I'm pretty disappointed. It took over 15 minutes for a small fry and a tea. Same with just a small lemonade. The staff were friendly. But the bathrooms were not cleaned along with most of the tables. The fries were not warm, and the lemonade was watered down. At least there are a lot of seating options. Files and hair were everywhere for some reason. But it is a chain restaurant although it could have been much better.

Quick going through the drive thru, however employees are lacking customer service skills. Very disappointing, grumpy & rude.

For showing up just as the lunch menu turned over they were really fast at getting me my food and I didnt have to wait in one of those spots off to the side.

We ventured out to Mcdonalds on a Sunday before dropping off a Family member to the Go Station, Liz was our Drive Thru attendant and was fantastic! We had forgotten to order a milkshake and when we asked if we could add to the order she was fantastic and had it ready to go for us in no time!

The dirtiest establishment I've ever set foot in. Looks like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. I've seen dive/stripper joints cleaner than this place.

Ordered mcflurrys. Service sucked. The girl who handed me our order looked like we were putting her out. I said "thank you" and she looked away and closed the window. It might not seem like much, but I worked at McDonald's for my first job - we'd have been written up or terminated if we were as unfriendly as that to our customers. But maybe this is acceptable for this location.

Okay. The place looked like it was not that well taken care of. The entrance was grimy and not welcoming as McDonald's places used to be. I asked for my coffee to be without milk and sugar, but I was served regular coffee with milk and sugar. That could have been an oversight, but that is no excuse. I hope this is not the norm with McDonald's eateries, in general. I got the impression that standards have dropped.

You are paying for this burger $8 and getting few onions and one slice of pickle ‍ On the other hand, I paid large size of French fries and got small size awful place ever

I ordered today a Smarties McFlurry with caramel, this is the first time I had just ice cream with a tiny pinch of smartie with a drop of caramel (like not even barely a piece of smartie) in my McFlurry. I am not happy

What can I say, it doesn't really matter really. I keep going back, ainly because I work in the area. So I go back every once in awhile. But they are usually very friendly, but I am gonna sayers up orders fairly regularly. The worst is when you don't get sauce for nuggets!

Ordered myself and my wife some food through uber eats, paid extra for priority delivery, got the food 1h later, my crispy chicken blt looked like it was 3 days old, buns were hard and chicken also, my wife's big Mac was the same thing, not worth it at all, this place will not be getting orders from me anymore.

They were fast on the lunch time drive thru, but they missed my nugget sauce and straws. Not the worst that can happen of course and I am sure it isn't common.

They can get some pretty long line ups in the drive through, but they’re always pretty fast to get through them and you don’t often get parked to wait for your food. It’s very rare they make a mistake on the orders and the staff are very friendly.

I’ve been coming to this location now for seven weeks every Wednesday for lunch.
I have a three star only due lack of cleaning.
Mostly the Mens washroom is gross. I have addressed it twice and still nothing has been done.
(Touch nothing in there)
Today the smell was horrible to the point of gagging.

This is the McDonald's that is closest to where I live. I must say that because we do go here quite often, we've always had negative experiences due to poor customer service. Sometimes I have to wait 10 to 15 minutes just for a small Junior chicken. It's very frustrating. I can understand if it only happened a few times. But this happens almost every single time I go here. Also it appears that when you even go in store, staff don't even really pay attention to you and you could be waiting at the counter for such a long time. I've worked in fast food for a long time many years ago and this is not appropriate customer service

What can I say? It's the same as every other McDonald's. Delicious and consistent trash that is the perfect occasional indulgence

If you come here after 12 and you see 3 cars in the drive thru, just drive away. This is the slowest drive thru after hours. Expect to wait 15+ minutes for your food…

Best of the 3 McDonalds anywhere near my home. Well worth going under the highway to avoid the two McDonalds near it. Safer driveway, more spacious, less busy.

It took 22 minutes to get through the drive through, I was almost late for work getting just a coffee:/

An actual joke of an establishment.
Half the things on the menu aren’t even available half the time & when you ask them if they make make anything and that your willing to wait for it they refuse.

The drive thru line moves fairly quickly and rarely do they ask you to wait. Curbside pickup is very prompt at this location as well. The team members are friendly. I'd deduct half a star if I could for my missing bun.

