stars if possible, this location is a joke. Long wait but wrong/missing item EVERY SINGLN TIME. I wait for 20min for my food with wrong drinks, although it’s a long wait but food is cold.question is so what I am waiting for at last 20 min!?

This particular McD's at Keele/ Gulliver is the worst in customer service! Check you order when using the nightmare DRIVE through has they make it a habbit of not getting your order right!

I ordered the asiago and bacon but unfortunately they hand me over without bacon and the chicken it looks like the smaller portion. Service is good but staff not really friendly.

Worst location.at least 20 mins wait for 1 combo. Bunch of kids that don't care about customer service, rather play on their cells or chat with others. Orders are always wrong. WORST location in the city

HORRIBLE McDonald's in the area. The staff are super slow and clearly don't care about you. I waited 15 minutes for an order that was already made when I finished ordering. I literally waited 15 minutes for 2 Coffess through drive thru.
And was not the first time that happened.

They told us to pull to the waiting area to wait for our food and then when the girl came to bring us our food we told her we didn't have our coffees. She went to go get it and came back. After she came back and brought us our coffee, we said thank you she rolled her eyes and walked away. Sorry but if your the one that screwed up don't give us attitude. This McDonalds has the worst customer service.

Worst costumer service ever, just for a coffe you have to wait more than 15 min, and if you going on the drive through you have to wait more than 30 min, and was almost empty only see like 5 people, i dont want to imagine if was full of people, probably you have to wait 1h for a coffe

Terrible mcdonalds night time service, every single time I've been there the wait has been ridiculous.workers don't care about customer service that much is clear.

I don't recommend this place at all. Most of people who work there seem to hate their job, not to mention they don't pay attention to the orders and clearly seem not to care about the customers (they barely look to you when you ask them something). I will never comeback to this establishment.

Those youngbkids really need to know customer service. Poor organizational skills. The prep line sandwhich maker just really didnt care about her job and they were just there as if we owed them a favour for ordering.

Came in during a busy wave of customers. Wait was long but they handled it well. The problem was that even though they were rushing, they weren't careful. My Burger bun was Rock hard and i had to wait just as long to get the replacement. It didn't look like they were being sanitary in the kitchen from where I was waiting.

Lady went to make my iced coffee dropped a cup on the floor picked it up off the floor and proceeded to make my iced coffee yuck had to argue to get her to make me a new one with a clean cup

This locations inability to get an order right is pathetic. How hard is it to read a screen and make sure that's what is in the bag?
