Was big lineup at drive-thru, it moved quickly but I was more impressed with the young lady who took my order and payment at the 1st window she was very cheerful and a pleasant person to engage with for the morning and it was followed by a 2nd lady at the 2nd window who handed me my order who was as equally cheerful

CHECK YOUR MEAT ON YOUR BURGER, THERE WAS A BITE TAKEN OUT OF OF A PATTY OF A QUARTER POUNDER! NOT THE BUN, JUST THE MEAT. PHOTO INCLUDED

I've ordered from the drive thru many times, i ask for the same thing every time, quarter pounder with cheese meal, please, no pickles, and every time they give me a quarter pounder with no cheese and pickles. Is your staff doing this on purpose? It's gotten to the point now where i have to check everything i order from this place before you drive away, then they accuse you of holding up the line. Try getting the order right!

Drive thru menu sign is filthy dirty lightbulbs burnt out can’t ever read the menu if the franchisee is too cheep to fix an important part of there business what other corners are they cutting. I’ll be notifying head office about this experience Btw left without placing the order went to another clean location

Slow service I was in the drive thru waiting for a iced coffee no one else in line when I pulled up I didn’t even wait or get my money back after seeing her make about four different drinks as I left I saw five other cars that got behind me in that time

I had great service this evening. 903 I ordered a snack wrap, some cookies and a coffee. The encounter was excellent. I had to wait for the cookies but the staff at the service window provided such good service, i didn't mind the wait at all. Good work ladies! I hope your manager sees this and provides some positive feedback! Customer service is so important.

I visited here last week in the morning and a young girl name konica served me really well. She spoke really good.

Well I go nearly every morning for a coffee and some mini donuts. If I did have a nit to pick, sometimes it could be a little faster.

So I did breakfast review of 4 food chains. A&W, Tim Hortons, McDonald's and Starbucks. The egg McMuffin was not soft by the time I did the review. It was not soft, it became hard and not tasty. Only good was the coffee. Check full video on my YouTube channel pvcrazyforfood

Worst staff I order without cheese burger they gave me with cheese and when I go back at window they gave me same burger and cheese pieces still stuck on burger -10 star

Please listen the order carefully dont miss the items we arent free to go around wait in que pay again and recieve order

I literally waited for 20 minutes for a small order.
They just work on drive thru! Don’t care about the delivery guys! They just don’t know how to manage the orders and prioritize them!

The manager at this location does not possess the required skill set for satisfactory customer service. She is of a rude demeanor and very unapologetic for their own mistakes.

First they made my burger wrong and then I had to wait for half and hour for them to remake my burger. Plus they had horrible customer service.

Recently all McDonald's have stopped making carrot muffins. Not happy. Me and my wife loved the carrot muffins. First I was told we are out carrots muffins. I tried 3 -4 different McDonald's but no carrots muffins. One morning I asked the cashier and was told we don't make carrot muffins anymore. So I won't be going to McDonald's anymore as they were lying about the carrots muffins.

I always go there at night coz I worked nearby and go there in break there is the lady name amardeep she thinks she owns the place always rude while taking the order and she also had problem with hearing too.beware of amardeep she can spoil ur whole mood and day in some seconds…

Terrible customer service at this location. Manager is extremely rude. Unnecessarily frustrated on customers and made racist comments. Ruined the whole “Mc Donalds” experience for us!

Standard McDonald. Store is clean and Drive thru is quick. Drive thru orders and be an obstacle due to the noise from the flight path overhead.

This service has been so bad lately at this location no mater what time of the day the drive through like is atleast 15 minutes and then after that 15 minutes they want you to park horrible service
Customer service is also horrible how they talk through the intercom is not it!

After waiting 15 mins in line to take my order then I waited 10 mins for my order then the girl that gave me my order was not very pleasant. I wasn't very happy

We haven't been into a McDonald's in ages just because of covid. Went today and this location was super clean, Someone was walking around cleaning the tables, and making sure the washrooms were clean too. We sat down to eat, and felt comfortable. Staff were friendly and tentive.

I visited recently to fill a class luncheon order and even in the middle of this Lockdown, the Crew is organized, efficient and incredibly customer friendly! Always incredible service!

Overall, they are okay in all aspects. However, on several occasions, they have not given me my correct order and unfortunately I only notice when I'm home. When I call them they do offer to make a new one, but it's not the most convenient to go back. Most times I just let it go, but since the pandemic, the times they have gotten my order wrong, has increased dramatically. I would say they get my order wrong once every 3 orders.

I ordered ONE coffee on the mobile app and it took them 15minutes to delive for curbside pickup. When I got it was cold.

Bought 2 large coffees.it was literally filled 2 thirds.atleast an inch under the line. I did not even drink yet. I should of been charged for medium.

The food is going to be the same from McDonald's to McDonald's. I choose to go to this location because the service is always fantastic. The representatives are fast efficient and friendly. Recommended.