Got one coffee and three iced coffees. Coffee was ice cold and filled to the brim with unsatisfactory. All three iced coffees were ordered with different flavours and none were marked to indicate which ones which.

My experience was bad when i want at night time. I ordered 20 nuggets, 4 jr.chicken, and a mc doable meal with large fries. After being in line up for 20 mins i got my order and was missing 2 jr.chicken and the mc doable. Then they would not answer their phone. So i had to then go thou the drive thou which took 15 more mins and the person was rude when i got back to it.

Cheeseburger far from the picture and description that on the website. We asked not cold chocolate milk, but they still give cold. And only 2 tiny napkins was added in the bag. Never come back

One thing I love about McDonalds is they are so short staffed and the only place open in Orillia after 11pm. The staff are amazing and very thorough. (Should be making way more than they do).

It's been a while since I've had McDonald's but this location was delicious. Great customer service too. Keep ot up guys

Ordered the BTS meal with 2 chili sauces, coke no ice and large fries. Paid for it and got to the second window and was told there were no chili sauces so I got honey instead. Then I parked and noticed my fries were regular and there was no receipt and my coke had ice in it. And no one answered the phone. Come on!

I went to the Park Place Mcdonald's location today, at 10: 55am to order a breakfast meal (with a SMALL iced coffee), along with a MEDIUM fries. When I received my food, I got a SMALL pack of fries, a MEDIUM sized iced coffee, NO hashbrown, plus I was charged for a small coke that I did not even ask for. I went in to nicely inform them about it; however, they did not accommodate me with anything what so ever. They told me they don't sell hashbrowns after 11am, but it wasn't 11am when I ordered, plus the person taking our order did not inform us about that. I got nothing in return and had to buy a medium fries and 10 pack of nuggets, which were not fresh even though it was the beginning of lunch time.

First of all, my order was taken incorrectly, they were completely ignorant and rude, and offered me nothing to make up for the mistake THEY made. Not visiting this location ever again due to their unprofessional service and discourtesy.

This is the McDonald's in Barrie and I went there two times, was not impressed, went through drive though and they got my order wrong twice, I will keep trying and let you know when they finally get my order right!?

Not sure when they got the drive thru but it is SLOW and both lines were LONG, definitely turtle speed or slower.waited a few minutes and saw it did not budge so reversed and went elsewhere.

They are faster at this McDs than the one west of 400 but I find their prices on certain items are sometimes a tad more.wish they had a drive thru here.

Forgot syrup and butter for hot cakes. HOT CAKES. These should be standard things included. Unacceptable that they overlooked this. Will not be returning.

So went here on July 2nd @ 11pm and did a mobile order for an ice cream cone using the drive thru, it was packed this day cars in front and behind, get to the speaker and was told "we don't have ice cream" so I had to ask why did your mobile app let me order it? And he said " it's a McDonald's app not ours" to which I said is this not Mcdonald's (me looking around at all the McDonald signs) Mcdonald's what a Fail!

Butchered breakfast order via uber eats. Missing drink, 3 hashbrowns and sent wrong sandwiches. Really poor.

The young ladies on the mic didn’t respect uber driver. Unprofessional staff. Never come back to pick up anymore

Only issue is that the "first pull off spot" that they queue up cars for food to be brought out, if it's not available when you get to the window, is right in front of the window so it makes it hard to pull past.

I am extremely disappointed today with my order. I ordered 3 meals for myself, my mother and my brother, all Big Macs. I even have the receipt for proof. I got home to find an ENTIRE meal was missing from the bag.this is probably the 20th time that they’ve forgetting something, there hasn’t been a SINGLE time where I go and something ISNT missing. This location needs to speak with its staff on forgetting items, as they have a habit of constantly doing it. And no, I am not exaggerating whatsoever, I have been very patient and understand that it happens from time to time, but this is starting to get ridiculous, and if you attempt to speak to a supervisor nicely about it, they will be rude, act like you’re wasting their time, and just offer to throw you a couple coupons. What do they care? They already took our money anyways.

Usually service is great. All i ask is that if your going to charge. 50$ for a side of sauce. Please make sure its in my bag with my order. Thank you

I like the curbside. The staff need to take more care in preparing pre ordered meals. I have ordered chicken wraps in the past as well as today. All wraps have ordered with grilled chicken but I alway seem to get crispy chicken. This is getting a little frustrating.

