I've been going to this location since I was a child. Other than a few renovations over the years nothing much has changed. The interior feels run down and is often dirty. The customer service is inconsistent, most visits the service is excellent and food is prepared quickly.

My daughter's 5th birthday was held here on June 24/23 Sat. The location was perfect for my guests who lived around the area. The Play Place was the highlight, as soon as my daughter arrived to her patiently waiting friends and guests it was a mad dash to the Play Place. The screams of 4/5 yr old boys and girls was not only deafening but practically scared the other customers that didnt know there was a birthday day celebration happening on the other side. The staff was very accommodating, since the AC was not working on our side staff was kind enough to bring out fans to help alleviate the heat. Kate the swing manager took down our 15 happy meal orders and adults as well. She had informed her kitchen in advanced and had delivered the meals right on to our table. We requested extra napkins, trays etc and was generously accommodated. Lucas the acting manager had delegated his crew to help with whatever we may need. He had also taken the initiative to keep the birthday cake safe in their fridge and when I had asked for it, he had mentioned that his crew is about to go to the dollar store to purchase a knife to cut the cake, this was very thoughtful of him and i applaud his attitude, i thanked him kindly for the offer since we were already prepared for it. The blowing of the cake and cake cutting went smoothly, kids scarfed down their meals as hurriedly as they can as to get back into the Play Place. My wife and I had considered other McDonald's location such as the one at Ellesmere and Victoria Park, they have a bigger Play Place but the seating arrangement is limited and it doesnt feel exclusive to guests and celebrant. The price is very affordable and staff was excellent. We did not feel that we were rushed, restrictions are obvious since its open to the public but no staff came out to nag us to be quiet or such. I mean seriously, go tell that to 15 active 4/5 yr olds to be quiet.

They don't have a drive through but you can do a curbside pick up to get it from the inside. I ordered fries and it was so fresh. It's been too long since I got a proper fresh fries and not stale. Their service is good. I would go again and keep up the good work

Decent franchise location but has no drive through. Food is usually fresh but the service can be slow at times depending how busy they are.

One of the best McDonalds in terms of quality and customer service. Been to so many horrible ones. You will definitely feel the difference. Visit them.

Asked for no salt on the fries, it was loaded with salt and nuggets were stale. One of the worst experiences I've had with this location.

Food was fine. I gave low rating because as a disabled person, there was no washroom for me and my friend and I had to struggle up stairs. If a washroom was not available to ALL people I would not have stayed for my food as my friend and I have walkers. I went looking for a disabled washroom and saw it was not available! That's not okay.

This experience was awful. The lady who works on night shift on September 25 has really bad attitude. I had really bad takeout experience because of her. Besides, i ordered a two-people combo, there is no ketchup for the fries, no fork for the poutine, no napkins at all! How am I supposed to eat the food in my car? I think she is not well trained, please let her show some respect for the customer at least.

No customer service. Wrong orders. Few times forgot my (ice tea) drink. The ice cream ordered for my kids are not the vanilla flavour. Wrong order again. Today, even better the new staff / cashier is quite rude and brought this issue to the store supervisor-Jason. I don’t think he understood the issues here and tried to tell me that is customer you own problem. There is nothing he can do or to improve in this store. Waiting my time waiting in the line and didn’t end up order anything. Worst McDonald’s store and I wish I can it zero star if I can!

The staff is so rude including the manager Jason. The manager Mr. Jason is a very discriminating person. He needs to learn how to talk to people and highly needs to work in his attitude towards people

Fast service. I was missing an item but they quickly resolved the issue. I only realized once I was home that the item wasn't missing afterall. It was hidden in the Happy Meal box. Why it was put in there in the first place? I don't know. But nevertheless customer service was friendly and quick to help and resolve any issues.

We ordered three double expresso and iced coffee for take out. We asked for a large pop cup and they said they will charge us. Can you believe what price? $3 for just a cup.

Their excuse was before customers used to ask for large cup for free water. But now we are ordering all these and they still can’t give a cup? That excuse of other customers doesn’t apply to us as we are clearly ordering this to mix it up. The manager was not helpful at all. The counter person doesn’t understand what we want to order. Had to literally explain more than 3 times what we want.

If it was Starbucks, they would have given us for free. Considering that we ordered all these coffee, they can’t give a cup and has the audacity to ask to charge $3.
We go to McDonald’s at William kitchen and the customer service is so good.
Lastly Ask for less sweet in iced coffee but seems like they didn’t bother and added sugar.

If there is zero, I would have given zero.

I am going to file a complain to the corporate to see why is there such a rule for real customers and not taking advantage of the cups. I clearly ordered so many drinks to mix it up.

The breakfast sandwich I ordered was fresh and delicious. The double double coffee, unfortunately, had only a single helping of sugar. Not as tasty as I would have liked, but probably a healthier auction!

My go to McDs place. Staff here are very friendly and helpful. I always find they give me an extra chicken nugget:)

Staff was serving drive through, people inside the store was line up and waiting while they get attention. Long waiting time.

I guess this is the store manager on site April 27th at 5: 15pm shift.
No customer service at all. She sees you and ignores you standing for minutes in the counter. I wouldn't come back again if she is still in this location.

My youngest brother introduced me again after a long time break. The workers are always helpful and working very hard. Always on prompt. The assembly is working promptly. We had chicken burger mcflurry with Oreo and nuggets. Right from hot oven. Thanks. The manager was male. And was working diligently super hard. We should support these front line workers.

