It's always a problem with Layla and Diane. They are the RUDEST. Today, Diane trow my food in the garbage because she thinks I had one too much. I was sitting getting ready to eat, she came from inside, how much did you get, which was two sausage mcmuffin that I redeem from my points. She was like only one show up, she grabbed the other one, puts it in the garbage. Round of applause to DIANE for saving the day.

Ordered food. Forgot the sandwitch, forgot a straw for my smoothies, syrup for my pancakes.
This place doesn’t even get busy….

Tables are rarely cleaned. Sraff less attentive, gives wrong order or not complete order. Ketchup dispenser does not even have the paper cups and condiments trays does not even have salt.

This has to be a the slowest McDonald’s I have ever gone to. They have zero clue how to move at anything faster than a snail’s pace.

They always get my order wrong. I got burgers that other customers ordered, but not the burgers that I paid for.

Shout out to Brittney working Friday night, called my girlfriend pretty and then loaded up both our ice creams all the way. Probably the only good McDonald's worker

SERVICE VERY VERY SLOW AND IT WASN'T BUSY STAFF MOVE SLOW WASN'T FRIENDLY

Yikes. I dont know if it's because all the staff look like they are still drunk from the night before but what a mess this place is. They just forgot" to make our food and realized after we stood there a long time. Also forgot utensils a d syrup for the pancakes. The egg mcmuffins were also nasty. I didn't realize I'd need to check reviews before going to a place like McDonalds!

Very slow. Waited 15 minutes for an ice coffee and got my order wrong. Poor management and slow staff!

The food at this location is usually very fresh. They are fairly busy but seem very organized and efficient.

SLOOWWWW. Spent about 20 minutes in line for nothing. I was in line behind two customers for 15 minutes and when I got to the front there was no cashier taking orders. We observed all three staff working slowly and they completely disregarded and ignored me and all of the customers behind me, waiting in line to order. While we waited, I saw one customer that was waiting for their order the entire time I was in line receive a simple coffee, which was prepared at snail's speed. Another customer who was waiting for their order the entire time I was in line returned shortly after because their order was wrong and they could not get the attention of any of the staff. After waiting 5 minutes or longer and not getting acknowledged whatsoever by any of the staff, couldn't be bothered to wait for these incompetent staff anymore and left. My expectations are not high when I visit McDonald's but this is by far the worst store that I have ever visited!

I always check my offers in the app before ordering, curbside pick up is also faster than Drive through.

Staff are wonderful. It will be nice to see families share a quick bite to eat and people having a chat over coffee and cookies. Soon very soon.

Always horrible experience, rude employees and very slow because the staffs don’t communicate properly. I have to wait more than 15 minutes for a danish, I don’t understand it’s an already baked stuff and all they need to do is just put it in a bag.this is not my first time.they always do this and they deliver only if we ask even if it’s not busy.very poor service and rude.this is the worst mcd I have ever visited.

I've never stepped foot into a more disgusting and unorganized mcdonalds in my life.staff are lousy, the floors are caked with the food, drinks, ice cream, etc.constantly because they dont bother cleaning it. If i could give negative stars i would. The worst mcdonalds in the GTA

More 30 minutes waiting even after ordering through the app.only one guy serving all.terrible experience.

I had to wait 30 mins for just 2 drinks.staff don't communicate properly at all. Everytime I have been it's the same issue.

The manager that was on December 21/2018 @1: 55pm she shouldn't be working there she gives to Macdonalds bad reputation cuz her actitude, the way she look at the customers with her unhappy face like if she was voluntering; i mean working for free without getting pay, if i was the owner i will looking for more friendly staff but i came back few days ago and she wasn' there! Hope she's gone for good!

Very bad customer service and if some people return there is because maybe they don’t have cars to go to another place. There is a cashier that is very racist with the Spanish population

This store is located within the Walmart store at Islington/401. So operating hours match the store's.

Servers are not attentive and not very fast to execute order. I ordered a latte and waited 10 minutes!

Management should assess service speed and attentiveness.

So slow. Also they touch every things and then make sandwiches without gloves, without washing their hands. I told manager why you make orders without wearing gloves, he said we always wash our hands, I saw with my eyes, a lady who made my sandwich after touched other equipment and then made it for me.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I work across the street and come here sometimes to grab a coffee.
#1 the place is disgusting. The garbage is always over flowing, the counter and floor is always sticky with juice and ketchup. The tables are never clean.
#2 they never have certain items, some days they won’t gave any napkins or straws, some days they don’t have medium coffee cups. Sometimes they don’t have any condiment packs. It’s really a guessing game.
#3 the workers are always rude. Sometimes you don’t even have to do anything. Customers will ask for ketchup and they’ll catch a attitude.
#4 nothing ever works. Whether it’s the icecream machine, ketchup dispenser or the drinks. It just doesn’t work and they are uninterested in fixing it.

Gross place.

The customer service here is actually garbage. I asked for the different ice cream flavors and she kept giving me prices! I dont think she knew how to speak English. Here name was celia and definitely wasn't trained properly. Won't come again.

The customer service on this location is very rude, they would literally laugh at your face if you had any questions.

Soooooo slow. Obviously shows she hates this job. There’s two people at the back and one person in the front. The person at the front has attitude problems. She got me my coffee and I see my sandwich is ready. She was preparing the order prior to my order but she was waiting for the other stuff to come out. I asked her if that’s my sandwich (with most respectful tone). She goes “I only have two hands” and waves them at me. No smiles. I told her i know I’m sorry. Then she goes over to the first order, before mine, and points to the tray and tells me, I need to prepare this one first. Then she gives me the sandwich. With all that talk, she could have just given me the sandwich. If you’re just lingering around waiting for whatever to complete the first order, perhaps be a little productive and get the other orders complete. ‍️ i know it’s just a sandwich but the attitude was unnecessary when I was smiling and asking with respect.

I don't often come to this McDonalds because it's busy and the service is slow. Nonetheless I never felt compelled to write a review of this place till today.

I'm going to make a short story even shorter. I went in cause I wanted a burger, I saw an ad on the menu screen for the Bacon and Cheese Angus burger I wanted it cause it's the only burger at McDonalds worth 10 bucks. I get up front, order the burger only to be told that "We don't sell that here".

Im looking up at this ad advertising said burger and wondering in my head how you have an ad up for a product you don't carry. That's like going to a Ford Dealership wanting a Mustang and being told that they don't carry it. Does that make any sense? If you don't carry the product then you shouldn't have the ad up.

Thats all.

At this location the service is slow, they don't pay attention to the customer orders also the person preparing the food never wears gloves or seen wash their hands. Safe food to eat is Nuggets and fries. Up date new ordering options are better than waiting to order.
