Manager vehemently insisted I do not leave my receipt on her counter - when my hands were already full. She wanted me to throw receipt in a food court garbage whilst her garbage is so much closer.customer service 101

Great place my kids and I enjoy going there. However, I don’t like the fact they are removing play stations from some location.

The reason for the 4 is no milkshake and Sunday machines.
Other than that it's super great

Looks like the store has changed their open hours recently, however on the maps it shows the older timings (from morning to 2: 30 in the noon). Recently visited at 4: 00 pm when it was open which is great. They also have increased the number of items from the menu at their store. The place is accessible as the complex is at the ground level. The new staff is very polite and courteous. They read the notes on my order right which is a win for me.

Closest McDonald's to me so I've been here a couple times. Almost every time has been less enjoyable than the average McDonald's at other locations. The fries always seem like they are old and decided to refry them. Burgers taste not as good.

Always busy at this tiny outpost! Expect a long line at this busy location in The Village by the Grange food court. There is indoor dining in the food court but gets overcrowded. This location is better as a grab-and-go.

Fast food, obviously, good service, good food. Serve was immaculate. Definitely recommend if you are in a hurry

This location has the best staff in the city. They are courteous and friendly.

There wasn't a huge lineup there when I went. So it was nice to get served almost immediately. The staff was friendly, polite and courteous. I recommend this location.

Really bad customer service and don’t even have enough training of making coffee and they Even don’t know how to take orders. And even though denied my platinum card. Wraps made not good. Coffee not stirred well. I asked for 3 creams, and the coffee was like 1 cream. So bad experience in the morning. Seriously, the crew who was serving us was not treating and greeting well. They should be trained twice/ thrice a day so that they may know how to take a order.

How is this place open it is horrible. I arrived at the location to get coffee in the morning and no one was at the register as they were in the back carrying on. When they finally acknowledge there were customers she was very rude and coughing on her hands then wanting to make my coffee. Seriously.never go here.

Took a long time to prepare the order. Didn't put the burger in a separate package even after a request.

Every single time I go here, I ask for my wrap without shredded cheese. When I get it every single time it is filled with shredded cheese but they remove the shredded lettuce. On the reciept it says no shredded cheese, clearly the personal making the wrap isnt paying attention.

Apparently they have stopped giving free refills, not sure when this happened, but I was not happy about that. Also there's a 50/50 chance your fries will be fresh.

Order coffee on the app. When I arrive to pick up, she print out a receipt and ask me to wait. So what is the point of app order?

A window faces to McCaul St w/ huge McCafe logo, but it is not for pickup. You have to walk into the building. Then why is there a street facing window?

McNuggets with extra chicken cartilage. Did McDonald's publicly say their new McNuggets was all white meat and no more cartilage, chicken skin and bone bits? I suppose that improvement was temporary until no one was looking.

Try to get the free coffee from the coffee promotion, the cashier kept ordering the wrong thing. I gave the promotion card to the cashier and ordered a cold vanilla latte and the cashier heard it as vanilla cone. I gave you a coffee promotion card and I think I’m ordering a vanilla cone? And I told her again that I want a cold vanilla latte and she said ok and later gave me a hot vanilla latte. The service is bad and the staff needs to stop giving people who are ordering bad attitude, what a joke. Will try to avoid this place in the future.

This place sucks. The delivery time wasn't too bad, about an hour. But! The burgers were varying levels of BURNED, dry, or inedible. The bacon, not crispy, but burned. The smaller patties, burned. The buns - toasted to the point of being dry. The veggie burger less burned but overcooked to the point of dryness. The bun, dry/crunchy/stale/BURNED.

Never again at this location. Horrible.

Always a long line, but the service is fast. Not dine in option, but you can sit in the food court.

Rude attendant a girl here name is Renata she works on Friday December 28,2018 around 5: 00 pm she is very rude, never listen to the customers, let customers wait for hours and treats everyone with very bad attetude.

I just ordered a big mac combo and when i opened the burger to put honey sauce, I noticed someone took a huge bite out of the patty on top. Gross! I brought it back to the attention of the manager who had absolutely nothing to say except "sorry we'll make you a new one" whichever kitchen staff is responsible for that needs to be terminated! Obviously I opted for the refund. And by the looks of it, nothing is going to be done about this. Never eating here again. Disgusting!

I’ve been coming this location for many years, used to be nice and fast service.
Now staff have attitude problems and picking up a muffin with her bare hands
Today I ordered a muffin & coffee combo, ask for a large coffee as they are in the coffee promotion. When I tried to clarify why there’s a $. 40 charge on top, the girl raise her voice and shouted: I don’t understand what is your confusion, you still saved $. 20 for your combo instead of paying them individual. I’ve been woking in McDonald’s for 5 years.she’s tried to accuse me questioning over $. 40, giving me an impression of only cheap people come to get the McDonald’s deal!

Service is decent and the food is somewhat good quality. I have had bad times here and some great times. It’s my assumption that it depends on what staff are working what day in order to get the quality that you get. All in all I would be coming back as my time spent here hasn’t been horrible. Minor tweaks here and there and you’ll have a winner forsure.

Old food court McDonald's that's not very clean or friendly. Plus staff is not very careful as often order has something wrong. Last time, ordered Double Quarter Pounder, large fries, small nuggets with mustard sauce and tea. Got single Quarter Pounder, regular fries, small nuggets with bbq's sauce and coffee. Two out of five ain't bad I guess since they were swamped with four customers.

Place is not bad service on other hand could use friendly service not snobs every time i asked refill they look at me i grew another hand.

Extremely slow and poor service at this location, plus I've seen cockroaches on multiple occasions.

If I could give zero stars for the McCaul location. I would. Horrible service, had to return a product which I ordered via mobile app. And I was ordered by Aziza one of the ladies working there to physically produce my card else I wouldn't get my refund. This is after saying multiple times that my order was done via the app, and obviously I don't have the card with me because I didn't need it for the purchase. Now I have to go back to work. Get my purse and walk 12 minutes back to the McDonald's for my refund. At least Faesa saved the day somewhat. Bottom line, the staff Aziza was very rude, condescending and unhelpful.