Worst McDonald's ever, Do not recommend. They get every single order wrong, They cannot even get unsalted fries right. Every time I order here it is 100% Guaranteed to have a missing order. Guess what? Something as simple as Grilled cheese cannot be done right. They either always put mustard or ketchup in it when I specifically ask not to. Same with Unsalted fries, When I order it, The fries either are full of salt or they don't even include them. Ketchup packets aren't included either. I never want to order from here again and you probably shouldn't either.

Didn't think I would give a bad review for a McDonald's, since I like their coffee so much, but this particular McDonald's is a downer. For starters, there is no drive-thru. And since you can't dine in during the coronavirus pandemic, you have to walk in one entrance to order and then leave by a different door. Which we are getting used to because it is like this at every McDonald's restaurant. So I guess until we get the cure for covid-19, I'm going to the drive-thru restaurants.

Yeah, you don’t expect garment food or quality at McD’s but you want a bit of effort in making a bun-less order. It’s like they put the order in a paint shaker or used it as a shake weight. Boo-urns! The kitchen guy took the burger and slammed it upside down in the container!
At this location, don’t even think about customizing your food. And of course the manager won’t accommodate or make any effort to correct the problem. No help if you have Celiac disease here.

2 Days Later. This location needs to take some lessons from 5310 Dixie Road.

The high rate of delivery app drivers results in a 12 min wait to get 2 cheeseburgers an over salted med fries and a drink. Clearly not enough staff to fulfill the massive amount of delivery app orders that makes an otherwise empty restaurant too busy to serve customers at the physical location. The food was prepared and ready, but had no staff available to bag the order.

I haven't had a negative experience here yet. All the folks who work here have been expedient and polite. They do what they are supposed to do.their jobs.

The service is very bad ️ and many many mistakes relating to orders eg. I ordered a tea and they gave me a coffee with a tea bag in it.this is only one there were many mistakes with regard to our order

The food service is the only problem, it takes forever for the order to be finished and given to you. Around a 15-20 min wait for your food.

The manager was a liar. I asked him for fresh burger patties and Fries, he gave me warm patties and dumb Fries

There is a playground inside. But the ventilation is very poor. Kids can barely breath there. Otherwise, the location is pretty clean and spacious.

The service is great.the kids droped the ice cream so the manger offered to give us a free one. That was very nice of him.

Out of all the McD outlets, this is my favorite.
Good customer service with nice ambiance.

Line up is too long and the manue looks so deceiving. After you order just too tiny from I your hands from the pictures.

Don’t go this place! Not fresh!
I ordered a humburger for takeout tonight. But when I open the bag I found the humburger‘s outing paper had opened! ！ And the hamburger is burnt. Can't believe that! How‘s the worker do that？？？Bring a someone had eaten to customer?

I love to eat at McDonald's but in this store, The manager was very awful. I asked for fresh patties and fries he gave me this type of fries and just warm patties. I didn't expect from him

Staff are friendly. Manager on duty is front and center welcoming regulars and new faces. Dining area is very tidy.

I used to go to this location a lot and glad I don't anymore. I am disappointed of what I witnessed. The server who was responsible for the cash and food trying to call back an order since the correct one was not given to the right customer or delivery driver while the customer waiting for his order was asked to wait for it to come back instead of preparing the correct one to the customer in the restaurant patiently waiting for his. I also ordered mcnuggets and waiting a long time as there was none available. I wished that it was explained to me. The nuggets came into the food ready to be packed area and waited another 5 minutes while that same server was chatting up a storm with her colleague and cleaning up the area instead of serving the food that was ready to be packed. Sad and disappointing to see. Will go to another location.

The restaurant was being criticized by other customers, not just myself. Orders were slow, and FLIES are buzzing around the front counter. I will file a complaint. DIRTY. Staff are not trained properly. Won't return

Wow! Can't believe how fast and friendly the service is here.if I wasn't from Guelph I'd eat here all the time when I do go to mici "D's.over all I'd give this a 9 out of 10.

This was by far one of the worst locations I have visited. They were advising customers to use the self check outs to order but majority of people were seniors and did not know how to put in an order.

I helped various people but noticed the McDonald's staff did not even care to assist their own customers. I was over charged by the self check out and demanded a refund but was not granted a refund until the system was back up. I waited and when they finally issued my refund it was a partial refund and I have now toldhead office

Ordered seriously chicken burger, but recieved stale fillet and also gravy and fries in the poutine were not fresh n hot enough to melt cheese curds. Drinks were nice though

Really busy location. They had the new touch screen ordering and came in handy since the line was so long. There location had so many customers that there was at least 15 minutes of wait time for your order. I ordered the ice coffee and still waited long. The ice coffee was good but maybe not for the long wait. Although it was really busy, the staff was friendly and courteous.

Located very conveniently at the junction of sheppard and warden. Have ample parking space, two entrances. Washrooms are ok. There is a play area and also a self-serve ordering station. Never had any issue with the order and was always able to sit comfortably with family. Two dining areas both with wall-tvs with news:)

Bought a mighty Angus. The bacon was disgusting. Not even the bacon strips. Just broken pieces that too cold.its a busy location should improve their customer service accordingly.

What can be said about McDonald's? Good coffee, good fries, and various products that can be criticized for whatever reason you choose. Personally I hate the self serve kiosks, I don't like the interface and I don't find them adding value at all. I always felt McDonald's would be better if they adopted Bank teller style lineups, this would make the kiosks unnecessary.

I ordered Mc chicken with 3 extra tomatoes and when i opened it what i found is there was not a single tomato piece in there and i couldn't complain cause i was far away from the place when i opened it. Why you people are charging dollars for things which you're not giving?