I ordered wraps. They were dry and no lettuce with very little sauce. I also ordered and paid for sauces. Didn't get them all and no ketchup. I couldn't finish eating it was awful.

Ordered $30 worth of food and after I paid I proceeded to the second window and got my order, I asked the employee for a BBQ sauce to which she replied "next time order BBQ sauce at the drive thru because we charge for it! " You are seriously going to charge me for a F*king BBQ sauce after ordering $30 of your food! Guess I'll go to the other one down the street. How cheap does the owner have to be to charge for a BBQ sauce. Also I order chicken nuggets

Got told I cannot have junior chickens at 10: 30am.
Got told I couldn't have my large soft drink split half fruitopia, half Sprite, and that I had to buy 2 separate drinks instead or enter the store to make the drink myself.
Left feeling overcharged in every way possible. Very poor service skills.

This McDonald's doesn't even deserve one star. They rush your order, make you wait 20 minutes for your food, just to find out its ALL WRONG AND COLD! The employees there really don't care about customer Service or quality. MCDONALDS ISNT CHEAP ANYMORE!

They work hard at this McDonald's to keep the place clean and sanitized and they follow Covid 19 protocols. We go out of our way to use this location.

Amazing service from Lexi! She went above and beyond to make sure my family and I had everything exactly the way we wanted, and always with a great smile in her face!

Waited about 5 minutes outside the secondary drive through window, only to have to go inside to get my food. Found 3-4 employees standing around doing nothing in the back. Only when the manager came out to see what I needed did the ruffle through the food in the bags to find my order already fulfilled and sitting there.

Total fail. Should have just walked inside to get my food instead of ordering in the drive thru.

Worst customer service ever. This location over charges you so make sure to get your receipt. I do not recommend this place ever. Attendant got our order wrong, only give us 1/2 of our order, we waited over 20mins in drive thru and minutes later the attendant comes to the window to say she already give us our food and accuses us of steeling. (Thru the window) Staff and manager is extremely rude and they just don’t care to listen or train their staff properly and with respect. #mcdonaldscustomerservice

I went at 3.30am and they didn't took the order saying that we are preparing for breakfast so no orders at this time

Amazing customer service. I ordered an got pulled away so my dinner was sitting for awhile and they offered to give fresh fries when i can back to get it.

This location is behind the times.they have no USB plugs for their customers.easy fix McDonalds.not everyone carries the full charger!

Just came from the La fitness across the road the double quarter pounder with cheese combo was amazing tasted like mass production from a factory!

In the outside lane of the drive thru, watched 5 cars on the inside lane get their orders taken while I waited.

10+ mins in the drive thru - so much for fast service.

They don't stir my coffee enough, I always have to go to where the fountain machine is and use a straw to stir my coffee before I leave the restaurant so that I don't get a mouthful of sugar at the bottom of the coffee every time.

Nice clean and modern, plenty of tables and spacious. Very friendly lady staff came around to pickup everyone's finished trays & stuff.

Our family eat lunch here. The staff is very unfriendly! We asked them to reheat the baby food in microwave for 30 seconds, but they refused to do. The only reason is the baby food is not their food. The baby had cookies only for lunch.

They have gone downhill the past few years. They aren't fast food anymore. They are more semi slow food.

Good breakfast, sausage McMuffins and hash browns. Hash browns were REALLY greasy, and I always ask for them to be well done so they aren't usually like that, but I squeezed the grease out on 4 napkins. It was seeping thru the bag.
Service was fast but not friendly. Parking lot and drive thru were a nightmare though! Got told to pull up to wait for our order and had no place to go that wasn't in the way, people honking horns and being idiots! They need a better set up for people waiting.

My girlfriend and I got horrible food poisoning & I used to come here every morning and ask for a double double. 80% of the time there's no sugar in my coffee. What's going on here? Management just completely gave up?

(cheese not between patties and only on top) So going to mcdonalds late I guess means having to put up with moron staff who even though it's on the menu which is a double cheeseburger combo yet she tells me that it doesn't come in a combo but the mcdouble comes in a combo. I responded but then agreed to the mcdouble but as I get up to the window they manager is there with the employee to which she tells me I can get the double cheese combo but the difference is the cheese. Duh but getting this poor excuse of a burger like I was fine with the mcdouble but don't lie to my face (later edit also I absolutely enjoy stone cold fries I mean thanks?)