This location is phenomenal! They always have hot mustard and never have the gaul to charge for it:) Amazingly cordial and never miss a single detail. McDonald's is THE single largest purchaser of beef on the planet; they know good food, they price competitively and always use top-rate ingredients. Make no mistake, this is real food sourced locally. Thanks guys!

Waited in a long lane to get half amount of fries and they were cold. Brought them back and thr Manger wasn't really polite and gave me back more cold fries.

They yelled at me for even just looking at the door tonsee what time they open. And their food aleays cold

A good McDonald's, but not the greatest I've been too. Night staff can sometimes get your order wrong (a greater frequency than "once in a blue moon", more like 3-4 times if you were to order every day of the month). The customer service is fine, haven't had a bad interaction in the ~9 years since I started going to this one. The food is pretty good, sometimes they skimp out on sauces and spreads which can leave ur burger tasting dry. All in all 4/5 I would recommend this McDonald's.

This McDonald's is the worst. Everytime I order from them I can never get my order right. Doesn't matter if I use the app or the drive thru they some how can do their jobs properly. Forget trying to call the store they won't answer.

Service is a bit slow and often times they'll forget napkins. Once I asked a worker to confirm if there were napkins, and she said yes without checking. But of course there were none.

Ordered an Egg & Sausage McMuffin Meal and got a dry Muffin with Sausage and Cheese. Instead of Hashbrowns I got French Fries. The only thing they got right was the coffee. Very disappointed. Next time I will for sure check the bag before I leave.

I am going to give this a one star I went through the drive thought around 6: 15 Monday June 15 2019 I could nearly hear the drive through person sounded like she was dead got to the window payed for my stuff still talk to quite day.got to pick my food up went home my mc checken had more lettuce then mayor better yet had nothing of mayo sorts but hot as hell whitch I love but this is ever time I come to the McDonald u can't hear the person though the drive through at all

Very small portion, about half what I get in other location. We had two half sundaes for a price of two full one.

Always as expected. Went to help donate some money to McDonald's Children's Charity. Learned that lunch starts at 11am. Lol

This is Ontario's worst McDonald's store. Do not go there the service is horrible. They have no concept of customer service at all. All of the managers and at least 1/4 of the employee should be fired

Tried the gish and chips, was not impressed. Very small/dry pieces (2) of fish and the chips where cold and hard.

Poor service, what you order and what you get is never the same thing. I even ordered a tea once, and instead of water for the tea, they used coffee.worst McDonald’s

Usually only end up at McDonald's late night, this franchise takes a while but it's expected because they're making the food as orders come in. Might take a little longer than usual but the food is almost always hot and fresh

Very slow today. Very. 1 normal breakfast sandwich and a coffee took nearly 10 minutes to be given to me (I could see the sandwich sitting wrapped in the waiting area). There were 10 people behind the counter lollygagging. 2 stars because the food and coffee were both hot.

We always love McDonalds even we're old. Ordered Big Mac and chicken Mcnuggets, fries and cheeseburger. Hmmm delicious! It was quiet weekday morning, just right for retired people. Place was very clean.

Its McDonalds, what's more to say. I got 6 jr. Chickens for myself and didnt at all feel guilty. I took the stairs and work and even walked to mcDonalds, I deserved all 6 of those delicious jr chickens. I was happy that the cashier didnt judge me for my order either, next time maybe I'll get 40 mcnuggets just to see their reaction

Just came from this location. Ordered inside at their kiosk. 9: 22pm order was placed. There was alot of chatting behind the counter. We waited patiently for our number to be called. Went multiple times to ask if our food was being prepared, and they said yes. But all along our food was prepared already just waiting on the counter. Someone there thought it was an online delivery! How can you mix up those orders when they have 2 different order numbers! We finally got our food at 10: 10pm. Definately not return to this locstion.

Waited 15 mins for shake, called a lady to ask she looked at me and ignored like i was nothing or a freebie.

Service was extremely, slow garbages were over flowing, pop machine was not working warm pop not ice manage went and checked but still placed no sign on it all staff wanted to do was talk with themselves backs were always turned away from counter and when finally a young girl acknowledge me she gave attitude towards me with no apology for the warm pop

Went during lunch hour, service was faster than I've had during less busy times at other McDonald's. And even during busy time, the staff were still helpful

Strangest egg mcmuffin I ever had. It is was made with scrambled egg. When I brought it to their attention they told me that's how they are making them now. When did that change?
Staff are nice but the new system of waiting for your order leaves much to be desired. Not uncommon to get the wrong order.

Claims to be open 24hrs. Signs on the building read “Open 24hrs” they shut down at 3: 30am to “change over to breakfast” (all day breakfast?) and will not take orders.

Place is not kept clean.tables were dirty where I needed to clean them myself.washroom was very dirty and the drink area was also dirty.there were no lids, napkins or ice. McDonald's should be ashamed

Garbages were overflowing while the staff were just chatting. Washroom was disgusting. I wonder how dirty their kitchen was?
